$80 for streaky windows, dirty door seals, dash wasn’t wiped down, several dirt spots visible on the running boards and dirt left all over the cup holders and gear shifter. Dude wanted to charge me for two different packages but both already had what I needed separately. Why would I pay for a separate package that also offers, wash, wipe, tires along with the package I bought that included these plus a wax. Anyways, place used to be good 15 years ago.

Dear all hand carwash seekers, Unfortunately there is no positive thoughts for their business behavior. Drop off the car, paid $49.99 and wet to visit the shopping areas nearby. It is important to support local businesses therefore upon my returned, I kindly tipped ($10.00) for their service. At first my daughter and I noticed imperfection for there were visible dirt remaining on some car areas but I am not the kind of person who will ask for a refund or do over. Upon checking the security footage, it was established exactly how long these workers spent cleaning the car. Ten minutes of their time three of those minutes were spent in the rinse system. It is all recorded in the security cámara. To make matters worse the car also has two new paint chip marks. Good luck to you all!

The advertised price for a wash and detail was $50, but when I got there they charged $170 for a full wash and detail. My car was in desperate need of a clean and $170 is about what most places charge, so I just paid it. They did an okay job, not amazing. I won't be going back.

Go anywhere else for a detail! This place use to be the best, but I don’t know what’s going on now. I just paid $250 for a full detail, and this is how my car came back... after having them go over it a 2nd time! The first pass was even worse. At best this was a $50 deep clean. I have leather seats and rubber floor mats throughout- so this was not a complicated detail. They didn’t even try. Dirt and grime left in cup holders and crevices. The leather basically was wiped down with one of their dirty rags. Total rip off

Came here today to get a wax and wash paid over $100 and my car was filthy on the inside and outside. Dirt all over, that I took off with my finger. My seats had dust on them from my grandsons feet, still there and that took one wipe of a cloth to get off. Windows were not cleaned! We were told 45 minutes sat at Kristy Kreme across the way and they said they were done 15 minutes later! This place is a joke! We will NEVER come back! If you want to get ripped off this is the place to go! Horrible experience!

I did the Managers Special. Must admit I did not read the reviews prior. Glad I did not or may not have brought my vehicle here. They did an exceptional job. Expensive yes. Better than I would have done, maybe not, but darn close. That is saying a lot coming from me. Totally worth it when I did not have time to do it myself, yes. Great job!

Car Wash at Shell Gas Station on Vista Way in Oceanside. Peter made suggestions and his hardworking and skilled techs at the Car Wash made my older Lexus look like new! It had peeling clear coat, water spots from my sprinklers, and was looking pretty bad, but I still love the original color Ruby Red Metallic, and it still runs great. They washed it, buffed it, used clay, and waxed it, all at a fair price - it looks beautiful! They deserve more than 5 stars!

This is a horrible car wash to go to. The guy hassled me for a “full” detail for 180 bucks on a 2022 Toyota Corolla. I was expecting to be spotless. It was done in 30 minutes and still had dirt in the door jams and In the trunk jam. The trunk wasn’t even vacuumed and still dirt. I wouldn’t have paid for this if I knew it was going to be that bad. I will never be returning here again. DO NOT GO.

Not good, save your money and go elsewhere. This is the third time I go and each time I left disappointed. I don’t like to immediately dismiss a place, so I continued going in hopes that the last time was probably an off day. Turns out they’re consistently bad and I will not return. I paid extra to have the rims washed and they were still dirty in some spots. The inside of my car wasn’t cleaned well either. The job is very rushed and they don’t seem to care to do a good job.

Vista Hand Wash & Gas was just okay. The guy at the front was pretty pushy, trying hard to upsell me on a more expensive service I clearly didn’t need. I stuck with the basic wash, but once the car came out, they barely spent five minutes drying it or addressing the important spots. I figured they were just being quick, but when I got home, I noticed a lot of areas hadn’t even been touched, mirrors, lower panels, and spots around the trunk were still dirty. For the price, I expected a more thorough job.
