I had an excellent experience working with Eric and his team for paint protection film (PPF) and ceramic coating on my Range Rover Sport. Initially, I went with a full front PPF and was so impressed with the quality and attention to detail that I came back six months later to have more coverage added. Eric is incredibly professional and a great communicator—he walked me through the process, answered all my questions, and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. His installers are top-notch. The workmanship is meticulous, and it really shows in the final result. My vehicle looks fantastic, and I feel confident knowing it’s well protected. This review is overdue, but better late than never. I had never had PPF before, and initially, I just had Eric and his team at Visual Protection Specialists wrap the front of my car because I knew it would get rock chips like my last one if I didn’t. After seeing how great it looked, I decided to go back and have the rest of the car done so I wouldn’t have to worry about parking lot damage. Fast forward a few months—unfortunately, a valet driver scraped the entire side of my car on a gate. Thankfully, the PPF saved me from needing a full repaint. I brought it back to Visual, and they removed the damaged film and replaced it with new film. Now my original paint is still perfect because I protected it! Highly recommend getting the wrap—it’s absolutely worth it! .

Eric is Awesome! Meant to leave this Review a long time ago because of the work he did but glad I'm able to write it up now. Basically Eric was willing to help clean up my car and go the Extra Mile and remove a badly done plastidip job. (Don't get Plastidip done unless its from a certified Pro). When I got my Truck back it was Flawless and couldn't have been happier. The Pictures Speak for themselves - Thanks Eric!

I originally found Visual Detailing to fix pff that was peeling and he did such a great job that I’ve had Eric and his team do full car ppf and ceramic coating to three of my cars since. The outcome is always amazing! Eric is very knowledgeable about his industry and will make sure your car looks perfect. The Visual Detailing team has great communication about work status and car delivery. Cameron does our by weekly washes to help maintain their work and keep our cars always looking beautiful! Visual Detailing does not disappoint!

This is a long overdue review. I was referred to Eric back in January, and in February I had Visual Detailing do a full PPF, ceramic coat and a full window/roof UV tint on my Lucid Air. Eric was amazing to deal with. Knowledgeable, friendly, really up front and honest about everything. He is wonderful to work with. The car came out beautifully. And then a few weeks after picking it up, it was totaled in a crazy accident. Fast forward about six weeks, and I was fortunate enough to be able to buy a new Lucid Air to replace it. I didn't even shop around, I texted Eric before I even picked it up to reserve a time for him to work on it. This time around, I wanted something different, something beyond the factory look. I showed Eric pictures and trusted him to pick out materials. I was not disappointed. The effort and dedication he put into creating the look of the car for me was beyond anything I expected. It is about the nicest looking Lucid around and somewhat unique. It still brings a smile to my face every day. The quality of the finishes is excellent and really lasts with hardly any maintenance. All I've done is wash the car a couple times a month, and it still looks as good as when it left Visual Detailing nine months ago. The paint still shines like glass. The PPF has already kept some nicks out of the paint. The Air has a full glass canopy on top, no roof. The UV coating is doing a great job of keeping the car cool in summer. Pictures are from before and after. The ones in the sun were taken today.

From the first phone call to the final outcome, I had a fantastic experience and perfect results working with Eric and Cameron at Visual Protection Services. Eric talked me through the options for what he could do for my 2020 Porsche 911 with no pressure and no salesmanship - just of love of cars and making them beautiful. VPS was super flexible and helpful with scheduling the work and pickup around a trip that I had to make and Cameron walked over to Safelite to pick up the car after a windshield replacement. I went with PPF over the entire front end, side panels under the doors, and rear panels, plus paint correction and ceramic coating. When the work was 99.999% perfect but for a miniscule spot in the PPF on the driver's side mirror that I noticed only after getting the car home, they brought me back and fixed it for free - all to reach 100% perfection. It is a true pleasure and so unique in today's world to find this degree of pride in workmanship and dedication to customer service. My 5 year-old Porsche 911 Carrera S flat-out looks like new thanks to Visual Protection Services!

I had an amazing experience getting my car wrapped here. The owner truly went above and beyond with customer service throughout the entire process. He even met me outside the shop beforehand so we could look at color options in natural sunlight, which I really appreciated. While my car was in the shop, he kept me updated frequently, and when I picked it up, the wrap looked incredible and the car was spotless inside and out. I've gotten so many compliments! After I got the car back, I reached out with a couple of small concerns and he handled them immediately—no hassle, no excuses. He fixed everything perfectly and once again returned my car freshly cleaned. It’s rare to find service like this anymore.
