Vivid did my wife’s car a year ago, we were so impressed and happy with the product, the customer service, I was wanting to get my truck done. I finally made it happen and took them my Chevy Silverado four door 4x4. , calfire Red. Wow was it well worth it, I had exterior and interior done. Amazing look and professionally done!! Update: July 2024. I have been with Justin and Vivid Detailz for nearly 10 years. I recently decided to have my 2021 Ford F-250 paint corrected and ceramic coated. This is a working truck. It has made several journeys of thousands of miles pulling a trailer in weather ranging from coastal rains, to desert sun and rocky mountain snow. This left a number of marks, scratches and other defects in the paint. After Justin and his team were done my truck looked new. I was blown away by the work the team at Vivid Detailz pulled off. I only wish I had before pictures to post with these "after" pictures (the after pictures in NO WAY do the work justice). If you need your vehicles exterior restored to like new condition then take it to Vivid Detailz. Update: May 2020. When the work is as good as was performed by Justin and the crew at Vivid Detailz it deserves an update to to an already five star review. We had two cars detailed this week both of them came out of Vivid Detailz shop sparkling like new diamond rings. We have been using this company for many years and will continue to do so for years to come. GREAT WORK! Justin and the crew at Vivid Detailz have been taking care of the cars in our family for several years. Recently our truck which is the family work horse and handles duties ranging from hauling kids to hauling firewood and everything in between was in dire need of complete interior and exterior detail. We just completed an adventure vacation and the truck was filled with sand, dirt and grime. I told Justin that this was the dirtiest I had ever let a vehicle get but he didn't flinch when I dropped it off. By the end of the day the Vivid Detailz team made our truck look like new. Scratches were buffed out, stains were gone from the seats and every bit of sand was out of every crack and corner. Great work as always. Thank you!

I recently bought a 2024 Subaru Forester, my first brand-new car, and a relative recommended I get a protective coating. Since I’d never done this before, I did some research and found Vivid Detailz Auto Spa, which had excellent reviews on Google. I reached out for a quote, and Justin responded immediately. We discussed what I was looking for, and he even invited me to stop by the shop. When I visited, he took the time to explain what to expect, and he showed me an example of the coating on his own vehicle, which made me feel confident in my decision. We hadn't even discussed pricing or packages yet, and I already felt like I was in good hands. I decided to go with the Icon Rocklear coating. After a trip to Sacramento, I dropped off my car with Justin, and I have to admit, I felt a bit embarrassed. The car was covered in road grime and bugs. I called ahead to ask if I should run it through a car wash before dropping it off. Justin reassured me it was fine and joked that the dirt would make the before-and-after photos even more impressive. Two days later, I picked up my Forester, and it looked incredible. The shine was brilliant, and the reflection was like glass! Justin walked me through some aftercare tips and even offered a wash tutorial, although I haven't been able to schedule that yet. Working with Justin and Vivid Detailz was a wonderful experience. He was professional, knowledgeable, and truly focused on making sure I understood the benefits of the protective coating. I appreciated that he wasn’t just trying to make a sale; he genuinely wanted to educate me about the product and process. The coating has already made a noticeable difference in how my Forester looks and how easy it is to clean. The shine is amazing, and dirt and water bead off effortlessly. Even after a few months, the car still looks pristine, just as I hoped it would when I decided to invest in this service. I’m looking forward to seeing how the coating holds up long-term, especially since it was applied by someone so skilled and detail-oriented. Any time I'm in need of a professional detail, I know who my first call is going to be. If you’re considering a protective coating for your vehicle, I highly recommend Vivid Detailz!

I can't even begin to express what a beautiful job Justin and crew did on my new truck. With white leather, we knew we needed to protect it with kids and a dog. Justin did a full interior protection on the surfaces and glass! And got all the hard water spots of our panoramic sun roof. When I say it SHINES I mean it. Zayden did a great job on my car! I am really pleased with it. My car is a 2017 and he made it shine. He polished up my lights that were cloudy he buffed out the scratches and put on a ceramic coating, dressed my tires and polished the rims. I would recommend there services and will take my car back when the time comes.

When I was shopping around for car detailing services I quickly found out that vivid gave me the most informative rundown of what I was looking for! It was extremely helpful. I decided to do the icon rocklear, It was exactly what I was looking for. Keeping my car nice and shiny, but also giving it a good protection around the exterior. I had previously gotten the ceramic coat on my car done and the company I used missed the roof of my truck. They scuffed all my plastic trim with ceramic and I had a lot of debris from tire shine all over my truck messing up my pain. I needed some touch ups on paneles had gotten repainted. Justin did a great job!!! He got all of that fixed. He was very accommodating and talked me through everything he was gonna do to my truck step by step so I could feel comfortable. I hadn't seen the metallic flakes in my paint soooo clear since I bought it. Recommending friends!!!

My Honey bought me a car that was fancier than I was used to. When the Vivid Detailz ad popped up on my phone, I decided to call and ask about the service. When talking with Justin I decided to give his premium protective coating a go. On completion, I waiting for the curing phase to be completed, then followed the instructions on washing my new coating. True to the promise on the instructional video, I finished cleaning my car in about 16 minutes and was not soaked from head to toe. It's the most magical vehicle maintenance I have ever experienced. Don't hesitate to get your vehicle done. You'll LOVE the results. They are conviently located also.

I cant say enough good things about Justin’s quality work on my ceramic coating. I bought the car brand new and it looked awesome, but after Justin dialed it in—it looked ten times better. I can take comfort in it being protected for years against all the UV exposure in Redding. I moved here and took a look at all the faded paint on signs in town, so getting a ceramic coating was a no-brainer. After doing some pricing while in the Phoenix area, i can vouch that Vivid’s pricing is outstanding—especially for the quality you get. If you are on the fence about getting a ceramic coating—Its well worth every dollar—and for sure, choose Vivid Detailz. 100/100 experience!

Justin is about the best you can hope for as far as customer service and simply shooting you straight. Doesn’t oversell and tells you exactly what you need to reach the desired effect you want. I brought in a 9 year old Tacoma that was extremely striped up from years of off-roading. When I picked up the truck, it looked like they turned the clock back to 2017 and the truck was brand new again. Almost unbelievable how good of a job was done. Can’t say enough good things about the professionalism and attention to detail. If you live in Redding, the only choice is Vivid Detailz.
