Service has always been completed in a timely manner, communication is quick and easy. estimates are sent easy to read, transparent and understandable. You have the ability to check a box and approve that repair or decline. Payment is also quick and easy. And they have a 24/7 secure dropbox so you can pick up or drop off after hours. VW Specialties has taken care of 2 of our cars over the last 15 years. They don’t price gouge or upsell like the dealerships do, they don’t give unclear explanations of the problems, or try to “fix” things that aren’t broken in order to make more money. They always do a thorough job of explaining the issues, they give clear itemized estimates, accurate timelines, digital invoices and records of completed work, and will allow you to choose which jobs get done according to your budget. They have loaners available for longer jobs, so you’re not stuck without a car. Take your VW to them!

We took our Golf to a VW dealership for our 100k mile maintenance and the quote they gave us was outrageous, so we took it here instead. It was a completely different experience! They sent us a full report with pictures and explanations of what needed to be done, ranked by priority.
