I have a Nissan Altima that making a funny noise and I can only assume is having transmission problems and wanted to see if Walker's could fix it. I walked up on the craziest site ever! A customer was talking to what appeared to be the owner. The owner handed the customer a part. The customer said, "this is broken". Next thing I know, the owner is screaming at the customer that the customer just broke the part and it was his fault. Then the owner proceeded to dance around like he is going to fight him in a boxing ring. The owner even stepped out of his shop threatening the man. I have NEVER seen anything like this in my life. Even if the customer threw that part on the ground, there is NO CALL for behavior like that. I got in my car and left. WOW! I will definitely take my Altima somewhere else for repairs!

John has been servicing my old Nissan truck for many years. He runs an honest shop and I find dealing with Walker Imports to be far more convenient than going to a dealer. Even If it it were not cheaper than the Nissan dealer, I would still use Walker. My truck has over 340,000 miles. They have added Honda, so now they work on Honda/Acura, Toyota/Lexus, and Nissan/Infiniti. When it comes time to purchase another vehicle, I will likely only shop those brands so I can continue to use Walker Imports exclusively for maintenance and repairs.

Best mechanic for miles and miles in and around Catoosa County, GA and surrounding areas, including Chattanooga! The most honest, fair, reliable and trustworthy auto repair shop I have ever have used. We own two Nissan Maximas, (2012 and 2018) and had a 2001 Maxima. From maintenance to repairs, we have used Walkers for the past 8+ years and would never even give a thought to going elsewhere. Fast and efficient service with a qualified mechanic that doesn't take you to the cleaners. You won't find a better person or place to do your auto repair.

Had a cold start code on a Nissan Versa and the previous shop cleared it. So took it to this shop since we were referred. Mechanic said he couldn’t check it until the light came back on cool we can leave it. So tell him it sounds funny and has a fast idle in the mornings when started, also need to check why horn isn’t working and how much to fix that, radio isn’t working so how much it fix or replace that, and cigarette lighter port isn’t working all the time so check that too please. Next day I call and I can tell by his response he hasn’t even looked at it. He says “can’t check it out until the code comes back”. Cool but can you check the other things and I run down the list again. He says cool can i keep it another night and I’ll check the start in the morning when it’s cold and check the other things and he can’t remember again so I tell him again. Third day, call back in the afternoon. He says the same thing again, can’t check it until the check engine light is on and he didn’t do the morning start for second day in a row. Give him a few more hours then decide to go pick it up. Same spot we parked it in the lot. Never was checked. Turned the key over, check engine light is on. Three days wasted sitting at this shop and no one even checked it out. They might do good work if they actually look at your car but if you know me, don’t waste your time and don’t give this company your business.

Non-payment and lack of respect for service providers We work in vehicle transportation and were hired by Miles Walker to transport a Ford GT40. We traveled a long distance to pick up the car as agreed, but after completing the service, he refused to make the payment. We made several attempts to contact him to resolve the situation, but we were ignored. This shows a total lack of professionalism and respect for service providers. We do not recommend working with him or his company, as they do not honor their financial commitments.
