Horrible. Made an appointment for 2pm. Arrived 15 minutes early. At 2:30 my truck was still sitting in the parking lot. When I asked why, the answer was “we had more walk in’s than expected.” So apparently nobody understands the concept of an appointment.

These people do not respond even if it’s a safety issue. I did an oil change and the technicians did not complete their job fully. They forgot to fix the under cover beneath the engine and as I started driving one side of it came off with a booming noise. I have been trying to talk to them since 23-Dec and no one is responding. The store does not respond, the support on chat does not respond and the support on the call does not help. (I wish, I could give negative rating)

Rude
Simple tire and oil change took 4-5 hours even with appointment. Absolutely ridiculous. Never again. Rather pay $100-300 more and get done 3 times faster.

i have wheel locks on my car and was unaware I needed the special key to take them off until one of the associates told me, fine. An associate told me I could come back after I found it, however they did not tell me that I needed to back before 10 days or my stuff would get put back and my money refunded. I also would have had to reschedule my appointment again anyway because apparently they won’t change tires unless you specify how many, which the website didn’t show me anyway

The manager was very nice and professional. It’s a shame he doesn’t have enough competent staff to support his department.
I left a 1 star review because they forgot to install my windshield wipers while having my tires installed. I was quoted a price for the windshield wipers prior to installation. I informed them the wipers were not installed, I had to go through the entire waiting process for installation and when I was about to pay for the wipers I was charged more money.
I mentioned this to the young man that the price he wanted to charge me was different from what I was quoted, and he didn’t want to verify or rectify his mistake.
Walmart, if your auto service department is that busy, hire more competent and qualified people so the auto service manager can provide customers with better service!
Update: I gave this place a second chance and I’m sorry I did!
They had only 3 of my tires in the correct size instead of 4! The idiot behind the counter didn’t order the correct size because they failed to make sure before my visit that they had everything correct!
Instead, he refunded my money for 1 tire, which was a “rollback” price and told me to reorder. Guess what, I can’t get that tire at that price now!
The other guy kept looking at something different other than the order I placed before they mentioned that they didn’t have my tire in the right size.
I should’ve known it would turn out bad!
Do yourselves a favor, pay the extra money and go somewhere else, I know I will!

Don’t even bother going here. One of the guys that has a bunch of tattoos said you can’t balance a year old tire. You have got to be kidding me. The employees here are incompetent of doing a simple task.

Got 2 front tires installed, so far so good no complaints. Manager was very friendly and took care of me. I would have gave them 5 stars but it took a little over an hour to do the 2 tires which compared to other shops is usually about 10 minutes per tire. Sure it was a bit of a wait to get the tires on but for the price I paid for the tires and instillation I can’t be mad.

Never ever come to this trashy place I had an appointment at 11 am they had the nerve to send me a message telling me that they would only hold my appointment slot for 15 minutes (1115) AM, and I was definitely on time but they lied in my face and said that they were taking my car in right away and I watched them take my car in at 1240 pm so don’t come to this tire spot at all it’s NO GOOD WHATSOEVER LIKE TOTALLY RIDICULOUS SO I DON’T EVEN GIVE THEM 1 star ⭐️ at ALL BUNCH OF LIARS
