I went there for 4 tire replacement and they accepted a good looking lady ahead of me who was behind so I couldn’t get any service. And in general they are insensitive to these matters. Bad costumer care.

Walmart auto care is my go-to. Quickly, I drive 5,000 miles a week on average. I need a full synthetic oil change every 8000 miles and Walmart pit crew does real well. They have been shorthanded as with everywhere else and they still get you in and out in an expeditious manner. Plus, can't beat the prices and the nice thing about Walmart, other than state taxes and a few other things, their prices are steady and rarely find a dramatic change from the norms. Hats off and thank you for getting me through one oil change to the next!

I had tires ordered for my Car and they came in rather quickly. It all went downhill from there. I went to this facility at 4 o’clock on Friday, they were closed even though the hours listed were 7 to 7. I get there early on Saturday and wait at the counter for 20 minutes just to be told that the “ TIRE CENTER” can’t install 4 TIRES. At that point I gave up. I will pay more money for the same tires with someone that can do their job.

We were out of town visiting family when we had an issue with one of our tires. We took our vehicle to the Auto Center at the Savoy, IL Walmart. Even though the problem turned out to be a bigger issue than initially thought, Brandon, Shane, and Josh worked hard to resolve the issue. All three went above and beyond to accommodate my wife and I. I have not seen such high customer service in a long time! All three should be commended for their hard work and professionalism. Would highly recommend going here for your auto needs, especially when it comes to tires.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Had a tire replaced by them a few weeks ago and already having low tire issues again with the BRAND NEW TIRE. Just tried calling to get in for them to fix their mistake but they don't want to answer the phone.. i will NEVER use Walmart auto ever again!! Worsr customer service and care ever!

They seemed over scheduled and under staffed. The people working here are nice and understanding of you are nice and understanding to them. The work was done quickly and well for the price. The star is knocked off for the reasons that they are understaffed. This means you must have an appointment to get service for minor things.

There was a time when the poor service was acceptable because Walmart was the cheapest option available, but now it costs $70 for a regular oil change (don’t trust their advertising)!!! Now for about the same price you can get actual service and the product. Walmart has lost a regular customer… not that they care.

I got an oil change and everything went fine. I know a lot of people give harsh reviews, but the Auto Center in Walmart Savoy is the best in CU area. Be sure to do your research before going about your car oil or other parts you need which helps speed up the process. Also look up the times when they are the busiest and avoid those hours or try to go as early as possible and you should be fine. I went when no one was there and everything only took around 30minutes.

I had an appointment scheduled for 10AM so I dropped off my car a little before 10. I was told it would be ready within 30 minutes to an hour but I got the sense it could be longer because the technicians were commenting about how many cars they had. I came back to get my car about 5 hours later and was told that one of the workers refused to change my tires because I did not have an appointment. When I showed the text and email that confirmed my appointment (for 10AM) the employee agreed to start the process. I sat there for an additional 45 minutes when I had plans to be elsewhere. When I started my car the air pressure light was on. A worker wrote that all tires were at 32 PSI. This was a lie because when I went to fill up one of my tires it was in the low 20s and the light turned off. I don't think they "balanced" my tires is which one of the things I was supposed to get for free. In summary, the workers were not polite and did not do honest work. There are better places to go.

The cost of the oil change was great. Now while checking out and we paid cash. My daughter and I almost got ripped off. My daughter noticed and also ppl standing in line. If we wouldn't said something he would of been over $30.

Canceled my scheduled appointment an hour before it was time and stated they were understaffed despite 4 employees in the garage and only 1 vehicle in the bay. They were also extremely rude. Will never do business here again.

Unacceptable Service and Poor Communication at Walmart Tire Center My recent experience with Walmart Tire Center was an absolute disaster, marked by poor communication and a complete lack of organization that caused me great inconvenience. I placed an order for four tires and scheduled an installation. On the day of my appointment, I arrived at the center only to find out that my appointment had been canceled without any prior notification. To make matters worse, they couldn’t locate the two front tires I had ordered. Instead of resolving the issue, they instructed me to call the 1-800 number for a refund. After spending 30 minutes on hold, the customer service representative informed me that they couldn’t assist me and that I should speak to the store manager instead. Returning to Walmart, I was then told they couldn’t issue a refund for tires that were not in the store. Ultimately, I had to figure out the refund process myself. I managed to place a refund request online and called the store to ensure the two rear tires were marked as returned. Shockingly, they informed me that I needed to come to the store for a third time to process the refund. This entire ordeal was a complete mess. The employees at this tire service center demonstrated a blatant lack of accountability, resourcefulness, and customer service skills. I would strongly advise against using Walmart Tire Center for any tire service needs.

Used to be an easy place to make an appointment for oil change, get tires rotated and balanced (R&B). They changed to make appointment via app, and hard to do other than oil change and get new tires. Also every single time I go there for R & B, they come up with excuses why they can't or won't do it; and that's even with lifetime B & R purchase with new x4 set of tires. Go to CarX instead, just a few block north.

Late Saturday night on our way through Illinois from Florida we blew a tire on the interstate. I showed up the next morning at 7am and Cas happily helped me confirm they had a tire that would fit and got us in a bay right away. James and Mark took care of getting the tire on and tucking the spare back underneath in record time. We were able to get on the road right away and we so appreciate the quick and friendly service. Can’t make appointments online, call the store no one ever answers, show because online it says no appointments necessary only to be told they only take appointments. Please tell me how I am suppose to make one? This is the last time I’m wasting any time at this Walmart and the last time of tires I will be purchasing from this company. Also for the manager that may or not read this it’s 8:00 am on Sunday. Three people back here and they are backing out the only car in whole department right now.

Massive crazy joke! Do not go here! They Had my brand new tires counter balanced, balance backwards, caused uneven treadware, would not warranty without buying a new one (they can only change 2 tires at a time?). All a bunch of BS! Went to a real tire shop and they fixed it all. We have had similar situations with Walmart a few times over the last decade, but this was the final straw. Spend the extra $50 and go to a legit tire shop!

Had an appointment. Bought tires there a year ago and went for oil change and rotation in the past but this time they wouldn't rotate tires, said I needed separate appointment. When I arrived for my appointment at 1:30 took 15 minutes to check me in and wasn't finished with the oil change for another 30 minutes. Didn't vacuum my car because there was a small umbrella on the floor. Staff was very rude. Went to the Champaign Walmart the next day for tire rotation with an appointment and it took 1 1/2 hours. Drove halfway home and my tire indicator light came on, drove back and they had not checked tire pressure and some of my tires were low..which is interesting since the day before my invoice shows all tires were checked..hmm Learned my lesson From the looks of these reviews I should have not come to either.

I have consistently experienced good service at this establishment. However, during my recent visit, I encountered a concerning issue involving one of the new service technicians. I discovered that change was missing from my center console after the service. Upon contacting the establishment to report the incident, I was disappointed with the lack of concern shown. Therefore, I advise customers to secure any loose change or valuables before their service appointment.
