Botched a simple oil change. We're probably looking at some serious damage. If you get your oil changed here, make sure to check the dipstick the next day. I would recommend just going somewhere else.

The best price on batteries in town and pretty much all around automobile wise a good place to go for Auto Care.

First time using WalMart auto service and I can honestly say I am very disappointed. I went to get a new battery installed, waited over 2 hours (even though they said it would take like an hour to an hour and a half) I called and they said my vehicle was ready. I went to pick it up and come to find out they didn't do absolutely anything to it because they "couldn't get positive terminal off to remove". So I waited around for over 2 hours on a Sunday for nothing. I asked why they didn't call me to let me know & they said they didn't know. I am beyond upset!

The lady I talked to was sweet, but it should have been a 30 minute visit MAX. They weren't busy at all. The guys in the shop "forgot" about my vehicle, so I was waiting for over 2 hours for a tire rotation. When I reminded them I existed, it was taken care of in 15 minutes.

Associate came up to us as soon as we pulled up. There were no other cars waiting. I spent about 30 minutes to 45 minutes shopping in the store. It included going to the 1st Convenience Bank and Money Center to wire money and get a money order. I checked out in TLE. During that time at checkout my keys were brought in and we were done with our oil change. We came in about 4pm to TLE and were done before 5pm. Very satisfied with our service at Bellmead Walmart.

Always taking care of me! The manager specifically took care of me this time and changed out my battery even took off the corrosion that was on the battery cables and with the extra mile! I brought in a tire to get a flat repaired, it had a nice metal screw cover for the tire valve stem. Gone! Tire returned with flat repaired, but no cap on the valve stem. Nothing covering the valve stem on the returned tire. I asked to look for it, nope. Sad...

I was driving from Austin to DFW and my tire exploded on the highway. Luckily for me I was right at the exit for Walmart. I walked over to the auto center and they said if I could carefully get my car over to them they could help me. They did amazing and were so friendly and accommodating, especially since I had two dogs to wrangle as well. Great service, great pricing, very timely manner!
