while the cost is good, the customer service is awful. I dropped my car off around 11:45 am today, it is now 5pm and I have not gotten a call back. I decided to call them and I have been waiting on the phone for 20 minutes for someone to pick up. The system keeps repeating "your call is VERy important to us. please hold while your call is routed to the next available associate." never again.

I was recently driving from CA to WA and I happened to get a flat. I managed to find this walmart and I waited there until they opened, I called to make sure I didn't need an appointment and ask if they might have the size tire my kia would need to Finnish my trip, I wasn't even halfway there before this misfortune got me. Anyhow I was back on the road by the afternoon and it honestly was a good price too, they even checked my battery, lights, skid plates, and all 4 tire pressure and lugnuts before heading out. These fine mechanic's are a+ in my book. Thank you for your hard work and kindness. That's still the best looking tire I have lol

Drove up to the auto center oil lube. Had to wait about five minutes to get my truck keys handed into get my truck taken care of. But the auto center people are friendly and took care of my truck and me. I would come back and recommend them to family and friends.

Terrible. I was getting ready to head out of town for along trip. I took my car in early in the morning before it got busy for an oil change and tire rotation and they forgot to rotate the tires after quoting me the price for rotation. Once I picked it up they estimated 2-3 hours to rotate the tires at that point. They didn't seem to care at all that THEY forgot to rotate the tires and expected me to wait that long!

Very quick and efficient. Not the most friendly staff. They seem like they don't want to be there which does make me wonder if they really care about the work they are doing. But none the less this visit was productive as my neighbor needed a new battery and they had what we needed and we were out the door in 5 mins. So thanks for the speedy in and out, that doesn't happen to often at walmart!

Make sure you designate your entire day for a 15min. Oil change. If you have been waiting for 2 hours and there "buddy" pulls up, they are going straight to the front of the line with no appointment.

A Walmart Auto Store from a different location forgot about my appointment and didn't have enough time to put two front tires on. They ended up sending me to this store promising they would get it done and a phone call would be made and not to worry. I arrived here at 5:58pm. There were two cars in front of mine, one came in for two tires and the other for an oil change. I waited in my car for about 10 minutes and when a worker did arrive I was told they wouldn't have time to put tires on once again. I explained what was told to me from the prior Walmart manager, he seemed irritated at me because I wasn't leaving and eventually he said he would ask his manager. He came back and said they could get it done and he had me sign the tablet and I handed him my keys. Around 8:00pm and I'm sitting in the waiting room just for an employee to come in and tell me that they can't put tires on and they're closing at 8. He said he was aware of the situation but, they had already stayed open later for the two cars before me and basically couldn't/wouldn't help me. That I could come back tomorrow. I left in tears. I had to leave my job early because of the appointment I had at the other Walmart Auto. My tires were really bad and it had rained already and I live 45 minutes away. As I was walking out another employee working the counter made a remark about making an appointment next time and they would get it done. Beyond my disbelief that I waited that entire time just to get told they couldn't do it after they promised they would. From the attitude from the very first employee that was taking my information and then the comment about making an appointment as I was already leaving in tears was ultimately frustrating and I'm still in disbelief of the entire ordeal let alone the customer service at both locations.

They changed my oil in a quick and professional manner, however I was missing a windshield wiper and I asked the technician to add that for me. (They do a whole add-on routine, I only asked for the missing wiper and air filters) Then I get the bill and I notice both wipers were replaced and no filters were replaced. This is upsetting and not dealt with correctly after I had called them. The technician was reprimanded, I didn't want that to happen(give him the benefit of doubt as an honest mistake) and they want me to drive all the way back to swap them back. The wiper was $12 not enough to go back for and not enough to lose a customer over. Walmart, do better!

Went in for wiper blades. Their sizing books were torn up and scattered throughout the isle. One book was missing the page I needed, the other book thankfully had it. Grabbed my blades, but wanted to do my due diligence and ask if an employee could confirm. The man that helped me wasn't polite, told another customer looking at the same book I checked he would "shove her out of the way" to look at the same information I had already looked at. Very embarrassing for everyone involved. Bought the blades and what do you know they don't fit. At least I learned not to trust this particular auto-center - the one in Klamath Falls is superior.

I had a scheduled appointment for service at 8:00 AM. I made sure to arrive on time, expecting the service to begin promptly as is the purpose of an appointment system. However, the technician did not even begin working on my vehicle until approximately 9:00 AM – a full hour after my scheduled appointment time. This delay is completely unacceptable and a severe waste of my valuable time. The purpose of setting an appointment is to avoid such prolonged waits. I understand that unforeseen circumstances can sometimes arise, but a full hour delay before work even begins on a scheduled appointment indicates a systemic issue with your scheduling or staffing. It demonstrates a lack of respect for customers' time.

This is the best place for maintenance. I got my oil changed today and was in and out in under 30 min. Mike helped me pick the right treatment for my high mileage car and when I came to pick it up he had an extremely reasonable quote ready for my poor tires that really need changing. He was so friendly and I appreciated it a lot. I will go back to get my new tires and for all future oil changes.

I got my tires ordered and installed here. Today, I came for tire rotation. Ronin is a fantastic manager at this Auto Center. He took care of everything for me. He was able to understand all the steps and he finished so fast. I'm impressed. I'm very happy and I would definitely give them five out of five stars. This is the best Walmart auto center in NorCal. They made me feel I'm a valuable customer and they may think so easy. I'm impressed.

Explicitly instructed that I would like my car serviced with Penzoil Platinum. After the service was complete, I asked why it said Castrol on the receipt. The tech said they didn’t have the right grade in Penzoil, so they went ahead and used Castrol. Not sure why anyone would think to do that without consulting the customer first. Very unprofessional. I requested a specific product, that’s what I’d expect they put in my car. Along with that, the entire customer service experience was also rather poor.

Shout out to Luis, and the team in the tire center Sunday afternoon! (11/23/25) They are absolutely fantastic! Luis really listened to my needs with compassion and understanding and figured out the best solution for my sudden unique situation. Which involved a cat in my car with a flat tire in the middle of a long road trip. I am beyond grateful for all the employees involved who went above and beyond to create a speedy and affordable experience. (including a few customers who tried to help expedite my timeframe and get me back on the road quickly) I made my long distance destination safely.
