Just bought a car that had tires put on by this walmart two weeks ago and ALL the lug nuts were torqued to over 200ft/lbs. It was so bad that one of the lug nuts had twisted. Took me two hours to get the tires off to do the breaks, which only took 5 mins. Spec torque is 100ft/lbs. I'm lucky the studs weren't broken. Garbage work from an all around slow as hell (have had oil done there...took 4hrs) garbage shop. PLEASE go ANYWHERE else.

Good service but it would be nice next time they could hurry up a little.. Waited over an hour and half for one tire to be mounted and balanced. There were plenty of mechanics on duty and only one other car in the bay.

Absolutely terrible customer service..took 2.5 hours to "fix" a tire and 2 days later started leaking again. Do better walmart.

I will never return to the tire center again. I was ignored continuously. All I needed was air. No customers waiting it would be 5 mins out of their time. Nope I sat outside for 45 mins. I was ignored outside and inside. I went to the tire center in South Sioux City and was in and out in less than 15 mins and they actually had customers. I would recommend going there for your tire needs.

The worst place ever to have oil change.They don't deserve even 1 star. They open at 7h00, Steven was late to check in my car and after 1h and half i have been told clearly that the oil change service Guy is not trained. I left after 2 hours perfect nightmare.if you like unprofessinal service and waste your time this is the rigth place

I drive 30 miles to have 2 tires mounted and balanced and I brought the old tires and rims, not the car. They wouldnt mount the tires cause they were closed. It was 4:15, website says they close at 6. WTH. what a waste of my time. Never again.

Came in for tires today wanted two for the front of my truck. Miscommunication they thought I wanted all four. Noticed they were taking off the driver side rear so I corrected the miscommunication. When I got home my passenger side rear tire was flat. The valve cap had been removed and the core was loosened. Took it into a local tire shop they confirmed the core had been loosened. Malicious act by a disgruntled employee.

2 Word unprofessional and mediocrity. you can't find such bad service in the whole state and they don't care about it. They come late at work and they waste your time because they are not properly trained and the funny part is they gona tell you that. They start the oil change service at 7h am and your car is ready after 2h if you're lucky. I will Never do the same mistake again

Totally disgusted with the TLE on Floyd. Someone said they would give me air. Instead they decided to work on a car and left me hanging. Never getting my air as promised. Instead peeping out the side door and go work on something else. What kind of cowardice is that? If you don't have 5 mins out of your time to spare, then don't say you will do it.

This was my first time coming to this location. I usually get my oil change at a local shop. As accustomed you set appointments. I called yesterday and someone said I could set appointment in the a.m. They even took my name! When I got there all they said is no appointments. Which is fine for policy but why would you have someone answer the phone not knowing what the hell they were doing. Sure might not be a big deal to some but with a busy schedule its inconvenient. All I was meet with was sorry. No empathy just leave or wait. Old man with white hair was very rude. Said I dont know what to tell you. I asked where's the manager? They're busy..great response. Even more of a reason to keep business local.

Closed when stop by on a Wednesday at 530. Edit: bought my battery and then tried to return core. Customer service won't return it. I get off 5:30-6 and auto care close at 3pm...Garbage customer service.

Worst experience. Had my car there three times for the battery don't believe them when they say their batteries are guaranteed. Would not replace. Took it to another place. Oh what do you know. Battery not good. Walmart is a joke

I was highly disappointed in my experience with the Wal-Mart Tire Center at this location. One of the staff members was very rude when I enquired into getting a flat repair. I understand that they are under staffed, so when they said they couldn’t work on it today I asked if I could drop it off so that they could work on it later or even the next day. The guy rudely said no and told me that he didn’t want to be responsible for my wheel. Apparently he does not trust himself and their store to hold onto a wheel, which makes me doubt their ability to do business. The South Sioux City store did not hesitate to take a drop off. Between this experience and the fact that they are always understaffed, I would not recommend this location to anyone.

I bought and paid for my tires and installation online in full to be done on a Saturday. My tires were delivered on Thursday at 10 AM at 9 AM Saturday ( two hours before my appointment) I got an email stating my appointment was canceled because my tires had not been delivered. At 9:04am I called the store and let them know my tires are there and I’m already on my way because I live two hours away. The gentleman put the phone down. Not on hold but put it down and goes and tries to locate my tires he finds them in a corner, I can hear a girl associate state “I’m not moving. It’s not my problem”. The gentleman gets back on the phone and tells me that I cannot have my appointment Saturday at 11 AM because it is already taken after only being canceled for now six minutes, I tell him in already on my way and I can’t wait until 4pm, I ask for a couch at this point, The front end Coach gets on the phone and tells me to come at 11 AM And that the auto coach will contact me regarding the situation because I was also refunded my installation of $80 something dollars, but I have not gotten back and then I had to pay it again when I got there. The auto coach never contacted me and I gave him a full week to do so. Also, my TPMS sensors were never reset so my tire light is still on. I call him today to try and remedy the situation and he isn’t phased by what happened at all. He then asked me if I have the receipt so that he can refund some money. I do not, but it is available and he can look it up because I can look it up. He just didn’t want to. I feel like this is a very disorganized facility. The coach should not be in a coaching position, and people need to be retrained, especially after the auto coach told me that he was told about the situation and he still failed to reach out to me and remedy the situation. Poor management.

Floyd location is terrible. They installed my skid plate incorrectly and it fell off as soon as I was about 1/2 mile out and it almost caused two accidents. My 6 year old was in the car and she was terrified. I took the car back to them immediately and they could only zip tie it back and would not install new bolts for it since they didn't know the size and not sure if they had them. Walmart who advertised over a billion items, crazy. The manager refused to take responsibility.

Had the worst experience here today. Sad because I've always came here for services and never had an issue. Ordered an oil change and two tires online. They called me an hour before my appointment and told me I had to buy my own oil filter elsewhere and bring it if I wanted an oil change done. Went and did that. I arrived and they told me the tires I ordered don't fit my vehicle.. why would online say they do when I paid for them. After my oil change, I had to wait until 11am for a manager to get answers on the tires. I arrived at 915am. They couldn't find said manager and I had to wait 20 min for that. I asked if I could just get tires today what's in store instead of getting a refund. I'm already here. They were able to do it with a $15 discount.. on a walmart card. After almost 5 hours waiting.. they tried to tell me I owed $240. I said the heck I do and you owe me money. Today was so unprofessional, communication sucks, don't know what they're doing, and just whole experience insane. Never will go back. Get it together!
