Dropped my car off at 11AM AND AT 4 PM. They still hadn't started on my car. Tried to talk to someone and they didn't care... WOULD NOT RECOMMEND COMING HERE !!! I dropped my car off at 11 AM for a simple oil change and it’s now almost 4 PM and they still haven’t even started on it. That’s nearly 5 hours of waiting for something that should take less than 30 minutes. I even spoke with the manager, and instead of apologizing or offering a solution, they acted like they didn’t care at all. This kind of customer service is unacceptable. If you value your time and want to be treated with respect, I’d recommend going somewhere else. Walmart Auto Care seriously needs to work on communication, time management, and customer service.

I have taken my vehicles to this Walmart several times for tires, oil changes, and other services, but my recent experiences have been extremely disappointing. On one visit, after waiting nearly three hours, I was informed that they could not replace my battery because the vehicle could not be turned off during the process—even though I had triple-checked this requirement beforehand to avoid wasting time. Today, I arrived for a scheduled oil change on my SUV. Despite having an appointment, I waited for an hour only to be told that they had not even started the work due to staff shortages. If that was the case, the appointment should have been canceled or rescheduled in advance. I had arranged time off specifically to get this done before an upcoming trip, and yet they could not even assure me that the service would be completed if I continued waiting. This lack of communication, organization, and respect for customers’ time is unacceptable. I strongly recommend that management take action to improve scheduling transparency and staffing efficiency. Until then, I will no longer rely on this location for automotive services.

Absolutely awful. As everyone states this auto care center is extremely poor service and although I had an appointment with estimated 30 minutes time frame it took them 2 hours to change 2 tires. I ended up having to walk out to the bay just to get any help and still had to wait 30 more minutes just to “mount the tires on the car” what a joke. Don’t come to this place it’s by far the worst experience I’ve ever had.

I should have checked the reviews before coming in. I ordered tires and install and when I came in for the appointment I made, the guy seemed confused about me having an appointment. He checks me in and gave me my ticket, I walked around Walmart for an hour, just to come back to the tire area and they think they are working on a Pontiac, when I have a ford. They got the cars mixed up. When they figured it out after 10 minutes they then tell me the can’t install just two tires on an all wheel drive vehicle. Which was not told to me at any point of the purchase or check process. The best they could do is give me the tires and try to install them somewhere else. So wasted an hour and did not get my tires replaced.

I came in a couple months ago for a much needed oil change. Victor was the service writer who wrote me up. He was very welcoming, and even asked if I wanted an upgraded filter. I didn’t even know they had those. I was in and out in under 30 min and I could just walk around outside with my dog. The shop manager Colton told me thank you for coming in, even offered my puppy some water. Will be back again. Very friendly, even tho they looked really busy

This place is the WORST! Immediately the employees are trying to figure out a way to NOT HELP while they all just sit around and do nothing. Two things happened in one visit. My wife's Yukon needed the battery replaced that was previously purchased at this walmart. They agreed that the battery was dead however he said that it was the wrong battery for that vehicle and that the warranty was void for that reason. There manager came over to see if she could override the system rejecting the warrantee exchange but she couldn't figure it out. Then she proceeded to cus out the tire guy for calling her over instead of just a regular manager. In the end I was forced to buy a new battery at full price. Then I also needed a new tire for my son's van that blew out on the highway. They refused because they only had 1 tech..... but I can clearly see there's 3 of them working. They had three hours left before close, and refused to do one loose rim tire in 3 hours. Day 2: I show up they do the loose rim, I take the tire too the van and tell them I'll be back for the other three. AGAIN they act like they've never seen me and know nothing about the situation. All they tell me is that the have too many cars to do and are only doing appointments. Frustrated I have them sit aside the tires so they don't get sold and agree to come back the next day. I pull up and again the first thing they say is do you have an appointment? I said no you wouldn't make me one yesterday when I was here but my tires are Right there waiting for me. "OH, well we can't do it" he says. Then I watch him go back in the garage and sit down next to the car that's in the shop. I see at least 3 workers in there and 1 car and NOBODY is doing ANYTHING! They're just sitting around doing nothing. If I were the GM there I'd fire the whole lot of them. They have created a culture of not doing any work. Fire the whole shop! Lazy Lazy Lazy

My experience at this shop completely changed! Despite the high volume of service today due to Black Friday, team lead Josberth was very professional, fast, and efficient with my oil change, engine cleaning, and he even removed the bad smell from my car. The entire service took no more than 30 minutes.

Worst place to get your oil done. I got my oil changed, drove about 2 miles, and realized the burning oil smell wasn't going away, so I stopped and opened my hood and saw oil everywhere. I then realized that the oil filter was the issue and drove back. I talked to the female worker who seemed dumbfounded that it was leaking and that somehow the rubber seal for the oil filter was missing when it was never put on to begin with they put the seal finally on and topped of my oil but I never got a apology or even acknowledged that they forgot the oil filter seal or that now my suv stinks like burned oil first and last time here

First customer to show up, I was asked if I wanted my air filter replaced (no big deal extra $20). When I get my vehicle back they charged me for it and never even looked at it. My AC started blowing hot air and It was working fine before. I came for an oil change and left with more maintenance and money to work on it. I have no clue what the techs were doing while working on my vehicle but definitely not what I came in for.

Ernesto was incredible to work with. My car started having all sorts of issues after I had made an order online, and Ernesto patiently walked me through the steps, making sure I consented to the price before moving on to the next step. I didn't feel like he was trying to upsell me. Bien hecho, Don Ernesto and crew!

Ernesto was amazing! He was super friendly, easy to talk to, and really took the time to explain everything. You can tell he genuinely cares and wants to help. He made the whole experience quick and stress-free AS WELL. If you’re going to Auto Care, definitely go see Ernesto — he’s awesome!

The truth is, they have terrible service. I waited two hours, and when I went out to check my car, it turned out they hadn't changed the oil because they didn't have the filter, and I was waiting like an idiot. They never gave me any notice. Then I went to Autozone to buy it with the filter, and when they changed it, I checked the oil level myself, and it was a finger's breadth above the maximum, which is very bad for the engine, especially in my Subaru, which has a boxer engine. In total, I waited five hours for them to do everything. Truly terrible service.

Arrived at my scheduled time for an oil change appointment and sat in my car waiting for 45 minutes for someone to come check me in, which they never did. I didn't even see an employee leave the garage in that time or check in the other person who was waiting at the other bay. There was a car in the bay ahead of me getting an oil change and in those 45 minutes of waiting not a single person touched that car despite the department being what appeared to be fully staffed. I got so frustrated that I just went inside and got the supplies to do it myself. Even then there was nobody at the service desk. I found another employee from the main store and requested help, they called the auto department and someone said they would be out to help but nobody came, I did this 3 times and it took over an hour before someone chose to help me. This is the second time Ive had an experience like this at this location. I will never go back and will recommend to all I know to stay far away. They waste your time unapologetically.

Terrible service when you go in for a warranty claim. You arrive at 6 pm with an emergency and they tell you they're closing soon and to come back the next day. Seriously? As if a flat tire emergency can wait. What a disappointment. If they paid the employees per car serviced, you'd see how quickly they'd attend to customers right up until closing time.

I've been coming here fors years and... It's Walmart. Expect walmart service. I got all four tires replaced on a Sunday afternoon and it took 3 hours with an appt. The staff was friendly at least. A few years ago they found all 4 of my tires were out of balance and "balanced" them. The tires were fine before, I think they just forgot to calibrate the machine. Afterwards, there was a lot of vibration and I went back and they balanced them properly.

Service is horrible, I was there to get one tire changed out due to defect, was told my tire is under warranty, all I have to do is order a tire online and refund will be given when I have it install. I showed up at 7am (first customer came through the door with an appointment). A refund was charged back to my card, and was told I only needed to pay for installation. I waited for 2 1/2 hours just for changing out one tire. When it's time to pick up my vehicle, I was billed for $109 instead of installation fee as promised. Management needed to be clear and honest up front. I am disappointed and disgusted. Will never buy any tires from Walmart

I called yesterday to schedule an appointment to get new tires. The man on the phone scheduled me for 3 but told me I could come in at 1. Today, I show up at 1 and get told I can wait around for 2 hours and hope they get to me or I can come back at 3. I was also told it would take 60-90 minutes for them to put the new tires on. I elected to come back at 3 where I sat for 10 minutes until an employee acknowledged my existence. Choose the tires I wanted, agreed to the service, and was told to leave my keys in my car (which I was not comfortable with), and wait 2-3 hours for my tires to be done. I had to call out of work because of this whole debacle. Words cannot express how deeply infuriated I am with this situation. For anyone wondering if the price Walmart offers is worth a visit, NO! One gentleman here has been waiting for 4 hours and his car STILL isn't done. If I was an employee and or supervisor in this department, I would be ashamed and embarrassed at how slowly work gets done. I just needed tires, I can't imagine what they would do with serious issues. With every passing minute I'm getting more and more worried if my tires are getting put on right. 4.5 hours later and they only installed 3 tires. They couldn't kick the tire hard enough to get it off.

We sat there waiting for 2 hours, just for an oil change we had an appointment for. One of the dude ignored all customers and just vaped the enitre time, and the staff where rude, like we bothered them cause we where at the shop, and on top of all of that they kept pushing our appointment back for cars that didn't have an appointment. From 5 to 8 we sat in that parking lot waiting for our car.

I was there for an hour and 40 minutes just for a warrantied battery exchange. Should have been symbol. Nobody knew what was going on. They told my children who wanted to get back in the car after shopping for an hour at the Walmart to get out because they were taking it for an oil change which was not what I was there for. I finally asked for a manager who was very attentive and got me out of there within 25 minutes.

I bought and had two tires changed at this Walmart. Everybody was great. All the technicians and the customer service reps were really good and knowledgeable. I was strongly recommend them.
