One of my one-week-old tires was very low on air again. I was told by the guy that was checking my truck there’s no flat tire nor leak. I texted my husband to relay the info coz he has more knowledge with autos and my husband said it may need a new valve stem. So I told the guy that and he said that was the first thing he checked and that it was good, but he’ll check again. And he said my husband was right, after he tried to put air on my tire and alarmed. Checked in at 9:59 am and got done at 3:03 pm. We are Walmart+ members and that was the only reason why I went through them to have it fixed AND we ordered those tires through another Walmart Auto Care location which was also a disaster. I’m not from Utah and I needed to get it fixed before another long drive, so I decided to endure the long wait. But never again will I go to any Walmart Auto Care places after this 2nd incident that I had to wait hours and hours for a simple vehicle work. 2 different Walmart Auto Care locations, same bad experience - NEVER AGAIN!

They couldn’t dismount a tire if you paid them. Y’all need better techs your guys are scared of passenger truck tires. Wouldn’t know until you try but too lazy to do that WASTE OF TIME!

I bought my tires and paid to have them installed. When I arrived at the appointment I made a week in advance, they gave me the tires and told me that they did not install them and I had to take the tires and search around the city to see who would take pity on me and install the tires. I bought them. Terrible service.

Just don’t come here. Waited 3 and 1/2 hours to get a battery replacement. No explanations and every time I asked they just said they have to prioritize the appointments over walk in. If you look into the garage they are all chatting and hanging out around the cars instead of working on it. Save yourself time and go somewhere else.
