Terrible service .. the guy SEAN in service is demeaning, rude, confrontational, and it's beyond me why this guy still has a job. The whole department just doesn't care and it really shows. From management to supervisor to point of contact. They just collect there check and don't care. Can you blame them ? I feel bad for Sean he is the type of guy that can't handle changing a battery without upsetting his ego.

A Walmart Auto associate explained to me that there is a new scheduling system for Auto services. Said system has been implemented from higher up And takes precedence over walk-ins. I do not blame associates and encourage others not to harass them, I would change this rating if there were a sign letting people know of the new appointment system.

I had an appointment for two wheels to be changed out on my vehicle. I did the appropriate things ahead of time and made an appointment and how long the service would take. The check in associate asked a technician said no more than a hour. Hour is well pasted and now it’s going to another hour or longer. This is the third appointment I’ve had in the last week and had to leave after the first two appointments because I waited over an hour and a half with not even may vehicle pulled into the bay!! Ridiculous, frustrated, and horrible customer service. Plus all of the technicians both outside and inside have been having over a twenty minute chat session.

Shady employees , came for a tire rotation and I had 50 dollars in my globe compartment , once they gave me the car back , 20 dollars were missing 😑, is not ok they go through your stuff and take whatever they think they can. After speaking to their team lead he could not find a solution to the problem, he even asked me If I was sure I had 50 dollars there cause one of the employees saw I had 10 dollar bill visible, admiting they went through my stuff. Be careful leaving valuables in car ,or just go to a different store if possible. Management there is incompetent.

Got a flat the night before. Thankfully, I have Walmart+, which offers free tire repair. Went to the Auto Care Center early the next morning. After waiting a few minutes, an employee came out and told me it would be at least a three hour wait because there were only two of them working. While disappointing, it wouldn't have been such a lousy visit if the employee was the least bit polite. Instead, after telling me the wait time for just a tire repair, he then retorted, "Now you need to move so we can back out this vehicle." (I had pulled into the Tire lane, naturally. My mistake, I guess...) I left and went right down the road to a professional business.

I don’t know how they sell tires here. I’ve tried twice to buy tires and get them installed. Both times they have cancelled the appointment. On the first purchase I tried to get it reinstated several times only to be told it was my problem. No one else has a problem with the system (highly doubt). The second time, we showed up at the appointed time and were told that our appointment that was confirmed the night before was canceled but we could wait for four hours or until they could get to it. Why bother to have appointments at all?! We’re done. Anywhere else is better.

As a walmart plus member I was able to get my tires patched for free. The service was quick and great. HOWEVER as I get in my car to leave I smell burnt rubber and strange noises. So I pulled back up to the service door. The manager came out and explained to me that when they lifted my car, the front tires dropped more than normal and apparently the strutt on the side they weren't working on had the coil come completely unraveled. Now I don't know how that's possible and neither does my mechanic, however, if you know something like that, how do you give the keys back to the customer with a smile and a have a nice day!? I literally could have gotten into an accident and been hurt or worse. I have to have my car towed and $800 later my strutts replaced? I feel it completely unethical that they didn't warn me before I got back into my car. Instead I had to go back to them and all I got was...yeah...sorry about that!

Everybody was really nice, good customer service. The new tires look great on my car. The price was pretty good compared to the rest. The only thing was that my tire change took 3 hours. My appointment was at 8am and they finally gave me my keys back at 11am, when my estimate was an hour.

Normally they are pretty quick but this time I was there much longer then I should have been. Not sure if they were having issues with my van or not. They did not communicate with me about the delay in completing. They do have free coffee and a TV in the waiting room which as you can see in the picture they need lessons on cleaning it but for the most part the department is pretty good.

I made an appointment to get my headlight replaced for a Saturday. When I pulled up on Saturday they had no record of my appointment and couldn’t help. Very frustrating

Done with Walmart (Wannabe) Tire Center! Bought tires online and made an appointment. Went to the store and dropped the car off and 20 minutes later I got a call telling me they had bad news. None of the employees could figure out how to lift my car off the ground with the jacks they have to install my tires. So they bagged and loaded the tires in my back seat and I was on my own to find someone who could install them. Found (Googled) California Tires and they had them installed in 35 minutes for a better price and even shined them. Attaching a photo for Walmart to reference on how to use a jack on a Mercedes the next time somebody needs tires. 😡

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I brought my car in for an oil change, and was told when I checked out that my skid plate was missing screws. I thought that was odd, since my car only has 7500 miles on it and is driven with care. I brought the car into a Honda Dealership regarding the issue. It turns out that not only was the skid plate missing screws, but Walmart totally messed up the oil change by not tightening the oil plug properly, which caused oil to leak into the skid plate. This required the oil change to be redone. To top matters off, it took me three days to get ahold of the manager to ask for a refund. I received a very generic apology with no responsibility taken on their part. I definitely recommend avoiding this location.

This place is a joke there associates are lazy and managers are just as bad. Took over a hour to get help with a return they charged for services I didnt receive. 4 managers came and went and non of them would just do the job. After waiting so long I got additude. If you got for any services ask for juan he is the only one that knows what he is doing...

I brought my car to Walmart Auto Service because one of my rear tires was flat. I specifically told them to rotate my new front tires to the rear and install two new tires on the front. Instead, they only replaced one rear tire that wasn’t even flat, just put air into the actual flat tire, and sent me on my way. The next day my car screen warned me again about low pressure in the same rear tire—proving they never fixed it. When I went back, they refused to take responsibility and claimed my instructions “weren’t clear.” Later, a manager admitted that the tire they replaced was damaged and unsafe, but then denied they had even changed it! I paid nearly $250 and still left with my original flat tire, plus I lost one of my new tires that should have been rotated to the back. Terrible service, zero accountability, and a complete waste of money.

Terrible service, no care for time slot/appointments, and understaffed. Came in to get new tire installed on my rims, booked their 7-8 am appointment, got their and didn’t get helped until 7:15 and then was told it would likely take 2-2.5 hours to get 4 tires mounted and balanced… i took my tires and left

I had a tire puncture in Salt Lake City on 12/31/25 on a relatively new set of Goodyear tires I purchased from Walmart in Minneapolis. On New Year’s Day (1/1/26), I drove to the Walmart in West Valley City, UT. Even without an online appointment, the staff—Brian, Nathan, and a mechanic whose name I didn’t catch—fixed the puncture and rotated my tires for just $3.22 (including taxes)! I had purchased the lifetime tire service warranty for around $18, and I can’t tell you how impressed I was with the incredibly professional and efficient service, all completed in just one hour. Walmart continues to be my go-to for synthetic oil changes for my 2021 Sienna as well.

I ordered 2 tires on 26th and they said it would be here Thursday but since I added the installation process they said they couldn't do the appointment till the 2nd of February so I assumed my tires would still be shipped on the correct date but unfortunately not! They are sending them on the 2nd with when they are able to do the appointment. This is very irritating because I could of got them installed somewhere and just picked up the tires Thursday if I didn't add the installation process.

My tire popped last night and so I put the spare on and went over there at 6:30pm, they do t close til 7. I asked the guy, or at least tried to ask the guy, if they had time to do a tire change. The guy didn’t even let me finish my sentence before he cut me off and just said no I asked what time they opened today and he said seven so I told him I would be back tomorrow, this was yesterday. I went there today around 10 AM and I pulled up into the oil change spot because that was the only garage door that was open. All of the other ones were closed. He comes up to my window and asks what he can do for me. This is the same guy that I spoke to yesterday, and I tell him I just need to get two new tires and he proceeds to point at the sign that says tires and says tires and then points at the sign that I was under that says oil change and he goes tires, oil change, tires, oil, change, pointing back-and-forth. I told him I’m not stupid and that all of the other garage doors were closed, and that he could’ve just told me to move over there. He tells me he does that to keep the heat in. After feeling like he treated me like I’m just stupid, I tell him I’m just gonna go somewhere else to which he replies “I don’t care”. Dude was a so rude and disrespectful to me for no reason and it’s not like this was my first interaction with him either. I will be calling and speaking to the manager tomorrow.

I was hoping to get a quick and simple tire rotation. My wife and I went as soon as it opened and immediately got my car checked in, but sat there for 2 hours and 30 minutes. The most I saw them do was open the car door. It definitely didn’t help seeing them talk and laugh amongst each other with their arms folded. After 2 hours I finally asked how much longer it’s going to take and was told 30 more minutes. They lifted my car 15 minutes after telling me that and did it in another 15 minutes. Just wow. They have no respect for their customers’ time. Another person there who had there car checked in would agree. So don’t bother coming here if you’re in a rush. Because If they can’t do a simple tire swap in under 2 hours I just don’t know what else to say.
