This is the worst customer service experience I have ever encountered. Don't tell your customer it will be a 45 min wait and then leave them stranded in your filthy, uncomfortable waiting area for more than 3 hrs. with the TV stuck on infomercials. Walmart is the armpit of our society! My shadow will never darken the threshold of another Walmart! Awful, terrible...

Complete incompetence at every level. Was forced to go elsewhere after being told I would need to go to an auto parts store to get what they needed to do the job. Decided not to go back. Best decision ever.

3 weeks ago my family and I were on our way from Texas to Florida and our tires started mess up my car was shaking bad I had a big knot on my tire we barley made it to Wal-Mart and I was in complete panic I had been driving for 8 hours or so and still had another 8 to go .. I pulled in and explained and all the guys there jumped on my car looking at each tire and fixed it and even helped me realize my tires had warranty and it wasn't gonna cost me nearly what I thought .. I just want to thank y'all again y'all were truly life savers that day.. There is no telling what would of happened if that tire would of blown going 85mph❤🙏

My tires were low on air, and I asked for them to check the tires. Put air in the tires that need air. He didn't check any of them and only put air in three of the tires. One is still low.

Went to get a tired patched because it had a nail in the tire & the girl had the worst attitude ever. Walmart should train employees on having better customer service. Being so blunt & rude & nasty to customers is just horrible. I just went somewhere else.

Told me it would take ONE TO TWO hours to replace simple essential accessory for me that I cannot do on my own. They were helping other people that came after me, like friends of people who work there maybe. I had to leave after about an hour and a half. They had come over to say I was next, as soon as a car pulled out, but gave them another 15 minutes after it did, and they didn't help me. Was told they were shorthanded. ☹

Lisa was very helpful. We were in need of a battery for our Jeep. My sister who lives in Kansas City, Mo was paying for this battery. Unfortunately we were told to pay for it online which means we have to wait until tomorrow. Since I had my battery w me Lisa kept my battery so that I wouldn't have to walk back w it. True customer service, she tried to help me find a way so that I could have the battery tonight but it just couldn't happen. My only complaint is that there needs to be a way for people in my situation, so that the folks helping us can pay for the item or items we need and us get products the same day!!

What an unexpected surprise!!! My husband and I came to town for business when our college aged son notified us he’d had a blow out the night before. It was nearly impossible to get a last minute dealership appointment that could be done quickly and affordably and I normally shy away from Walmart service Centers due to a previous bad experience at a different location. Boy was I wrong!!! This location quite often gets a bum wrap among locals but the service department staff was courteous, friendly and helpful and most importantly fast and affordable. Kudos to you guys for a job well done!!!

Had a question about batteries. They had pieces for me to fix it with but they only install. Good people in the repair area, hard to find a counter person. Good price. Did not take to long to get it paid for and out the door. I used the entrance in the auto area.

This is saddest Walmart I ever seen!!! I bought a battery from them not even two months ago and it went bad. Now I’m here trying to get a replacement and the don’t have the same battery so they gave me back the battery they told me is bad and told me to go elsewhere! Why you give someone back a faulty battery that I got from your store? Last time this happened they gave me another battery that fit!! The employee kept saying how much she wanted to go home and even on the phone!! They want to close store because people are stealing from them! They’re stealing from us!!!!

While I can understand short Staffan and not having enough qualified people. But the 3 hour wait for a tire change (off vehicle) and the lack of correct paperwork was a bit more than expected. Thanks to a fantastic mechanic who did do his best, saved the review back to a 3 star.

Do not go here. I would give 0 stars if I could. I’ve been getting oil changes at Take 5 since 2016. This is the WORST one. Had me sitting in the bay for over an hour only to tell me they ran out of my filter. Okay fine, I’ll come back in a few days. Come back today, I sat and waited for an hour and a half (no one in front of me. Just sitting in the bay). No explanation, no apology for the wait, just lack luster demeanor to go with my oil change. I will not be returning. Go to Walmart or somewhere else

Worst place ever to get an oil change , i came here and was told the filter was recalled , went to grease monkey on dauphin street and they had no problems with a recall oil filter , i also was provided with alot of input on preventative items and ended up getting a new battery , cabin filter and my rear differential flushed..i will never come back here , grease monkey has a new life time customer.

Got 2 tires installed. $79. The guy that was doing the order said are you taking them with you or do you want us to install. I said,ya'll install..found 2 tires, said my total would be $199+ tax. I couldn't understand why so high. I go into the waiting area,I asked the young lady,she didn't know, so she went and got the I guess would be supervisor. He said, he didn't know and brused me to the side. No one came to me and explained nothing about what was going on. Come to find out,the guy that was placing my order, charged me for $30 lifetime balance,which we never discussed. He wasn't really doing no talking. Looking to get a refund for my $30

Ripped my shield out from under my car. Obviously ripped from hoe the bolts were dangling. Did not put bolts back properly, shield dangling off. Simple oil change. Not ever going back. Costing me more in repair than the oil change was.

Disappointing Experience with Tire Installation – Unnecessary Charges I know this review may not carry much weight, but I still want to share my experience in hopes that it helps others and encourages better service. I recently visited this Walmart location for a tire installation. I had purchased the tires from Walmart and paid in advance for the installation. I arrived on time for my scheduled appointment and was greeted by a staff member who quickly inspected my vehicle. Within minutes, I was told I needed to purchase 17 new lug nuts or they wouldn’t install the tires. My car has a total of 20 lug nuts, including 4 locking nuts that require a key. All of them were in good condition—I had recently changed a flat myself using the standard wrench that comes with the car, with no issues at all. I questioned the request, explaining that the lug nuts were fine, but the receptionist insisted. He then called a supervisor, who inspected the vehicle again and reduced the number to 7 new lug nuts. While it was a relief that the number dropped, it still didn’t make sense. Wanting to avoid further delay, I agreed and purchased the 7 new lug nuts. After the installation, I checked and confirmed that the new lugs were indeed installed—but in my honest opinion, they were completely unnecessary. It felt like an upsell tactic rather than a genuine safety concern. While the cost may not be significant, it’s the principle that matters. Customers deserve honest assessments and fair treatment. I hope Walmart takes this feedback seriously and works toward improving transparency and trust in their service centers.

I went here for tires a while back. I forgot to do my review, but they have excellent prices and their mechanics are awesome and very fast… I don’t think anyone can beat the prices. It’s very affordable.
