I was absolutely AMAZED how great the prices are here for Tires! I just took my car there to get 4 new tires with Roadside Hazard for $400 bucks!! They also had a cheaper set that word fit my car for only $319 for all 4 but did not include roadside hazard! Wal-Mart is definitely the place to go if you're looking for a new set of tires! Thank you guys! Y'all did get and y'all were so nice, helpful, and professional! I give 5 stars!! 👏

Went to this Walmart auto center as I was referred to visit by his store by another Walmart auto center (inefficient people and lazy) for installing my tires.. I called these auto center few times as I couldn’t book the appt thru Walmart app or website. So, directly went through to this store and they gave the appt quickly for installation.. overall, it’s OK here..

Nice guys. Very helpful. I just got a simple oil change. I also needed some items from the store so, I shopped while they worked. They sent me a text that my truck was done while I was ringing my stuff up at the self checkout. Good timing. The guys even held the doors open so I could get my shopping cart through. I will probably be back next time I need an oil change since it was so easy to kill 2 birds with one stone. Thanks guys!

Worst experience of getting tires. Called to see if they had my tires in stock and make appt. They told me I could not make appt with out first buying tires. I came in about 10:00 am and then told I had to buy 4 tires because I had 4 wheel drive. I said why didnt you tell me that on the phone? The kid said it wasnt his responsibility to ask me about my car. The kid was rude as hell and the supervisor that was there listening to us was rude as hell. No professionalism or knowledge of what questions you should ask the customer before they come up to get 2 tires put on. Never will I go here again and will tell anyone seeking tires to not go here. I have never wrote a review before but this one really irritated me beyond words. No one is accountable for their job and I am seeing this way to much.

These guys (Auto Center) get 5 stars from me. Although there is another Walmart Auto Center closer to where i live, i prefer this location. There was a snafu with tires arriving late for my appointment, but this is a Walmart logistics issue, not an Auto Center one. There was also a second snafu on this visit - i had a 7am appointment, and the 7AM morning shift technicians all called off sick (!!!). This was Sunday AM. However, the store manager made it up & gave me credit for the tire mount/balance portion for my wait (i waited until other techs from yhe 10AM shift were able to come in early and cover). The 2 technicians who worked on my car were awesome - they deserve kudos. Same for the store manager. The 7AM technicians... well, they should be fired. Hope the manager takes this review into consideration.

Denied service because of the smell of my car. Not everyone can control the circumstances of their vehicle or can afford to have it professionally cleaned. Really disappointing and frustrating to be turned away for a “weed” smell, especially since I was just looking for a tire change. I just recently got the car and it was all I could afford. I made sure my car was cleaned the best I could before coming to to get the tire change. Im not sure why a company would deny a person over the cleanliness of their car, especially to do a job that does not require you to be inside said car. Just a very frustrating experience overall and a waste of my time. Bell tire in South Lyon thankfully was able to do my tire change without any issue, and I recommend that anyone else go there instead.

On July 28, I went to Novi to do some work. On the way, I found that my left front tire was under-inflated. Further inspection revealed a nail, so I repaired the tire nearby. It cost me $18 and an hour and a half. The staff was very polite, but I believe they were not professional. After finishing my work in the afternoon, I returned to OKEMOS and found that the steering wheel was shaking violently. I wondered that they did not do the tire balance. So I went to OKEMOS WALMART, but unfortunately, since it was not the same WALMART, they had to charge an additional fee for balancing. However, the staff told me that Walmart would do a balance after the tire was repaired, and he did not understand why New Hudson did not do it. But the terrible thing was behind. 15 minutes later, the staff told me that because the left front tire was not balanced, the tire tread was damaged and uneven, and it could no longer be used. I had to spend $230 to replace the two front tires. This caused me a huge loss.

This auto care center lies about the price of batteries and once you get there they tell you it’s $60 more and then they claim they take money off for your old battery but they don’t. Told me on the phone $100 got there he said it was $159 then he said he takes $12 off from that but instead of the receipt they lied and said the battery was $171 and then took $12 off of that so I paid $169 when I was never told the correct price for the battery. Do not come here!

If you got a truck and need tires go somewhere else. My truck needs a 15/16 socket. Usually keep one on me but this time didnt. After supplying the tire and then i needed to provide the tools. Guys were polite and searched and searched but that manager really needs to provide tools for all services and sizes. Funny they sell it.

Great experience and value! I took my vehicle in to get an oil change. I forgot that it was Easter weekend and there would be an hour and a half wait. I was advised that they have appointments that could be booked. They were able to get me in, next day. It took less than 20 minutes for the oil change! They cleaned my front and back windows, checked fluids, aired up tires, etc. I was impressed! I highly recommend this location for your oil change and tire needs!

Service management is absolutely outrageous. I believe he was a older man. Would not let me speak. Would not let me ask anything. Just rudely over spoke me amd told me I cant come in after just asking to make an appointment. Absolutely will be going somewhere else and escalating this to HR. Outrageous the way that man spoke to me in front of my children.

Workers are absolutely fantastic people and will do anything And go out of their way to help you. Lead Manager has an absolutely horrible attitude, does not have any knowledge of cars or how to work on them, will do anything to get out of working on the vehicles, talks to employees like they are trash, and has an uncanny way of talking to women that hopefully HR will love to hear about again. Just keep in mind that your gonna get the walmart way and thats his way and if you dont like it the highway is a stones throw away. Morals as a person are null and void to him. He does not care, will act like he does, and then talk all of the disrespect he can when you walk away. I would not suggest going there on any other days other than sunday and tuesday.

Absolutely worst auto care I had experience with. I scheduled to replace tires. When I came to the reception area in time, no one was there. Then when lady showed up in ten minutes, they accused me being late. She took my keys, checked the car, she said they cannot replace it, since they do not have same rim size in their system which I’ve been driving since I bought a car. I said alright, I’d pickup the tires and replace somewhere else. She said okey, but when she returned she said she got just three. Their manager was .. no words. POOREST SERVICE EVER

Walked in to have a tire rotation days ago, they do them for free when you buy their tires. The problem, you can’t make an appointment for rotations, They told me they were too busy that day and to make an appointment for an oil change and at that time, tell them you need a rotation as well. Well I had an appointment at 10:30 a.m. today to be turned away again, super slow in store but the guy at the counter said he needed two people to do the tire rotation (there was another guy there) and he would just do my oil change. I felt strong that he just didn’t feel like it, so I drove a half hour away to pay double and actually get a tire rotation. Walmart sells tires cheaply with the promise of free rotations. If you can’t actually get them it’s not such a great deal. I’ll be going to their competitors and paying the extra upfront from here on out. Really unhelpful staff. The guy at the automotive store I’m at now said it’s crazy the guy couldn’t do it by himself.

The workers were nice and helpful. However one of the workers who was doing the check in messed up what she did and I brought it to her attention and instead of hearing me out she was so sure she was correct that I took her word for it and trusted her that my money would be refunded. However it’s been weeks after that and my order still didn’t get canceled or refunded so I reached out to Walmart help chat and they said they’d ask their team to cancel my item. Now I get an email from Walmart help and they said that because of what it says on the app (how the worker checked me in) that I picked up the item and now have to contact the Walmart I was at to deal with it. This is a huge waste of time and money because of one workers mistake which I notified her about but she didn’t listen. Here’s what happened: I needed to replace a tire so I went to schedule an appointment through the app, they make you buy the tire ahead of time so I paid for the tire. I reach my appointment and the worker who’s checking me in says oh just pay for the tire and the service at the end when we’re done. I tell her I already paid for the tire when I made the appointment. She goes oh don’t worry it’ll refund you automatically. I check the app and it says “item picked up” so I tell her and she said “no that means I checked you in for your car appointment” and I go “no it says I picked up the item” and she went “yeah it says that, it means the service will start but you’ll get refunded for your tire in a few days.” I trust her and at the end I pay for the tire and service. Well that was a mistake because I still haven’t gotten refunded and now I have to talk to multiple people just to get my money because of a stubborn wrong worker. Very disappointing they think it’s fine to play with people’s money and time like that.
