This Wal-Mart is almost always busy and they never have any help. I'm fine with waiting to fix my car but when I wait in line for 20 minutes because you only have one person back there just for you to tell me they cant get to my car today just frustrates me.

Said they couldn't patch my tire because the hole was to close to a patch they didn't even take the tire off. Went to harolds and they fixed it. Walmart said I used up to much of my warranty on the tires

This is a reliable auto mechanic. The rates are affordable and the service is quick. It's a great place for quick jobs like oil changes, tire rotations, brakes, battery replacement, lube jobs etc. I always choose this location over any other Walmart because the service is much quicker.

I dropped my car off to have the advertised $44 full synthetic oil change. There was only one other car in the auto service parking lot at the time. The cashier helping me was very rude and annoyed that I was there. He got the car registered to be serviced and said to check back later. So I shopped around for 1.5hrs assuming it would be finished. I paid for some misc. items and headed back to the tire and service center. The guy says oh yea, your car we couldn't do because we don't have the oil filter. Great, it'd be nice if you told me that when I came in so I don't have to waste 2 hours in your store. Thanks👏🏻. "Take a chance", I said...."give Walmart a shot!", I said.....

I walk in and bruh is poking at the computer and won't even look up. A few minutes of forcefully ignoring me and he says it'll be a minute. Finally i get to tell him i need a basic oil change. He says my car REQUIRES full synthetic. It's not under warranty. Is my car going to call the oil police? I left without service.

UPDATE: I purchased the "Black Friday" early deal and my tires were supposed to be there, but they weren't. So I was put on a list to be called when they came in. It was about a week and a half wait but I got my appointment and went to get them. It only took 30 minutes to get them put on and the cost was about ½ of what it would have cost me. I'm very happy with the service that I received! I went to get quote on tires and to ask about an upcoming sale. The man that helped me was EXTREMELY polite, knowledgeable and helpful. He even had me return the next week to make sure things were still as he had told me the previous week. He then ordered the tires and told me when to call to make sure they were in and set up my appointment. He took the time to make sure that things were in order and I was taken care of. This store was the one in North Topeka, I want to express this.

In the middle of the day I show up to try to get one tire put on my car there's 3 guys working in there it took them 20 minutes to get up to the front desk and that was after numerous phone calls made before getting help to the counter and the guy told me that it was gonna take 2 hours before they could get me in because they needed to go on lunch break at separate times???? Which was odd considering I saw three men back there working when I pulled up. I decided I didn't want anybody that lazy working on my vehicle anyway so I went somewhere else that actually wanted my business Hey Walmart.....Pay a little bit more so you can get quality employees.

I brought my vehicle in for service on a very busy day, just before a big snow storm. They got my car in right away. I explained to the technicians that I thought I needed a new battery, but I wasn't sure. They tested my battery, let me know that it did not need to be replaced and saved me from spending $200 unnecessarily. They also correctly diagnosed the problem I was having, and referred me somewhere cheaper than the Audi dealer to repair it. Mike, Dalton and Nick, thank you for your honesty and your excellent customer service! I will come back and I will refer others to Walmart Automotive on SE California as well.

took over a hour and half to do a 15-20 min job ... employees where standing around and talking with non tle employees while i sat there watching via the window into the bays. there was a 30 min gap where the tire was on the balancer and the employees where just standing around , they didnt take off the old weights just added new ones to balance it

I called having troubles with my battery but didn't get off until 6:20 pm, had to jump my car, and then get it up to the service center all by 7pm. I called and talked to Paul who told me he would do his best to get me taken care of if I got there by 7. I arrived at 6:56 and as I was pulling up Paul was coming out and by God he took care of everything from beginning to end!! Thank you Paul for keeping your word and even staying a few minutes longer after close to get me taken care of and back on the road!!!! I can't thank you enough for having the kind heart you have, a blessing is in store for you!!!
