absolutely ridiculous no one answers the phone customer service store operator or anything. My order pick up was at 7 PM. It is now 10:00 PM. They told me it was ready and there’s still no one coming outside. You get absolutely no help. They don’t answer the phones. Just horrible service.

Worst Walmart ever! Never get orders on time ordered cat litter delayed for 3 days still haven't gotten Don't answer the phones. Then take your money then have to wait 2 weeks money back biggest scam ever! Will be calling my lawyers on Monday.

Very elegant and clean Walmart nice bathrooms, there was a couple things at this Walmart location that were different from others the grab and go section was nice and also the displays were more well-maintained. The cash out or check out machines were definitely updated and the staff was very nice and have very helpful with any questions that we had. We did also hand up getting gas which was at 4.79 a gallon but you have to either have a Sam’s Club membership or a Sam’s Club credit card. If we are by the area we will definitely come back to that Walmart and grab some snacks for either the beach or when we’re walking down to a parks

Do NOT place a pick up order unless you don’t need it to be ready during the time you pick & when you go to pick it up you want to wait in your car 30-45 minutes for it to get brought out. HORRIBLE PROCESS! HORRIBLE SERVICE!

Customs and Border Protections agent followed me to my vehicle and pulled in the spot in front of me to prevent me from pulling forward when leaving. She sat in the vehicle eating what looked like a bag of potato chips while she creepily stared at me. As soon as I backed out of the parking spot she also left which is why I believe she parked in front of me just to prevent me from pulling out forward and to creepily stare at me. Perhaps I'm mistaken but either way it was a very odd experience.

Every time I go to this place it's poorly lit and horribly stocked. Large portions of the shelves are empty, although you will undoubtedly find random things from other departments on the shelves. I don't know if they're short employees to clean and stock or what the story is but the place is a dump. The Vision Center there is great, though. The people are friendly, helpful and efficient. Go for the Vision Dept., stay out of the store!

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟+ Absolutely splendid. 😁👍🏿 Clean, well stocked, spotless bathrooms, they even had manned cash registers, lol! A smaller Walmart, but extremely pleasant. I highly recommend this store, and the prices are better than most that I've seen in that area.

Twice now I’ve been waiting at pick up for 1 hour+, and one was a scheduled pick up. Either hire more people for pick ups or schedule less pick ups. Little update, ran in to grab the one thing I was waiting for, for the second pickup, and it took 5 minutes compared to the hour+ of waiting for the more “convenient” option.

Horrendous pick up system. No matter the time of day or week, I am forced to sit and wait for a pick up for over 60 minutes, while none of the other cars receive their orders either. Not a single person, cart, or car moving because of this lackluster methodology that this location has set up for their pick up system. I should not leave Walmart 90 minutes after I arrive/my order was said to be ready to be picked up. Just simply ridiculous and slow.

For the last couple of months there always seem to be a issue with the money order machine! Some staff members are very disrespectful including the last one I dealt with tonight. I called earlier today to see if I can come by to get a money order and to see if the machine was working they said yes and to be there before 8pm when it closes. I show up at 7:40 wait 5 minutes no one shows up to serve me at the check cashing station then i go to customer service and this rude staff member with glasses, alot of makeup and tattoo on her chest tells me they closed the check cashing station early tonight. I'm like but i was told on the phone it closes at 8pm then she says it's down but i told her i spoke to someone in the morning and said it was working I was at the hospital when i called them. She then answers with a very disrespectful tone and says well that was in the morning...so then i just walked away and told myself never to come back to this walmart ever again. By far the worst walmart with the worst customer service ever! Not even the ones I went to in New York or Florida do they compare to this location in kenosha. Very disrespectful staff in the past. I will be going to Meijer or Woodmans from now on thank you for doing me a favor.

Honestly don’t know why this Walmart is even open. There may be SOME employees that want to do their jobs, but this store doesn’t have that many. It made me so upset that no one wanted to help me find something that was on THEIR website/app. Literally asked over 4 employees and all of their responses were the same. “Look over there” and ALL of them pointed in different directions. 🤣 there’s a Latino manager that doesn’t manage much (ethnicity has nothing to do with it, only added it to describe to whoever these reviews actually matter to, to actually make a difference) people spend their money here, billions daily. And for Walmart to employ such people is beyond me. Don’t wanna work? Don’t apply. Don’t show, and don’t ruin other people’s days.

Placed online order 6:30 am to pick up 4-5 pm. On my way to pick up get sent message it’s delayed?! Waited 15min to say it’s ready checked in and waited 45minutes! People move slow to. It was nice out to! Must get it together!

Today I came to this Walmart and received EXCELLENT customer service from Angela and Aliana. I had a vision to make an outside Christmas tree out of the green tomato cage in your fenced in area. Angela could see I was needing help with something and asked me. I told her I could wait until she was done doing what she was doing and she said "no, I can help you now" It was so nice to not feel like a burden. I told Angela what I was looking for and she said "not a problem" we walk over and I didn't realize everything was blocked off for Christmas, I told Angela to not worry about it and she insisted on helping. Angela got the door opened and her and Aliana went outside and dug through the tomato cages to find me the best one . I'm so appreciative of the smiles, the sincere want to help, and positive energy coming from the girls. I worked retail for 15 years and I know this time of year can be a challenge. Please recognize these ladies, they made my day and I was able to complete my vision.

Shopping elsewhere from now on. Placed an online order at 12:30 for pickup 7-8pm. I waited over an hour just for them to tell me they were too busy and didn’t have time to pack it. Their only response was that I should reschedule my pickup time for another day. I always had good service with these online pickups but this one was not okay and they didn’t offer any good solution. My order was not big either, as I live alone. Will not be doing online pickup anymore. I should’ve just gone inside.

I ordered pick up. More than half of my items were unavailable, I sat almost an hour from the time I checked into my parking spot to the time they brought out my items. Not only should the website keep track of unavailable items, staff should not leave customers sitting 40+ minutes waiting for their items! This is not the first time for this to happen either!

Went to get a set of new tires for my 2013 chevy Traverse, the tires are great. Somehow in the process the scratched every single one of my rims about an inch from the edge all the way around. Half of the techs said it was possible and the manager told me he would take care of it if i went and got a quote. So i spent hours looking for someone to do the work. Finally i found somone, got the quote and went back the same day. He told me to come back the next day ao they could take my wheels back off and put them on the machine to see if it would damage them more. Afterwards he kept telling me the machines cant damage the rims because they are ment to be touchless, that they could review the video and see if I was lying. Finally the next day I went back and told him im not going to let them touch my vehicle again. I was told they could send it to Walmart insurance but they probably wouldn't do much. What a horrible experience, iv always taken my vehicles to Walmart for tires and never expected anything like this. This was Friday September 12th 2025. Im still waiting on a reply back from Walmarts insurance for what they will "offer". Ugh what a headache.

This location needs to do better. I was at work and I bought a vacuum cleaner from my walmartapp. It was delivered. The physical vacuum cleaner inside the box is not what I paid for. Look at the pictures. I started a return process and came to the store and Christina who is a team lead is telling me that they cannot take the item back. I don’t know this lady but her attitude is nasty for working in customer service. I had to call Walmart.com and they helped me. Customer service wanted a verification of who i was dealing with to process my refund and Christina refused to talk to the manager from walmart.com. She refused to get her supervisor. No information was passed on. Customer service was very poor. They did not listen to anything i had to say. Someone in this Walmart location did not nor are doing their jobs.

Under one roof, you can get all required stuff for yourself. Clothes, medicines, toys, bakery it's, outdoor, grocery, electronics. Staff was friendly and had proper marked ayle. Ample of parking.
