I had a wonderful lady, Anna, check me out at Walmart on California! I ride a cart and often need help with my groceries. She was so kind and considerate helping me get my groceries on the checkout belt. Then she walked out with me and put them in my trunk! I appreciated everything she did for me yesterday! Great customer service!

I had to wait forever for service for someone to come in.Help me then.When I stopped someone to ask them for help , she wanted to get very rude with me then\nWhen the other employee that did will come and help me.She said yeah, they have a problem with that employee all the time, but the manager didn't want to seem to do anything about it.Just unprofessional very rude

Let me tell you about my last and FINAL visit here. So I went in to get some small gift bags for Xmas gifts. I went in one location of the store found what I needed, went straight to the register (not self checkout) and a young man checked me out. Now I am all done and ready to leave and this 6 ft plus WWE smackdown old blonde chick, stops me with the ol' "can I see your receipt". Literally, for what reason? I checked out 15 feet from you at a manned register, I have one small sack with the little 5x7 gift bags in it, I am not rolling out a TV or bags of sand, and everyone in the world knows Walmarts security cameras capture everything. So what did I personally do (besides obviously looking the way I do) to cause you to stop and harass me for a receipt?? What? Not to mention, only this location has officers marching around the entrances, no other. Soooooooo, I mean... why did you stop me?! Of course I gave her the receipt because I had nothing, but I will never go there again. I am tired of WALMART. I am tired of them devaluing customers and making people feel like a suspect for shopping and giving YOU our hard earned money. Train your employees better.

The staff is very courteous and helpful. I love using the Walmart app also !!!!! I love that all stores have that feature. So you can find what you are looking for, usually, pretty quick. With all the online shopping the employees have to do, that is why we all have a tough time finding someone to help. But utilize the app. It's very helpful. And the store is very clean and organized.
