Hello Ryan, Well I must say this has been quite an experience trying to book an appointment with you..... extremely frustrating and time consuming. I had you detail my Volvo C30 a number of years ago and thought you did an excellent job and was impressed by your professionalism, so much so that I referred you to my neighbors who needed their cars done. At the time you did my car we talked about having you work on my El Camino and you seemed quite eager to detail that car as well, and it was the car I had scheduled for you to do Friday. As I'm trying to get it ready for sale, time is of the essence, and I first reached out to Signature Detailing in Renton about it around the 1st of the month but they told me that they were all booked up until 8/21 which didn't work for me. I then turned to you, first with two phone calls last week, the first on Monday 8/4 and the second on Wednesday 8/6 as I wanted to know what you would charge for the El Camino as it didn't really seem to fit into any of your categories listed on your website. Having left messages both times I called but never receiving a return call, I went ahead and booked online for an appointment this Friday the 15th, only to be surprised by your cancellation today 5 days after the booking was made and a full 10 days since I first tried to contact you. You stated reason being you've had " recurring issues with past appointments that have impacted our ability to deliver consistent and reliable service." So a few questions. Have I ever caused you any issues concerning appointments with you? Have I ever ghosted you regarding an appointment? Have I ever failed to pay for services rendered? Did I not look out after your business by making referrals on your behalf? If none of these apply, why should I be penalized for issues that you may have had with other clients? I don't know but it seems like a strange way to run a business by penalizing your good, and I thought valued past customers by refusing their repeat business and abruptly cancelling. Unfortunately, I find your communication extremely poor, definitely not consistent nor reliable, and your reason to cancel given the nature of our past dealings, suspect. I hope you'll answer the questions I posed to you above and share your thoughts with me concerning this experience. To follow up..... no response from Mr. Walsh

I finally had the opportunity to book an appt with WalshMe Detail with Ryan. After reading about the services, and the great reviews, Wow! my 2012 Prius looks timeless. Hard to believe it's a 12 year old car, first sold in 2011. He also resurfaced (?) my headlight lenses which now sparkle and are clear as new. When I saw the car after the job was completed, couldn't believe it was the same interior. All the colors surfaces were so much richer appearing. Ryan and Isabel were prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. From scheduling the appt to job completion their customer service is 5 STAR!

They offer lots of options for inside and outside cleaning at a reasonable price, and come to you which is awesome. Ryan was my tech, and he was very kind and super easy to work with. He did an impressive job getting my Tacoma sparkly clean inside and out! My truck looks, feels, and smells amazing. The sealer they use brings the entire vehicle back to the day I drove it off the lot.
