Stopped at this hermitage location instead of the normal Sharpsville location that I normally use. Started to spray my truck down and the spray nozzle is spraying all over me so I guess I’m supposed to be happy because of saving money for a two for one clean. Also the water isn’t heated here at this location so forget about trying to get the snow and ice off your vehicles in the winter months guess this location should only be open above operating temperatures. I was very displeased and soaked from my experience at this location for being a loyal customer of a couple times a week at the Sharpsville location. So the hermitage location could use heated water and some maintenance.

Works great for my Super Duty. Everwash membership is great value. I have 2 additional vehicles added at reduced fee. You can wash everyday if you want.

Love how you don’t have to have change to wash your car! I swiped my card and it charged me for however long I washed it! It was awesome! The automatic car washes do not always get my car clean so I like to do it myself, but I don’t always have change.

High tech but it didn't clean my rocker panels very well. Choose from touchless carwash or soft touch if you have an older or very dirty vehicle. The premium washes are a bit pricey for this area.

The self service wash bays except bills and quarters. It worked very well the wash rinse and scrubbing brushes. Also the spot free and wax worked good. I suggest that if your going to do the spray wax that you leave time to rinse.

My vehicle rarely gets very dirty. It is garage kept and primarily used for a 5 minute commute to work 5 days a week. So typically a drive thru car wash is more than enough to make the vehicle look showroom clean. This is the second time I've used this wash and both times it left my vehicle looking dirty. The bottom half, all around looked like it hadn't even been sprayed as there was still dirt spots after I pulled out. Also there was soap that was not rinsed off and spots where it appeared that wax was unevenly sprayed on then pressure washed to leave it looking like there are flaws in the paint. Just like last time I will end up having to go home and re-wash my vehicle to get the rest of the dirt off and remove the blotches of wax.

The carwash honestly sucks. I have tried it 3 times and all 3 times it doesn't clean the truck very well. Always leaves lines of dirt like a jet is out .But even with the new soft touch it fails at removing even loose dirt. Not worth the 16 dollars for the top wash. Just go to coats or shenango valley car wash

Could put in credit card, dollars or quarters but no place to make change. What ever you put in the car wash it does not return change. I was NOT going to insert a $20 bill and $4 ran out before I could finish. Close enough.

I love this car wash! The rates are affordable and there are options to suit every need. The app can be downloaded to manage your plan and is used to purchase your wash. Every wash includes a free vacuum too! It’s worth having…especially during our “salty” winters!

EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. I mean every single time I come here, there is a problem. I had the wash package and I cancelled that when I noticed that the place started going downhill. To start, the machines rarely ever work. The sprayers do not clean an entire car, and yes I mean car. Not a truck or a van, a CAR. So if you have a truck or even an SUV, the rain will do a better job. Just park your vehicle outside. Next, the soap. You’re lucky if you get an even amount every time that you go. Lastly and the cherry on top, I went tonight because it was convenient and I payed for the $13 was and somehow only managed to get the $7 basic wash. I had no underbody wash, no triple foam soap AND no dryer. When I informed a car in line of the malfunction, the truck in front of them couldn’t even get the machine to work! So needless to say, don’t make the mistake that I made. Take the extra 4 minute drive up to Cal’s Car Wash across from the Honda dealership and get a good wash. What a waste of time and $13. This car wash is horrendous. Only gave it one star because -500 wasn’t an option.

Glad to have found this place. After a bad oil-leak while traveling on I80, our campervan was caked in a grit/oil mixture underbody and back. The self service bays were large enough to accommodate our van (just shy of 9ft) and 30 minutes and a liberal application of the high pressure soap later, we got the van all shiny again. Super pressure, easily payable by card, and all options had soap/whatever stocked.

Don’t get me wrong, I love this carwash… when its open and working. They do not prepare for winters (obviously). Everytime I come during the winter, it’s closed. While every other carwash is working. And they take their good ol’ time to go fix it. So, they must be fine with sitting back, while their carwash is down, taking our monthly payments. The past two times I have went, they shut the wash down on me RIGHT BEFORE I went to scan my code. Unbelievable.
