There are so many perks to having a wash pass at this trainwreck of an establishment, it's hard to decide where to begin? First, you'll love interacting with the owner, lil' Napoleon. Spoiler Alert..."he's" not really Napoleon's "son," but "he's" just as ruthless and 100 times more arrogant with "his" customers. In fact, the only thing that's missing is a sign that says "Beware of the Owner." Second, if you one of "his" pals, feel free to drop by and run a muck. Thirsty? NO PROBLEM! Just head on over around one in the afternoon and polish off a case of beer with "him" by the dumpster. BYOB of course! Also, between you and I, if you get stopped by the police after pulling out of this fly-by-night "business" just tell the officer you know the "owner" of the wash-and-go. I'm sure once you drop his name all will be forgiven. Third, despise order and commom sense? Again, "he's" got you covered. Park wherever you'd like. In fact, if you manage to park in the worst place imaginable, e.g. in the confined entrance lane that leads you to the car wash, you'll get a special, unadvertised bouns - a scentless blue Christmas tree air freshener. This "guy" puts the bah in "bah humbug!!!" Finally, based on personal experience, I'm sure this "operation" will continue to thrive well into next week. In short, if you want a professional car wash without being verbally assaulted, Golden Nozzle is the place for you. #worstbusinessever

Place they donāt operate properly at regular hours the owner come whenever he fell like it never no oneās there to help u if u need assistance right of way y haven a business if itās more close then open not a literally sign with the hours operating also the wipers on ur car always comes out the guy itās not responsible for it he yell at u rude if u know it and come to him to trying to find ur wipers blade literally donāt make sense having no business place like that around pay someone to be there and open like a any normal place opens š«”šš

Machine didn't spray out any soap on the soft touch wash. When the gentleman who does maintenance arrived, he argued with me saying that it was my fault (somehow). When he went thru it afterwards it did the same thing. There's no way to contact the owner which is the only reason I'm leaving a review. Hopefully they see this and address the issue along with the unprofessional maintenance worker. Also it isn't 24hrs. The maintenance worker told me it closes at 8 p.m. as he was turning on the lights and putting up the cones at 10:47 p.m. I'm guessing he overslept.

I went 4 times hoping it would get better. While i came to the check-in Screen at nite time, i was blinded by the light on the building so i had to estimate my closeness to the machine. I already had the app ready but it gave me errors. I called the phone#. Lady said "app wont work at all locations" & agreed that I'll have to call to get a carwash EACH TIME to obtain The NINE DIGIT CODE to enter in the wash. (Cuz 4 digits would be to simple...). then i needed to put wipers on while the wash had already started dropping soap, etc. Before I was even fully in. I then needed to turn wipers off so they dont get damaged by the wash. I had to turn wipers back on to drive forward to rinse off & dry. The wash didnt even wash my car correctly & left streaks. Also my rear wiper got pulled up. The 1st two times i went there i had to back out cuz no one was there to assist me & the app didnt work. You cant get thru without a new 9-digit code each time (?!?) Im really surprised nobody has corrected these problems to make the wash easy, user friendly, smart, and lucrative. Most manual car washes let you get up to a point before it starts pouring soap so you dont have to keep turning wipers on & off & risking damaging them cuz you forgot to turn them off. I canceled my monthly plan cuz this wash is too ridiculous & risky. The ppl working there were nice.

Got the $15 wash. Did not clean my car completely. The soft wash only washed up to my side mirrors, not even the front doors. There is still so much dirt, and no one to contact. The $5 wash might be worth it, no more than that tho.

Several spots on the car were not cleaned after I went through. And it was just dirt and loose grime. The machine didn't seem to have touched those areas at all even though I paid for an "ultimate" wash. And despite my purchasing a monthly unlimited wash plan, the manager sent me away when I circled back to go for a second wash due to the missed areas. I'm not going to renew the monthly plan once it's up. Poor quality. Poor management.

I will never go back there again. I been going there for at least 5 years. Poor and non professional manager in dealing with my complaint about miss function of his car wash when I passed through. My car came out not rinsed properly. He give me attitude about it and made a big deal about asking if I can go back. So I had to leave and did it at home myself š¤Øšā¹ļø.

The car wash is great yet sometimes the car gets filled with soap and you cannot wash again unless you pay another 9$. Also the vacuum cleaners are free the owner stated that it was because people come and open the vacuum door and take out the trash which is true however I took it upon myself to clean the waste and have been waiting for two weeks to see if they turn them on and nothing. I go to work early so I am there early yet no vacuum. No way to contact the company. Other than that itās a good car wash when it works I just wish there was a way to communicate with the owners

I had found this to be the lowest price for a car wash around and I went here a lot. However, somewhat recently the price nearly doubled and now it costs about as much as going to Golden Nozzle, so my visits here dropped dramatically. The blow drying as you're exiting the wash starts as soon as the main wash finishes. If you're getting a better wash than the "basic" then you lose out on dry time since you still need to drive slowly through the remainder of the wash to get the spot free rinse etc. By the time you get to the drying nozzles, half of your dry time has already expired.

Just got a wash. If you care about your car and your paint, I would suggest going elsewhere. Iāve gone to a lot of different car washes. I might have gotten lucky previously, but this was by far the worst one Iāve ever gotten. Even if Iām offered a free wash for this bad review, Iām not going to take it because itās that much of a letdown. Paid for the $15 mid-grade, and was flabbergasted when I had to drive myself through the machine. I did the āsoftā-touch, and thought my car got hit by one of the swing arms because it was very rough. Didnāt clean the whole car, didnāt dry off well, donāt know what in the world I paid an extra $6 for. Because what I got (the āmid-gradeā) seemed about as bare-bones of a wash as you can get. All in all, never going there again even though itās less than a minute from my house. Going to be going out of my way to get a better wash and better overall user experience for the same price or cheaper.

(Update 5/18 now 3.5 stars cuz just wasted 2gal of gas (about 40$ worth in cpl more wks thanks to the worst/dumbest/most destructive president Ever ) Becuz it says its open 24HRS on google maps. Well it's 1030pm and its def closed with cones and a barrel blocking entrance) 4stars because you can pick pick between touchless OR touch aka the big dirty noodle things that can scratch your paint but If you have a avalanche or escalade truck style it leaves the back window/rear full of soap every time. (Went thru 2x)And if you have an older vehicle or any sort of paint or rust spots, it makes it many times worse and Creates much bigger issues. It would be a great idea if one of these places put a hose that patrons could rinse off the soap at the end quickly after going thru.

The only working carwash on State Street during the holiday. Came thru in a clinche. Decent job for what it's worth but it's hard to say if the brushes are working to full capacity. Just the same it's still better than other carwash places that try to sell you a membership. This place is 100% self serve with no forced salesmen.
