The manager on duty did this passive aggressive thing where he shut off every vacuum as I tried using it, so I kept moving my car trying to find a vacuum. I was planning to vacuum first, then go through the car wash. All he had to do was tell me that it was required to go through the car wash first. That simple lack of courtesy is why people won’t come back to your business. All you had to do was come outside like a regular person and let me know.

Good place for a quick wash but if your car is in a real need of a wash then it's better to go somewhere else or do yourself. Even a small build up of grime from winter driving the car wash will not get the back of the car clean unless you are lucky enough to get someone to pressure wash the back for you. I just paid for their #3 hoping to get the dirt off the back and it's just as dirty as going in.

Been here a few times for a quick wash. Last time I went a part of my car fell off (the glue likely came loose from the heat). I called and asked if they had it and they were super nice and helpful. I showed them a picture of the part I was missing and they brought it out for me!

Their website says open until 630pm I showed up at 330pm and they were closed. I spoke with their corporate office and they said they should be open. The representative said the in I’ll check the other location and call you back, they never did? I guess the business must be booming where apparently don’t need the business.

Please try to avoid getting a monthly membership. They require the tag number for setup. I recently had an issue when I sold my car and tried to transfer the membership to my new one—they wouldn’t let me because they need the exact tag number, and they can’t just look you up by your name. It makes things way more complicated, so it’s best to avoid the headache up front.

Only place where they don’t turn me away. I drive a Ford Raptor, and it’s just too big for almost every other car wash. Not here, it fits fine with the mirrors in, and I still get a very nice wash when finished.

Nice-looking facility. Plenty of vacuums. The car wash gets the car pretty clean, but it can't get the wheels completely clean. The last time I went through, it wouldn't complete my debit transaction. But overall, it seems like a good place.

The customer service here is outstanding! If your car isn’t cleaned to your satisfaction the first time, they actually encourage you to go through again to make it right. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, especially when you drive up to the kiosk to pay. They answer any questions you may have with a great attitude and a genuine willingness to help. I have a brand new car less than 2k miles and I went thru this car wash. I didn’t have any scratches or anything on my car atleast to my knowledge and since my car is so new I look at it a lot lol… well I went thru and the wash didn’t get most of the dirt/bird crap. Then when I was wiping/inspecting my car I noticed a big scratch and some buffs. I brought it to their attention and the employees were sweet but the camera photo they gave me saying it was already there(nothing was visible but they said it was there. On top of that the vacuums were not working!
