Great team, they go above and beyond to keep their customers happy and highly satisfy . They pay much attention to small details and follow safety procedures and I personally was a witness today in the short time that I was there when someone tried to drive their car the wrong way and Immediate action was taken using the proper steps to pull out everyone to safety from the situation. Great job, and keep up the good work.

Car wash is great. Prices are fair. My first run thru, bird droppings didn't completely come off so they sent me thru a second time for free. Vacuuming is great with their brand new system and not to mention FREE! Overall I'd recommend this car wash.

Signed up for the monthly membership and when I tried to cancel it, I couldn’t access my account. Turns out the person who signed me up put my phone number in wrong and spelled my name incorrectly so there was no way for me to access the account. The membership renewed because of this and when asked for a refund I was told that I can only have $31 back instead of the full refund because it’s prorated for how many days this month it’s been used. I explained that I would like a full refund because it wasn’t my fault I couldn’t access my account and that the manager wasn’t in when I went in person to handle it. (She called me the day after I went because she wasn’t in) The manager was rude on the phone and seemed super annoyed with me even though I was trying to be extra nice as I’m sure most aren’t in regards to refunds. She didn’t offer any assistance and just ignored what I said and repeated that it was prorated. She also made a remark saying “It’s only a $6 difference so” . The only reason I was canceling is because I didn’t use it enough in one month to justify the membership but I still planned on going to the business as needed. It’s a shame because I’ve always had great washes here and never had any problems.

It's big and new with free vacuums.i paid $25 for the skyline ceramic. But once I pulled into the carwash my experience went down. The gentleman standing there rinse off only the driver side. My passenger window still has bird poop. The carwash never wiped my front window. I can still see my wipers streaks in the dust.

Stay away from this place if you value your vehicle at all. Find any other place to wash your car.This place is the worst. They damaged the hood of our vehicle. The manager gave us the runaround for months, repeatedly telling us they would make it right. But nothing ever happened. They even refused to return the hood ornament that they had broken off. I can't speak to the entire chain, only to this specific location.It is the epitome of poor management and dishonest business practices.

I’ve only ever had good experiences here. I got a membership for my father who wasn’t able to use it due to switching vehicles. I thought I would only get a replacement sticker, but they offered to credit me for some of the unused time. Way beyond what I could have expected!

Accidentally signed up for a membership, realized 8 months later cause I never had access to my phone to check my credit card statements. The employee Syn who assisted me canceling my membership also refunded my the money for the previous 8 months of unused washes. I had no expectation of them refunding me cause businesses are generally reluctant and a little difficult, so I didn’t even ask. The kind employee offered and made me feel a lot better about this business! The customer service is great!

Very shady business practices! Buyer beware!! Signed up for monthly car wash. 1st wash was great everything after that was horrible. My truck literally comes out half washed left side looks good the right side of my truck looks like it is completely missed and is dirty when I come out. Whats worse is you go when its busy and they let all the non members in first not one car like 10 before all members. Never again!! Canceled my membership

First, the monthly car wash plan was great. Rather than pay each time, the small fee for the month paid for itself after the 2nd wash. While I only used the service for a month, I recently found the monthly charge recurring (shame on me for not checking my itemized statement, but typically my monthly sum charges are consistent). I called Washville and was greeted by Cyn. She kindly explained the monthly contract but noted she can see I only used the service for the one month. She took it upon herself to go to her mgt team, explain the situation and arranged to have to recurring months I did not use refunded. Quote amazing service IMO. I would highly recommend Washville from a product and customer service perspective.

Against my better judgment, I went in to get my 3 month old truck washed on January 13th and left with 4 new scratches and a partially washed truck. They told me to come in to submit a damage claim which I did the same day. Of course, it was denied because they couldn’t find anything in the brushes later that day. The attendant that helped me with the damage claim question whether I got the truck washed that day because it was still so dirty. I then showed him that it only washed half of the hood. He replied with “oh, that makes sense because our top roller is broken.” Good to know I paid full price for a half ass wash and now have to drop another $900 on paint corrections. Save your time and money and go somewhere else!
