I am genuinely disappointed. I paid for their most expensive car wash should my car look like it just had water sprayed on it. Spend a $25 at Club Car Wash where they do such a better job. When I tried to explain it to the manager he just told me he can't help me even showed him my car

Update: after my comment the General Manager reached out and offered me the same wash plus a hand wax, he did it himself and it looks like it just came off the showroom floor, all windows clean as can be. They even waxed the roof

I wish I can give negative rating. I suggest not to go here. Reckless staff. I am writing this review as soon as I got a Full service car wash done here with hand wax service. It costed me 67$. The vaccum was not not done properly, interior dash and seat wiping is not done properly and they even got some paint of my car. I could not get angry the guy who gave me my car cos he seemed very young. They even added a service to clean my trunk, but didn't.

I’m a broker that works in automobile hail damage. I washed over 20 cars a month with these folks and never had a complaint. A few days ago their tracks malfunctioned and ended up gashing a whole in the side of my tire. Like the other damage complaints on here they will lead you to believe that they will do what’s right but they won’t. Their excuse? I was expected to know what to do when their machines malfunctioned. Don’t be concerned your car is stuck in a lane with another car behind you coming at ya. I can have a few free washes was the offer. Keep your washes Andrew.

To say there are excellent Car Wash is an understatement never have I ever walked into a car wash with such completeness with everything you need from your own air freshener to the wipes and things you need to clean out the inside and that's just the tip of the iceberg when you take your car up there they will roll it through the wash for you and make sure it's completely detailed inside and out after it's ran through the washer and they do a top notch job of every detail to get your car washed here it's worth the drive. Definitely stop by car Waterway Carwash

Don’t do the $20, drive thru, outside only wash, with the auto/machine generated wheel cleaner & tire shining. I purchased this $20 wash & the auto spray tire shine left an oil residue all over my *clean* wheels. I could’ve saved myself 8-10$ at a drive through wash at the gas station & come out of it with cleaner wheels. I spent $20 here to leave with dirtier wheels than what I went in with.You can see the actual spray marks in the residue on the tire & wheel in the photo.

So I came in this location referred to by numerous st louis natives, paid 40 dollars for the whole car to be cleaned inside an out with a vacuum service. I was told it should take 15 -20 min which is great for a woman constantly on the go. So After 7 min (literally) i was waved out by the carwash attendant stating "I was ready to go" I jumped in the car not thinking I needed to ensure the quality of service I paid for. as I sit at the stop light I began to inspect the services an became highly disappointed. These pictures are just from the driver side. So you can imagine what the rest looked like afterwards. There's dirt in the handle of the door still on the top an bottom along with dirt on the top of the door seal by the window. clearly it wasn't wiped down! same thing with the center cup holders an console, an debris all over the carpets

⸻ Great price and exceptional service! Stopped by before our trip to Florida and was impressed with the service. They washed the mats, vacuumed the interior (with an extra charge for the cargo area), and detailed the windows. The service was quick, efficient, and reasonably priced. Highly recommend!

This place used to be decent, so I don't know what happened maybe the work ethic is truly going downhill. My car is always fairly clean so not a ton to do, and I'm heavily pregnant so not feeling the bending to vaccuum. I had to ask them to vacuum several spots over and didn't notice the one under my daughters seat until a couple days later. Like...seriously...One star bc the kids working are always pleasant.

Staff is always friendly. I accidentally thought they closed at 9pm. Rolled up at 7:15pm (closed at 7) and they didn’t say a word and still let us go through the wash. Thank you guys!

Ok I have given Waterway carwash more than once to get their people the knowledge to clean a vehicle the correct way. They CANNOT get the cleaning windows the right way down. I explained that the widows were still dirty and as I was sitting in the car pointing the dirty spots and streaks out, the guy closed the door on me. I went and got a manager and the truck is still filthy. Don't go here go to General Grants carwash on Watson. I paid $35.00 for something a child could of done a better job at. Pathetic, and I drive the highway everyday and these streaks make it really hard to see.

This place used to be good. They’ve gone down hill in a serious way. Missed spots around the car and worst of all they killed my battery. They were nice enough to jump the car but come on guys. When I asked what you did, don’t say nothing! I wouldn’t have the heat on in a 95 degree heat wave. You touched a whole lot of something that you weren’t supposed to be touching. When I asked the kid what he did he ran to another car. Had to hunt down the supervisor who wouldn’t take responsibility for their poor service and bad behavior. WILL NOT BE BACK! Update: sent them all sorts of information showing that nothing was wrong with the car prior to arrive and trusting them with the car for 15 minutes. They won’t take responsibility or any kind of accountability. Not even a sorry. Won’t give me a tank of gas for the trouble. Wouldn’t refund my card but gave me a refund in the form of cash. Now I have to make a trip to the bank. Where I will let the bank teller know how horrible this establishment is.

Not impressed. Just got back from a trip. They asked if anything specific, I said yes please vacuum the back thoroughly...come out he didnt even open the back. Vacuumed in 2 mins Looked terrible.

I paid for the full service (includes Exterior Wash, Interior vacuum, Interior windows, Dashboard and console wipedown, Spot Free Rinse and Thorough hand dry according to website) and added on washing my floor mats. The car didn’t look like it had been vacuumed since there was still hair everywhere. I get the very back area looking like that since I have a dog but the windows were still dirty and the dashboard didn’t look touched. The floor mats also still had dirt on them. I rated 2 stars because the people were really nice and had good customer service skills. I’ve attached pictures. Maybe my expectations were too high but I thought for $30 it would be sparkly clean like they advertise. This was my first time paying for this and will definitely be my last :(

Firstly at least 3 cars that came after me were started/finished before my car was even touched. Paid 50$ for a wash they didn’t even open the truck I was told it was 4$ extra nor wipe down the outside there’s dried droplets all over the car still. I had to ask them to clean the driver window with visible dried water when it was finished (i watched the entire time no one touched the outside with a towel). Inside is half cleaned photos below. Touch screen still spotty, cup holders still dirty. Dirt still in seats with oil spots. Door frames are still FILTHY! I wash my car better for free so I’ll just keep doing that. An employee told me they are a car wash not a detailer…unbelievable! Should have asked for my money back right then. This is usually my go to location so i guess I’ll find another

I use to like coming here but it has been horrible recently. Paid for a full clean and they didn’t even clean the back of the car. They missed very noticeable marks around the car. This is not worth the money that they are charging.

An interesting start to the entrance to getting my car washed.. It is mid morning and the on-site remote receipt POS (point of service). is not working. Next When entering the washing portal an odd thing happened. Two of the track rollers jammed behind my front tires causing no damage other than having to backup over both rollers that were on top of each other. This was very odd I think the attendant was surprised too. After a reset I was able to get my car's clean. I did the whole thing a little pricey but it is suppose to rain in a few days and I get the rain Guarantee for 5 days. After they finished with cleaning inside and out I checked the car over the drier cleaner employee noticed me looking at the hood and commented that the lint from the towel would blow away in the wind when I drove away. It was not much but maybe they need to replace the towels more frequently. This has to be the most messed up visit at the Shrewsbury Waterway ever. The drier,cleaner guy did offer to send it through again but I did not want to have a repeat of what I just went through. I cannot recommend this carwash please just be aware of things that can happen. I would have thought that since they made their increases and made everything ala carte the experience would be much better. Good Luck
