Guys are the real deal. Took my car here after having a bad experience at another shop. Customer service was incredible, the owner is 2nd generation and even gave me a tour around the shop. Never tried to upsale me on any services even though I gave them a list of things to look at. Just good, honest, hard working mechanics. Only place I'm coming from now on.

Awesome experience, they took my vehicle on zero notice, and had the diagnosis and estimate within 24 hours, and the job was done later that day of the estimate, just one day after I dropped it off. Price was fair and actually even less than quoted over the phone when I went to pick up the car. The gentlemen told me he found a better deal on parts. Appreciate the military discount as well. Car runs like new. Needed sparkplug and coil, which is exactly what i was suspecting with the symptoms of a misfire. I will be bringing all our cars here from now on as I value trustworthiness, thorough evaluation and skillful repair at an honest price.

What can I say? My car had been sick for a long time. Same health problem that other automotive repair places just couldn't keep in check. I put the car aside until a dire strait. I remembered getting a card years earlier to check out this establishment. I did and automatically they knew the nature of my car and gave me an assured feeling the car is good in their hands. My truck has been shaking and rattling for quite some time now and I needed to find out what was going on with it. She’s my only vehicle and she does have some age and mileage on her so I was reluctant in even bothering to get her fixed. I was referred by another shop and I decided to give it a go. My appointment was today and from start to finish the experience was great. I arrived late and they still took my truck in. I was updated on the condition of my truck, pricing and duration of time it would take to complete. It was completed in the same day. My truck feels brand new to me. Quiet, no shaking and acceleration is great. I am satisfied with what I was charged because the work was such high quality. I thank the Weber’s Automotive team for taking care of the old girl and I will be sure to come back to them for my future automotive needs!

I've found my new auto shop. Good honest service, and folks who know what theyre doing. I asked them to check out a sound my car was making, and they were kind enough to waive the inspection fee because they were going to change the oil and needed to drive it for that anyway. They explained exactly what the issue was, and gave me a very honest evaluation that I probably don't need to worry about it - Seriously, my worst fear when I go to an automotive place is getting ripped off because I'm a girl who doesn't know about cars, but they did me right and didn't try to upsell me on anything that isn't necessary. I really appreciate that and I'll be back for all my car service in the future.

My son was traveling from Michigan to Clemson, SC to move into college. Car was having problems 5 hours into the 13 hour trip. Weber's was extremely helpful and understanding of our situation. My son was in Dayton and we didn't know who to call but somehow my wife said call weber's. We did and they jumped right on it and got my son back on his way. Even fed him lunch when he was there! We called the right garage.

I had a great first experience with this shop. He seemed nice, diagnosed the problem with my shaky front end. It was my tires, they had broken belts in the front and I had to get 2 new tires. The price was reasonable for 2 new tires. I think I will come back again. It's just so hard trusting people will do you right without taking you to the cleaners, lol. But he seemed honest so I will go with that.

If I could give them 10 stars I would. An Automotive shop with a personality! John was a very great man to meet and what I've met with his son who is also John. He seems to be a chip of the old block. Except he likes the steelers.....I guess nobody is perfect. And the fella whom I just lapsed on what his name was but goatee and ponytail. Really cool cat as well. I have used there services twice in the last 2 weeks and it feels odd to say as I am a old country boy from almost 2 hours away. They saw me coming..... then greeted me with a smile and treated me better than half the table top waiters do! A rare gem to find. 3 generations strong now and that same small town automotive shop feel from 30 years ago. But located in the middle of Dayton. And so far the prices have been very reasonable and didnt five my anxiety a run for its money! But seriously if you want great service and great customer service Weber Automotive Service is on the top of my list to the point because I travel to Dayton a lot I think I will just continue to keep taking my vehicles to them for my services! Im that impressed 😎 with this Family ran business. It honestly feels like you can truely show up as a customer and leave as a friend! Thanks Double John's in the Gang for all you've done for me!

A few years ago I had a "go to mechanic" the people I met there continued to take care of me and I thought they couldn't be replaced-I was wrong and I wish I'd gone here the whole time, what a great group! They do great service, fast, so personable, knowledgeable and they won't try to charge you for what you don't need. I can't recommend them enough. I've moved 20+minutes away, and I'd still go to them every time if I can help it! So worth it. Andy is very communicative and who I've dealt with Everytime I've been in the shop, he's very patient, knowledgeable, makes me feel valued, and taken care of.
