I have taken my automobiles there many times because they are very honest and won't rip you off. The work has exceptional quality and finishes the job in a timely manner, usually same day or next. Last week my radiator busted on the road, I towed it to his garage at night, he had it fixed by the end of the next day. Of all the repairs I had done, brakes, rotors, radiators, water pumps, never had to return due to a bad repair.

I've gone here for many years. A reliable and trusted resource for the community. Tim is always up front with costs and concerns about the car. He tried his darndest to get me to not sink more money into my dying car that was really not worth saving. Now that I finally have a new car (it was that or rebuild an entirely new engine) I'm only in the shop 2-3x a year for oil changes/tire rotations. Even though it's now a 45 min drive for me to get there- it's well worth it knowing my car is in capable hands.

I've been taking my cars to Tim for a few years now, mostly because he treats me as a human being instead of a wallet with legs. He's friendly, honest and does excellent work. He's practical, sensitive to my budget and never tries to sell me unnecessary repairs. I highly, highly recommend him.

Tim is a great guy... We were new to the area and needed a trusted mechanic -- a guy who won't bleed you of every penny. Tim will actually call you after he looks at your car to tell you if he thinks you can save money by fixing or not fixing something. He's earned my continued business. I've had him work on our cars 4 times in a year now. Couldnt recommend more.

I've gone to Weeks multiple times on the recommendation of a friend. They always listen to what I need, recommend fixes without trying to sell me things I don't need, and communicate clearly and quickly. I had one complicated repair recently. Weeks took the time to diagnose and explain it, and they were honest about what they could and couldn't do. They made sure that the car was running well, but advised me that I might have to ultimately take it to a dealer or trade it in. I really appreciate the honesty and thoroughness, especially compared to my later experience at the dealer. I plan to continue taking cars to Weeks for all service and repairs!

I don't generally feel compelled to write reviews but Tim is one of the most honest, personable and compassionate mechanics I've had the pleasure in dealing with. Being a student and coming from out of down, car troubles are the last thing I want on my plate but Tim did the most he could in accommodating me. He gives the price upfront and even ate the price of a service that didn't resolve my issue. Those who've heard of this shop has told me nothing but good things about it and I can attest. Neil, his son, was also very helpful. Great, Honest Family Business!

TERRIBLE SERVICE. I went to try to get information on a car problem that i was dealing with, the guy smart talks me saying “he needs to know the description of what is wrong.” I show him the description he begins to say “well take it there, to the place you got the description from” with a smart attitude. I proceed to nicely tell him I wanted to look around to find cheaper alternatives and get more information on what the dealership descriptions even mean because I am not that familiar with cars. He then proceeds to give me an attitude telling me to go to that place saying he will charge me more and to ask someone else about what it means because he wouldn’t help me without being serviced. As I left he continues to say mean remarks which was completely uncalled for and rude. As a person who came in very respectful i was very disappointed with the service I received. I hope this wasn’t a racial reason as to why he was so rude.

I highly recommend Weeks Automotive! I've been looking around for a good, honest and reliable mechanic in the Cleveland Heights area - finally found Weeks and have been really happy. I really appreciate how thorough Tim and the team are, and also that they keep up with me regularly on updates. They also just have basic "good manners" that I've found lacking in other shops. In our most recent experience, we brought in our car for some Transmission work. Weeks was able to accommodate the appointment quickly. It was a big job and required a few days to complete, but most of that was due to a part that needed to be ordered. After this was done, our final cost was several hundred $ lower than what was estimated, which was terrific: they were able to source a lower-cost part and also effectively re-use some existing pieces that did not need to be replaced!

I Couldn’t recommend him enough! Today my mom had some car troubles and was having such a hard time finding someone to fix her car, she called and spoke to Kendal and he was very timely and helpful!! Not only did he call to keep my mom updated on her car and the progress he was making but he had everything completed under an hour! Clearly he’s skilled at his work and loves what he does and his work is to show for it! I’ll recommend him a thousand times
