Wellington Auto Body did a wonderful job at fixing a difficult-to- fix issue we had with our car, when nobody else wanted to touch it. On top of that, we were expecting a bill of about $2000, and we're shocked when our bill was only about 1/4th of that. The only thing I would have liked is to get some updates on the repair, as our car was there for almost 2 weeks before we heard it was done. Nonetheless, they did a perfect job and even vacuumed our car on top of just fixing it

Have been servicing our company vehicles here for the better part of 15 years. If there was something flaky or dishonest about their policy of work, we would have known of it by now. Cleveland, the front desk manager is the most calm, mild mannered attendant you will ever meet at a high-stress auto repair shop. Prices are fair enough and they back up their work should something not pan out as expected (we're all human, right?). Will continue to do business with them well into the future.

Disappointed in their ability to diagnose and poor customer service. They misdiagnosed the problem after we told them what we felt needed repair. We then had to go back and have them do the job we had diagnosed ourselves in the first place, costing us double the labor. We were told by the supervisor there was nothing he could do and he didn't seem to care either. Very expensive repair and super disappointing customer service. Oh!! They also charge you 2.4% on top of your bill if you pay by credit card. What a joke. Save yourself some time and money and go anywhere else but here.

Terrible service, rude, and overpriced. I brought my teenage son's 30-year-old truck in to have the main seal replaced because it started leaking in my garage. We're talking about a 30-year-old, parts are cheaper than dirt, easy to work on, Chevy truck. After several days being "diagnosed," I was told it was the manifold gaskets and not the main seal. I authorized the repair, and they took almost a week to complete the job. I was told they test drove it and confirmed it was fixed. I paid about 20 times in labor what the parts cost and drove the truck home. It still leaked. The next day I brought the truck back in and was told this time, it was the main seal...imagine that? It took them almost another week to complete that job and when I inquired about a discount for their incompetence, I was basically told to go pound sand. This time they charged me about 30 times more in labor then their inflated parts were. The lesson here.....they don't know what they are doing, take a long time figuring out they don't know what they are doing, frustrate you by having you return your vehicle multiple times to have it fixed, and then charging you a ton of money for the privilege of being subjected to their rude staff. Wellington Auto Service just gives mechanics a bad name.

They went above and beyond to keep me updated on the status of repairs. Car came back looking like nothing happened! Unfortunately I have to say how disappointed I am with this shop and that after 4 yrs I will no longer be taking my vehicles here. Over the past 4 yrs I’ve had my truck in and out for different things but I always seemed to be coming out with a new problem and going back. I had my suspicions but I didn’t want to be that person and I continued to trust the personnel at this shop and followed their advice. The last problem was they sent me to Virginia with a bad head gasket and my truck overheating and they said it was normal for my truck to sit just over 200. I went up with my kids and a horse trailer full of stuff and thank God my truck was loyal enough to get us there safe before she completely blew. This was in 2023. Had it all replaced by another shop up north and have been driving her for a yr and a half without issues. I recently took a trip to Tampa with a horse and she started to overheat. The faster I would go the cooler she got so I figured a thermostat or something and took her in. Shop stated the head gasket was bad as she didn’t pass the block test and motor was shot and with 270k miles on my 3500 dodge cummins that it wasn’t worth fixing with such high mileage and to just replace the motor and it would be about a $20k job or more. That didn’t sit right with me so I went and pulled her from the yard. Steve couldn’t look at me and was shaking when I was checking out. My truck went to another shop and has since been fixed, all it was was the radiator. It was full of debris and I told them to just put a new one. She has a new radiator and drives great, a total of $1k is all it cost. With all this being said, this shop is not trustworthy and they have lost me as a customer and the thousands of dollars they’ve ripped off of me over the years will be no more. No more oil changes and coming out with new problems. I’m done. I’ve learned once again, trust my gut because I was right all along. Beware using this shop, supposedly they changed out my fuel sensor a yr ago and guess what? It’s still the old original fuel sensor, it was never replaced but believe you me I was charged several hundred dollars for changing that out. Very disappointed with everyone here. Seems like a typical male run shop that takes advantage of females. If you’re a woman I advise you stay away and look elsewhere. I train racehorses and am a well established business owner, I won’t be recommending anyone to this shop from here forward.
