Called for an estimate on swapping out a sway bar and he kept joking throwing random numbers out. Told him I cant drive it and still couldn't give me any numbers most likely wants to rip off their customers. Wouldn't reccomend a shop like this

Whoever answered the phone on today 13 of august was really rude. Everyone doesn’t know everything when they call that’s why we call. Customer service goes a long way. He either needs training or a new job he enjoys because having attitude is not professional when someone is trying to get clarity on a vehicle. So I don’t recommend to anyone that likes at the very least decent customer service.

Considering having my vehicle leave me stranded was not a great experience, having my vehicle serviced at West Car turned me day around. Shortly after having my Jeep towed in for service I received regular phone calls updating me on the status of the diagnosis and repair. I was able to pick up my vehicle in leas than 24hrs after it broke down and the cost of repairs was fair and professionally done. I highly recommend West Car and will be taking my vehicle to them for regular maintenance and major repairs moving forward.

Leon is absolutely phenomenal. Amazing customer service, wonderful patience and kindness. I don’t know the rest of the guys names, but they did a great job assessing my vehicle. And the prices are so much better than other places. Bring your own parts, Midas, even a mobile mechanic were more expensive than here

If I could give this place a zero I would. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! My oil change turned into a $300 transmission job because they drained the wrong fluid and over filled the oil causing my car permanent transmission damage. Which according to the dealer would cost me $4,000. Leo you disrespected me by hanging up on me after the service when I called to speak to a manager saying you had no time to talk to me. Called me “ hun” which is unprofessional of any business and refused to take responsibility for the error of your mechanic. You can put your head in the sand all you want, but we both know who caused this damage. ************************************

Went today to change oil on my truck I think that guy that does it needs to put paper on floor mat cuz he left oil and black marks on my mats had to wash it. So if you go ask them to put paper on floor cuz oil is hard to wash off.

My husband of 36 yrs passed 2 yrs ago, my car has been my home since, i do not consider myself homeless. I know how some mechanics take advantage of women, this place came highly recommended & they did not disappoint. I will never go anywhere else. Leo is very patient & understanding, he will take his time & explain the problem & answer every question i may have, most importantly he is very honest & respectful. Went for an oil change and spent a crazy 82 dollars. Got a lifter tick a couple days later, drained the checked the oil myself and found out they never even changed it in the first place. Horrible experience, never going back, and I will tell all my friends, family, and social media followers to avoid and share this horrible experience.

I was referred to come here for my maintenance oil changes and have been here about 3 times now. The staff is very respectful and professional, specifically the man in the front with glasses. My car is always done within 20 minutes. They are upfront about the price the oil change will be for your vehicle and will tell you what is wrong with your vehicle with a simple diagnostic check request. I have instilled trust with this business, but more importantly, I feel safe and respected here, especially as a women.

Excellant service. Very profressional..i usually go to gonzalez my mechanic for years. But i moved. Just needed a simple oil change and my old mechanic has a line...he is that good. But this company is really good at it. Its literally a drive-thru for oil change. they were fast and the the young fellow in the front. Sorry, dont know his name? Was so professional. Answered my questions. Ladies come here they wont do u wrong. Take advantage of you. I even talked to a customer waiting outside before they opened... she has been coming for years. She gave me a good referral..even check the engine lights too.
