Be cautious coming here. Took my miata to them to get tires changed. Told them to be very carelful with the wheels as they were not cheap at all and had NO paint chips prior to getting the tires changed. Originally I wanted to get a different tire size and after failing multiple times to get them on (they should've fit with no issue but shop claimed they couldn't because they were 3 piece) I had to get the original tire size which was fine but when they did they charged me for mount and balance (I was told they weren't charging for mount and balance for a sale/deal they had going on) so that was pretty annoying to begin with. They chipped the paint on multiple wheels as well as losing one of the metal valve stem caps for the wheels. I had them check my brakes as well and was told that they were "pretty bad". When I finally took my car to get the brakes changed by my own mechanic we come to realize my brakes don't need to be replaced at all and have plenty of life left. We also found out that the wheels were completely over torqued as well which was super awesome. So unfortunately they were just trying to take advantage of the situation considering im a girl that "doesn't know anything" trying to get as much money as they could while taking no care of my vehicle even when asked to be extra careful. Edit: also found out they put the wheels on wrong. I have a staggered setup which I told them and they knew about and they put one of my front wheels in the back and vice versa :)

Came in on a Saturday first thing in the morning without an appointment and asked if they did wheel repairs, and if they could finish the same day. It’s not advertised anywhere on their site they do wheel repairs. Anyways they said they could do it and could do it within the hour for $89.95. Great job and overall great service. They took good care of my M2.

I have been coming here for years and i am alwayz leaving with that wow cant belive it feeling knowing you got the right stuff thats going to leave people turky necking your ride. Always garunteed results quality asurence top notch very friendly make you feel right at home comfortable waiting room. Ofcourse theres a wait. But it is well worth it i love these guys always meking sure and helping you make the right decisions believe me i have experiance with this place and i tell you unmatched results highly recomended. I went in on January the 2nd of this year for the free oil change promotion they had on facebook. The business lobby is very clean and they have some couches and chairs for while waiting on your auto service . The service advisor was very professional about explaining everything and the cost . So I only had to pay the taxes which came out 7.00 dollars and some cents . Not bad for an oil change and a complete auto inspection. They also rotated my tires which is included in the oil change . A nail was found in one of my tires and they repaired it at no cost . Now that’s good customer service for me . I will definitely be coming back for my oil changes . Plus the price on the oil change is very decent. The service advisor wasn’t pushy on some of the recommendations that they suggested . Like replacing the filters and such . Which I always replace them myself. I should have taken some photos of the lobby .hope this review helps out

I went for the promotional 'free' oil change which turned out to be a $40.00 charge. I was good with that considering my ride takes 7 quarts of oil. They didn't try to up-sell me. However the tech found 'milk shake' on my oil filler cap of which I was advised of and the service stopped right there. They could have just went ahead did the oil change charge me hand me my keys and say have a nice day. They did not do that so to say the least this was professional and honest. I did track down the 'milk shake' problem thankfully turned out to be a bad O ring on the cap. Going back yes!

Made a 800am appointment and got there about 800. Doors were locked but employees inside. Waited until 815door still locked and employees looked at me while I tried the door. Tried again at 830 and Waited till 845 still employees at the front desk but noone would come unlock the door. Finally I left about 850 after no response to the door or phone calls. I NEVER HAD THIS ISSUE WHEN IT WAS WEST COAST TIRES.

They’re good for the most part. Friendly and communicative, however they’re biggest flaw is that they’re horrible with giving time estimates. I’ve been here about three times and every time i've had to wait +1hr or more than what they told me. The last time I went, I had made an appointment 2 days prior for an oil change for 1:00pm and told me it would take about 1.5 hours? Was a little confused as I had an appointment and it was just an oil change. Anyways, walked away and came back an hour and a half later just to find out my car was in the same exact spot. Came in and the service advisor told me he didn’t see I had an appointment in the computer which is why it wasn’t brought in yet for service. Then the actual tech came in and told me he barely got the oil filter in which is why it wasn’t in yet. Sounds like BS to me. I had an appointment, you should have all parts available already. Apart from that, they’re an alright shop.
