This place gives a lousy service, they get mad at you if you ask them about the items, they constantly watch you and rush you to buy something, if you don't buy anything they also get mad at you, plus the prices are outrageously expensive! You can save a ton if you shop at harbor freight tools instead.

The employees and the owners West End Hardware are extremely helpful and they know exactly where their products are. I just walk in the door ask for something and they'll either get it or point me in the right direction. I'm in and out every time ! Prices aren't bad either !

This plane is huge now! For a hardware store, iy is well stocked and they've had exactly what I needed everytume. Staff is always friendly and quick to help as well. And it's rarely busy. Great store.

I can't say enough good things about this hardware store. Welcome environment, clean store, competitive prices and best of all a great selection of Milwaukee tools! I was pleasantly surprised with a battery that was included with my tool as well. I won't shop for Milwaukee anywhere else!

West End is a great local hardware store! Jeff & Tim will almost certainly have what you need and can likely get it if not. The staff there are quick to get your tools or supplies and back to your project. I can't recommend them highly enough!

They can find anything you want! They are very helpful and will assist you in what you need to buy? The owners and the staff are very friendly! It's a good place to get your hardware materials from and or tools or other things that you need to fix your house whatever projects you're working on? There's a sign on the doorway: That states, "Offering free rides to Police 🚓 Station 🚨!" A warning to all shoplifters? Don't be a jerk don't steal? Why? Every time a shoplifter steals! You raise the price of merchandise for consumers and shoppers who don't steal!
