That was such a pleasant unexpected surprise to be taken care of so promptly and I appreciated his concern for my issues with my car. Great place to do your car care business with. The guys are very respectful, nice and well experienced in car care. After my mechanic retired I've been extremely pleased with the auto care and rates. As a mechanic myself I would trust my car with these gentlemen if I needed care I couldn't do myself. Without the lack of a lift it's difficult. These days you can't fix cars without a mechanics experience or education.

Very happy with my experiences at West Main Auto. The work is always top notch and they accommodate my schedule. They've won me over from a number of other local mechanics because of their willingness to understand my time crunches (as a self-employed contractor), knowledge and budget. The staff is always friendly and patient when I call in to make an appointment and describe my vehicle's issue and just as pleasant when I bring my car in to drop off and pick up. They recently saved me a few hundred dollars by getting a second look at something another mechanic said I needed fixed right away. My vehicle is in good hands with West Main Auto :) Highly recommend!

As always I had great service! This is my go to shop for all of my car needs. Anything I need done is going to be explained to me in full detail every time. The staff is always friendly no matter who you’re talking to. Al is great with finding the best prices for whatever you may need and always has checked around to make sure of that. Every time I have a car need or questions they’re more than happy to assist with information. They also are quick to get you in to see them very quickly. I recommend them 100% for every car need you have.

Everyone I talked to at the shop was super friendly and knowledgeable. They were able to get me in on short notice and were completely up front about what needed to be done and the cost. During this time, they even sent me pictures of the issue, which was a great touch and not something I've had any other shop do before. They were able to get the part and have it installed quickly, and even personally informed me about both the warranty of the part and the labor. Great experience overall, and I'll definitely be coming back whenever needed.

Absolutely loved the team!! They actually took the time to show me what was going on with my car. Showed me proof that Mavis was completely lying to me!! ( they said it was my valve cover ) And then I get a link through text message describing everything ( with pictures ) on my car because they did a complete check over on it. I go back on the 20th to do the dye test They are actually given me a loaner car so I can go to work. I will be doing all my business with them. I am going to provide some photos of what the link actually provides.
