From all the reviews I have seen, I really wish I can give the same. Unfortunately I had the worst experience EVER with mountain west. I bought a F-150. Truck looked good. Salesman was friendly but lied to me about the back up camera. It says they are honest but that is 100% a lie. I was lied to since day one being there. They have an employee named Alex that was not a Salesman who was feeding me lies to get this truck. Everything in the truck was low, my antifreeze, windshield wiper fluid and my oil when I checked them. When I ask Alex about the antifreeze being low he told me "well the truck was sitting here for a while so that's why it went down"................ what? Im not very good with auto mechanic stuff so I didnt pay to much attention on this till I talked with another mechanic about the matter. I definitely felt pretty stupid regarding that. When I had them refill the antifreeze, the guy that was doing it was spilling half of it all over the truck (not sure why he didn't use a funnel) at this point I should have left. I also told Alex that I was going to Smithfield to K and S auto to look at another truck and he told me many bad things about them because he used to work there. So did I get pushed to buy this truck? Sure. Anyway, I bought the truck with the gap and warranty. I told Casey that I was going to use this truck for commercial as well. He understood and we proceeded. When I left after I bought the truck, I noticed that on the warranty the commercial box was not checked. So I decided to cancel my gap and warranty because they just dont care and apparently doesn't listen. I also asked Alex if they can check the truck out on a weekday for just the fluids to make sure everything was good. He agreed and put it in the initial paperwork that I signed. In my mind they would honor this. Come tuesday I saw Alex and asked him about checking the truck. His response was "was it on the contract". Well I thought it was but that initial paperwork doesn't mean anything to them apparently. The only thing I enjoyed out of all this was the mechanic guys being real and would help me out. It gets better. When I canceled the warranty I got that money the next day, however the gap insurance took 6 months to get back. I have talked with Braxton on this matter but it felt like everytime I called him to see what's going on its like he only worked on my case when I called him. He promised me he would call but never did so I had to waste my time to go there to get him to do anything until the very end. They DONT CARE after you sign the contract. This is a great lesson for me in the future. ALWAYS go to a mechanic you trust for a used car to make sure its worth buying. Also, NEVER BUY a warranty or gap through them. Banks sells gaps super cheap and a better deal. I have once again learned my lesson and will never go back to these guys again. Thank you for the life lesson.

My family and I had a great experience buying from Lisa at Hyde Park. She was so kind, patient, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. In fact, the whole team that we dealt with was absolutely delightful throughout the whole process and were able to beat the financing rate we could get solo. I had been car hunting for a while and had made lots of phone calls and reached out to lots of dealerships with mixed results but the team at Mountain West followed up with me, answered my questions and really listened. It is rare in a sales experience to feel like you are being heard but not pushed and I was very pleased with my experience with this team. If you would like to buy a car or customize the car you have and you would like to have your opinions considered and your voice heard I would recommend that you too would enjoy working with Mountain West, and Lisa. This is my first experience working with them but it will not be the last.
