I was very skeptical to go use an automatic car wash debating not getting my car paint scratched up that was my biggest concern, but as I’m lazy during the winter time to wash my own car, so I gave this a try so far I’ve been only there twice and it’s been great. I have the top-tier unlimited wash.

During my wash, my car tire slipped off the conveyer rollers at the tire shine portion. The conveyer unsuccessfully tried to catch my tires again until the van behind me bumped into my car. The cars were tightly packed into the car wash so it only took a few seconds before I was hit. Luckily there was only minimal damage. I have scuffs on my car bumper and the van had a dented license plate & broken holder. The van driver and I went to talk to the staff and was simply told that "the manager wasn't there" and that they couldn't check the carwash mechanics that could have cause the problem because "they were too busy." I have had the premium monthly car wash pass for over a year now and have never experienced anything like this. Although the staff is usually nice, I was disappointed in the service and actions of the staff. I went back to the car wash to inform the manager about what had happened, hoping for an apology and that they identified/fixed the problem, but instead was immediately blamed for the accident. I was told it was "user error" (I don't understand how one could mess up simply placing the car in neutral) and that there was no way to prove the car wash was faulty. Will NOT use again.

Amazing, quick, and through service with a bonus car wash! Years wasted of going to the Acura dealership! I decided to opt out on my normal servicing from the dealership and get my oil changed here and to my surprise was met with a group of knowledgeable, friendly, honest mechanics! They do so much more than oil changes and have found a forever client in me! Thank you to the staff and manager Kevin!!

This place is absolutely horrible with time. They said my car break is gonna take an hour and a half. It’s been five hours. They’re still not done. Best of not going there for breaks. If you have somewhere to go it is horrible.

I came here for an oil change and The oil filter and drain plug was not properly installed. I had oil leaking from my car. You people clearly don’t know what you’re doing when it comes to an oil change. Learn how to do your jobs correctly . Won’t ever give you business again. Stay away from this place for oil changes people. They don’t what they are doing, obviously your records aren’t correct just like how the oil change wasn’t correct. Won’t be coming back here again. Word spreads fast people will go elsewhere.

Last Sunday I went in for an oil change and they told me my battery was low so I let them change it. Worst mistake ever They took an hour to change the battery and they messed up the connection they couldn’t fit the new battery on the connection so they added a bolt. But they stripped the bolt and it then made it so the car wouldn’t start without being jumped started I brought it back to them so they could fix it and they said they couldn’t and that it wasn’t their fault It was their fault I just took it elsewhere to an honest and great mechanic and they fixed it and told me what the other place did wrong and that it was their fault I would give 0 stars if that was an option for extremely poor service and not caring at all about their customers or even trying to fix what they did wrong

I’ve never had a worse experience at a car wash. The employee named Chris was unbelievably rude and dismissive from the moment I arrived. Instead of offering any help or clarification, he spoke to me with a terrible attitude like I was an inconvenience. When I asked a simple question about the service, he rolled his eyes and walked away mid-conversation. Totally unprofessional behavior. If this is the kind of staff they hire, it says a lot about how little they value their customers. I’ll definitely be taking my business elsewhere, there are plenty of car washes that actually treat people with respect.

I have two cars and both of them have monthly memberships at Westampton Car Wash and Quick Lube. First, the positives - one of my cars is a Tesla, which are notorious for soft paint and scratches in automated car washes. This has not been a problem at all here - both my Tesla and minivan go through multiple times a week with no damage noted so far over the last 8 or so months. Additionally, I've had one oil change here and the service was quick, fairly priced, and professional (they do also offer a military discount). On the negative side, they have raised their prices enough to definitely be noticeable since I started going there, and I am going to downgrade one of my memberships as a result. Additionally, if you want to cancel a membership, you can't do it over the phone and you have to go in in-person to make any changes or cancellations. This comes across as a way to prevent people from canceling, which I'm not a huge fan of.

AVOID Westhampton Carwash and Quick Lube at all costs! I recently had the misfortune of taking my car in for an oil change and it was a complete disaster. The managers were yelling and berating the staff for no reason, creating a toxic atmosphere that made me uncomfortable. But the real kicker was when they messed up my car's engine and claimed it was pre-existing damage. I know that's not true, and now I'm stuck dealing with the aftermath. The lack of accountability and customer service was appalling. Do not trust these people with your vehicle.

I'll admit I was a little hesitant to try Westampton Car Wash and Oil Change after seeing a few negative reviews, but I had a coupon and decided to give them a chance and I'm so glad I did! The technicians were friendly and knowledgeable, and Cameron from Safelite was amazing - such a skilled and professional tech. What really impressed me was how much the workers here genuinely care about their customers. They explained everything clearly, didn't push extra services, and made sure my battery, lights, and fluids were all checked. Their price for a synthetic oil change and filter was very reasonable compared to other places. I left feeling confident in the work they did and will definitely be back. Highly recommend!

To preface this I literally just had my car inspected at my dealer within a week. They took pictures of all the scratches on my car, none of these streaks going down one whole side were in the report. After getting home from here 10 minutes ago I have numerous like someone keyed my car. Got my car done here and honestly it’s an 18$ car wash. There’s nowhere to dry your car so it leaves wet spots all over. You got four guys who hand dry your car with 4 wet towels that just add streaks to everything, and better yet it’ll leave scratch through your clear coat to your paint going here. I got scratches from the front of my car all the way to the back. And it didn’t even fully clean the car and I have to go rewash it again somewhere else or at a self service station. Now I have to pay to get these damages fixed because I wanted a clean car. Don’t go here just dump a bucket of soapy water on your car and rub it around with a wet towel that’s all this place is good for anyway. If I could give 0 stars I would. I guess 1 star because the dudes at least had cars moving.
