We took our youngest child's SUV here for a thorough cleaning after a week at the beach. The service was fantastic and well worth the price. We didn't have time for the full detailing, opted for a package at about $80. Everything was done expertly. When we gave the car back to our child, the comment was that the vehicle was cleaner than when purchased (used) from the dealer!

William the operations manager ensures top notch service 👌🏼 the interior is very clean and they even offer a suds shooter inside so your kids can shoot soap on your vehicle 😁 there's a sense of pride in what they do and that's rare these days. I came through quick one day, even though I’m a member in New London at rapid car wash, which is amazing. I bought a membership because it was closer. I did not know. I have to add wax and add tire shine for a whole nine more dollars. Every time I go through the car wash is closed at 5 PM which is ridiculous people work and they have no vacuums. How does a car wash have no vacuums for people to use they told me to go get a detail at about $80 not worth it not worth the money

I did an Interior Super Clean service and my car was absolutely filthy. I had lower expectations never having used Westerly car wash before. They did such a exceptional job. It was so clean, all the beach sand, pet hair and grandkids sticky was cleaned out. It was exceptional and I will definitely come back!

I booked the Extreme Interior Super Clean for my Toyota Camry. I must admit I went in a bit skeptical as the prices at this car wash are higher than most. I was doubtful the detail would leave my car “factory fresh” as the description stated but we decided to give it a try. I was very pleasantly surprised! The car indeed felt factory fresh and was very well cleaned! Also Will, the Operations Manager, was super friendly and very accommodating as was his staff. Even the inside waiting area was spotless! Definitely will be going back when I need another detailing!

Was wonderful for years with 2 cars and one truck enrolled for $35.00 each a month. (Jim is on 13 hours of dialysis dailey and can't do much physical activity anymore so this was great). Never had a problem, workers were polite, did their jobs well. Last month we'd go thru and sometimes brushes did not activate. So after asked why?. Was told a new guy did not activate it and just was learning. I remember saying that it was not his fault if he didn't get the proper training. Well the next time we came in a manager read us the riot act. He was tall. Dark haired, and wearing very dark sun glasses and very angry. He said our truck never had been OK 'd for the over roof brushes or side and front so basically we were getting a "WASH" that was akin to us hosing down our truck at home. We said we'd always gotten the full wash for years but he said "no you weren't". He was so angry we just left. Next time we tried to find out what was really going on, he kept his voice down, was very passive aggressive, said we had been tagged as bullying an employee. Denied that and said we only went thru again and told him the brush was not working and he corrected it. This "manager" would not listen, said we were lying and we should cancel our membership. We were also told he runs things period and the owner does not want to hear anything. We were told his name is Zane or Cere. With that temper and attitude I am thinking we are not the first to get on his extremely bad side. Oh, and we have no after market anything on our truck although he insisted we did. Totally factory.

I finally had my car detailed after a long summer of sun and sand. The detailing done was fabulous. Clean rugs, dust free doors and dashboard, seats vacuumed. Then the car washed and windows too! Decent car wash, left a few spots that don't look great, but the customer service was great from employees! For $12 on the lowest wash with no under carriage, I would rather go to Ginger's car wash and do it myself for $5, but I wanted to give it a chance to see how it was.

Top Notch, First Class and Outstanding Customer Service. Westerly Car wash not only provides a great service experience they use top of the line equipment to wash your car. The unlimited monthly package is a must for any car owner. Especially living in New England. Where they use a lot of salt and chemicals to treat the roads. It’s nice to be able to get your vehicle washed and cleaned as many times as you want. The mangers are extremely professional and helpful. I can’t say enough good things about this car wash or the staff and managers. They always friendly and make you feel comfortable. Even the building and grounds are spotless and organized. Lastly and very importantly Westerly Car Wash takes a very active role in the community. They have been contributing financially for many years sponsoring everything from Little League to Soccer and many other youth organizations and nonprofits. Thank you Westerly Car wash for setting the bar high for how businesses should and can be with hard work, dedication and commitment.

Great service! Stopped by right after spilling a large beverage on my car’s seat cushions, and they helped us make it good as new. The inside waiting room is pleasant and peaceful - listen to some lofi, sit on a comfy couch, and have a free beverage while you watch the cars go through the wash. Super nice people!
