The men who do the work are great but the the lady who take the cash n the manger aren’t good people at all they got mad because they didn’t want to give me my money back because the tire people were honest N told me I didn’t need tires the workers are great but the manger n the one who takes the money the secretary is ruled and they will play u if they can not the workers there great

I had a great experience at Westown Tires. They took me in right away and gave me clear options for repairing a tire that had a small hole. The Administrative Assistant was very professional and had such a great attitude—it really made the process smooth. They even went the extra mile and checked all my tire pressure since I’ll be on the road taking my daughter back to college. That kind of care means a lot. Of course, they’ll be my go-to moving forward!

Westown Tire Bros had excellent service and the kindest people helping. I came in for a routine alignment. A mechanic noticed that I needed a new tire and struts, but wasn’t pushy about selling me an additional service. I appreciated that so much! While they do take reservations/scheduled appointments, they serve all customers on a first come, first served basis. I had to wait for the team to finish serving a walk-in just before my appointment. I’d absolutely return to Westown Tire Bros, but I’d plan to be there as soon as they open instead of scheduling a midday appointment.

I have been going to Westown for years. Today, I had a nail in my tire out of convenience stopped at a chain. I was told my tire could not be repaired and basically I needed 4 new tires (2 I just replaced by Westtown in 2024). I figured I would rather take the time and go to Westown and get my tires from them. Ends up, they repaired my tire and the others are good for now. Thank you Westown and also, Toya is friendly and accommodating!

I went to Westown Tire Bros because I used to get tires from the previous owner. I had a caliper seize up on my truck. I walked in and was met by Toya! She was OUTSTANDING. She was able to get my truck scheduled within moments. We had a few hiccups, but, everything worked out! I just want to let the owner know that Toya is a very valuable asset to your business. Believe me, your mechanics are valuable too. I'm sure It isn't easy, nor cheap running a shop with all this new technology. I will continue to recommend Westown. Thanks again!

DO NOT GO!!!! Tire Bros or Western tires at 3620 pearl road do not go to. I went there and purchased four brand new rims and tires and I went home they did not balance my tires so I had to go back for a second time. Then I got an alignment from them and my truck worn down two front tires equally and they were brand new at the beginning letting me know that the alignment is incorrect. This is after the second time I took it in to get it aligned because the first time was not correct. The owner refuses to responsibility for his employees and the work that they do. I now have to take my vehicle because since I had a bad alignment it now has bad bushings and control arms from vibrating. i wish you could see the picture of my tires and see the quote that this place wants to charge me to fix the issue they created. I want you to know that my truck was perfect 3 months ago till my truck was badly aligned for 3 months. Now both side are equally bad at the same time. No part on your vehicle go bad equally. Unless something is done wrong. I made the mistake, please you don't do the same.

I had a great experience with this shop! I drove in on a donut and they took great care of me. the gal at the front desk, Toya (I think I got her name right, I forgot to write it down! Apologies if not!), was an absolute light. She smiled and said hello so genuinely right off the bat. It made me feel welcomed and at ease. They patched up my tire, changed it out, and had me on my way in no time. 10/10 recommend :)

Honestly, the quality of the work was great. The experienced veteran did a great job but the pricing was way out of line. I was at 40 bucks at Tire for four tires which would bring it to $160 and then Told him I was adding spacers which I had all the tires in the spacers and it went to about $400. The spaces took about 10 minutes to put on so I think the pricing was way out of line and then I was quoted more than double to do a lift kit add-on

We desperately needed a replacement tire and they came through. Good customer service and reasonable price. However, when I returned home to Canada and started checking the lug nut torque, I noticed they installed the tire inside out. They also forgot to install the valve stem cap. This is unacceptable for a reputable tire shop.
