I have used the automatic car wash pretty often but I was just looking at my bank account and it charged me twice the listed price I trying the phone number listed here with no luck

Used my card to manually wash, it took 10 dollars off my card, for a 3 minute wash. Put gold dollars in the change machine, gave me no quarters and kept my gold dollars. Oh, and the business phone number is not in service. This place SUX!!!

Always go to clean my car and machines work.....most the time. Whoever runs it is very rude though. If something was closer I would go there bc customer service is suppose to be positive not negative.

Im giving it a two star because the wash is great vacuum is the best but it took money from me at the wash and the vacuum and no one was there to help replace my money so I was very upset

A clean, properly maintained carwash with both hand wash bays and a brushless automatic wash. Everything works as it is supposed to. The one time I've found a problem, a split hose on one of the wash wands, I called the posted number and left a message, and it was fixed the next day.

I didn't use the car wash but, just the vacuum to clean my car. That was all I went there for. I have to say the vacuum works well. And, every else was cleaned and organized. I liked that!

The man who works there is really great, very nice and helpful. I totally recommend doing your laundry while he is working. As a single woman I felt no trouble at this location while I was there doing my wash.

Automatic wash is broken. It took my credit card and then immediately began running its spray bar back and forth as if i was already inside so I'm not driving my car into a wash already running.

The car was says it's a minimum 3 dollar charge. I swiped my card and started to wash my car. The water cut off after maybe 30 seconds. And then I get a notification from my bank saying I was charged 10 dollars. I will never come back again đź‘Ž

Please don't apply your credit card this car wash. Today I used mine. Then after I back home, I looked into my bank account. And then they charged my card 3times. $2.75 $0.00 $10.00. I should pay $2.75. But I don't cognize what is another 2 charge. Hope doesn't steal my credit card number.

Its not the best looking car wash, but it does a great job at cleaning my cars for 3 years. 1.50 to wash, I usually do 2 washes , and to vacuum or add fragrance is a 1.00. So it's about 5 dollars.

I used my cash app card for one cycle of washing and got charged $10.00 then again two days later they hit my card again for $15.00. I would not recommend this car wash to anyone.

This car wash is a scam with their timers! The clock on these machines are rediculous! One second of real time is about 2-2.5 seconds of wash time. It cost $3.00 minimum to start and every addition quarter gives you 20 “seconds”. I turned the dial to bug remover before I loaded the quarters and the hose took almost a whole minute off the clock before it got up to full power. I did a fast lap with the bug remover, turned the dial to high power wash and added another $1.00, did another fast lap just getting the whole car wet, added $1.00 then turned the dial high power rinse and did another lap and the timer ran out before the hose could even get all of the soapy water out of the line! For $5.00 you can’t even get the bugs off the hood and don’t even think about stopping for the rims and tires! The facility is clean and well kept but that’s probably because nobody goes there more than once!

Don't use your credit or debit card here. It will over charge your card. I got a basic wash through the automatic wash it was supposed to be $6, they charged $10 to my card, and the dryer didn't kick on. There are much better carwashes, save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.

This car wash is definitely the best I’ve been to in Tulsa. It has an automatic wash and self serve bays that are available. I used the self serve. Great water power as well as lots of soap when using the foam brush. Cleanest my car has been in awhile.

Went tru the wash with the ultimate wash for $10 , half the wash didn't work. No under carrage,no clear coat, no blow dry, and I don't think the soap did either. I'm a log time customer and this is a first. I could have hosed the car off at home a lot cheaper. Very disappointed.

Been going to this car wash for 15 years. It has always been great until about 6-8 months ago. We always do the drive through touchless car wash. Tonight my husband went and put his $10.00 in for the ultimate wash. It gave him the basic $5.00 wash, no dryer, no clear coat wax. And of course no one is there and you can't get your $$$ back. Come on Westside Carwash......do better. Just tried to call thephone number and of course it is disconnected.

OVERPRICED!!! Save your money.. Much cheaper self serve options in town. After $10 in quarters and $4 more on my credit card, my outside of my car isn't even finished. I'm scared to use the vacuums after this experience with the car wash.
