In terms of value, the prices were reasonable compared to other car washes I have visited in the area. I felt like I received a great service for the price I paid. Overall, I would recommend the this car wash to anyone looking for a quality car wash experience in reasonable price.

Coin machines worked with no issue. The carwash itself was clean, high pressure for the wash itself, and everything functioned well. Has both a self service and drive through option. I can’t speak for the drive through portion but the self service was great!

Edit: I’m updating my review, because the service we received from Morgan at the emissions station was beyond amazing! He is one of the friendliest people I’ve ever encountered at a business and I felt like I can relate to him. He deserves a raise! I also really like their new automatic car wash machine, but the spot-free rinse and blow dryers could be a little better.

It's a clean facility, but the only problem I have is the card readers in the wash bay. I wash my car pretty fast, but the card reader timer doesn't allow you enough time to wash in one go. I have to swipe my card at least two to three times. Hopefully, the owner will install one with a stop button. This way, customers can focus on washing and not worrying about being interrupted in having to swipe their cards several times.

I like this car wash, they also have an automated car wash for those who prefer them. I use the ones where you pay quarters and do it yourself though. I’ve never used the vacuums

Best wash in Albuquerque. This place is well run, clean and well-equipped. We came here to wash our 12 ft tall RV. The bay was almost tall enough to wash all the way around. The hoses kept getting stuck on each corner of the motorhome. I wish the bay was taller with a “cat walk” to reach the higher areas. We managed to clean the RV with these impediments.

RIp OFF...wash your vehicle elsewhere. The drive through leaves the car soapy and dripping wet for the absurd price of $10 $12 or $14 dollars.The do it yourself wash is a joke too, let's you wash for 2 minutes before cutting off.

If you are one to wash the outside and inside of your car yourself, look no further. This car wash is superb. For the do it yourself car wash, all of the chemicals and soaps were full and worked properly. The change machine worked perfectly. And the items from the vending machine really helped get my work truck completely spotless. And I do concrete work. I will only be coming to this car wash from now on.

One of the few good touch-less car washes in the city. Plenty of options from $10-$20. Could be a little cheaper for a basic wash but it also beats the manual option in 40 degree weather. Be warned, the automated speaker is LOUD.

The card readers dont work on all of the stations so I was charged multiple times for a car wash that I didnt get. I have been unable to get ahold of the manager, which also isnt helping

Best car wash in Albuquerque! The owners actually take pride in keeping everything working great and in very good condition, unlike most other car washes in Albuquerque. The attendants are always helpful if you have any questions or issues. I highly recommend this car wash to others!

I've only been here one time and my car was pretty dirty. I will say the automatic car wash didn't clean the car very well but maybe it's because I haven't cleaned it in a while. Have a user friendly way of going through the automatic car wash

I would have rated 5 stars but when I set to wax you can tell there was little or no wax...Now I remember why I dont frequent here anymore... If you have to charge more then charge more but dont cheat the customer out of a decent wax as repeat business is really your only business... I wont be repeating! Sorry... I remember when this carwash was the best in town, so sad...

I use the touch less wash. My car is never super dirty so the touch less wash is strong enough to clean my car well. I heard another customer complain that it's didn't get all the bugs off so that might be an issue if you have want it to clean off a lot of bugs The payment system works well, and the wash is good . I'm rounding the experience up to a 5. I would technically give it a 4.5/5 if I could because the dryer isn't very good like most other car washes. But all on all would recommend.

LOVE both Whale Of A Wash locations - they're my favorite car washes! They are VERY well maintained. Vacuums always work really well, as does everything in the self-wash bays. The property is also very clean & kept up with.

Stopped by this place while visiting family last month. While the washing experience was fine overall, their credit card machine for the self wash wasn't engaging the water or brushes, and after a few failed attempts we decided to just use cash. Fast forward a month to find out they did in fact charge the credit card, multiple times in fact, and also only provided service for the cash payments. Be mindful of this if you run into similar issues trying to use their cc processor.

I'll make this super quick. Car wash worked fine. It just didn't clean my car and i chose the top wash. It basically spread the dirt around and left dirt lines all over my vehicle, which is black. I won't be going back.
