NEW CUSTOMERS DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE UNTIL YOU READ THIS.I took my car there because I had a coolant leak,I told them to check hoses and water pump, they said if it is the water pump it would take 3 hours,I dropped it off and went to work,my girlfriend paid them before she went to work,I call the shop 6 hours later and asked how it was going,he said he was putting a water pump on it,I asked him how my hoses looked he said he never checked the hoses or water pump to see if they were leaking,he said he just threw a new pump one,I ask him why he didn't check anything and he was mad because he broke 2 bolts off in my engine block,he said he didn't have time for this and hung up on me,I called back some woman answered I told her what was happening and she threatened to put old pump back on and refund my money after he broke the bolts,9 hours later they said my car was finished,went to pick up the car and before I drove off I checked the coolant and it was dry,I put coolant in it drove it home and checked it and it was still pouring out just like it was when I dropped it off to be fixed,I took it back next morning and told the mechanic and he said he didn't have time to mess with it so he took out his wallet and give me my money back and sent me down the road with coolant pouring out the pump he said he fixed,I made it 2 miles and car was already overheating,had it towed to another mechanic in Johnson City.It was a broken clamp,it was fixed in a hour.I would not take my car to Whites Auto if I were u,very unprofessional and they do not know what they are doing obviously,I have never been treated so badly in my life,I just wanted my car fixed.I just wanted to warn everyone.

I took my car in to be repaired and after 3 weeks of it just sitting in their parking lot they finally decided to look at it. After 3 different people giving me 3 different stories about my car, I finally picked it up yesterday. The problem still remains & now my power steering is malfunctioning. My advice would be to take your vehicle anywhere else because these people simply don't care about their customers.

I've taken all my cars here when I can't fix them myself. They do good quality work and are honest people. You can't find a better mechanic than don white and his crew. Fair prices and honest work. Took my K5 blazer there for new window motors and regulators and got it back the next day. I will never take my cars anywhere else.
