My experience with Willamette Auto Detail was far beyond the "normal" auto detail. My vehicle's interior had been saturated with rainwater - not damp, saturated! Mold was a concern, in addition to the initial drying. I was assured, on delivery, that the vehicle would be restored to my satisfaction. In the process, (embarrassingly and repulsively) a rodent infestation was uncovered. I was apprised, shown photos of the interiors underlying damage, and the detail process continued. The finished outcome was so far beyond my expectation! The vehicle is a newer model and in good repair; the initial damage was camouflaged inside the interior. That said, it has NEVER looked THIS good or smelled this clean. Moreover, the air in the interior is odor, mold, and allergen free! The professionalism, honesty, skill and assurance turned a potentially horrific experience into a truly (almost) unexpected outcome. Hopefully, not many customers' needs rise to the extensive nature of mine. If Willamette Auto Detail can count this experience as an achievement - and they can, my recommendation should be an assurance that the level of experience, skill, honesty, and professionalism exhibited in the outcome of Willamette Auto Detail's product will meet/exceed expectations.

Recently had my Four Winns boat detailed by this company. The only thing I can say is AWSOME!!! . They took an well oxidized boat and made it shine like new. Phil came to my house looked at the boat gave me a price that was a lot less than some quotes that I got and stayed to the agreed price. Gave updates as they progressed. Even took the Moring cover and washed it . The boat looks great customer service was great will definitely use them on any other detailing that I need .
