Called Mike Today, Informed him I had issues with exhaust pipe hanging and dragging under the car. He asked me several questions, said he could come to me but it would be 35 to 60 minutes He would text me when he was close. I waited 2 hours then called him and got a message that he was not taking any more calls Call back on Monday Dont say you will be therre and then dont call and dont come out Bad Business

Mike saved us in a pinch. My husband's car stopped working on Sunday morning and we had no idea who to call. We took a chance and Mike came over after a job and quickly figured out that a rodent had a fun time chewing wires in our car. He fixed our car quickly and was very kind and fairly priced. Mike was supposed to come out and look at my vehicle at 3:30. 5:30 pm rolled around with no response, so I contacted him and was told he was still coming, but got caught up on another car. No response was ever given after that and he never showed up, which ultimately delayed me into finding someone who would genuinely show up. I understand things happen, but if you are running a business that deals with urgency and cannot make a designated appointment, let the customer know.

Mike was awesome. Showed up at 10pm to change out the alternator on my mom’s car. Job was done quickly and with care. He had no problem with me watching him work and even gave tips/explained why he did things a specific way. He marked the date and milage on the new alternator. Pricing was more than fair and he even got me the alternator for cheaper than I could at O’Reillys 100% would call again and recommended to friends

DO NOT GO TO THIS GUY!!! paid him a bit over $1,000 , still had problems took it somewhere else turns out he barely did anything. He also was extremely unprofessional and lied about how long it’d take to get my car back MULTIPLE times. when i went there to check on my car because he said it’d be ready he wasn’t even working on my car he was sitting in it taking phone calls. this went on for 2 hours he wouldn’t work on my car unless i got out and watched him. And when id ask for updates on my car he was extremely rude about it. DONT GO TO THIS GUY!! he a scammer and rude! go somewhere else

This guy is a FLAKE. Came and did a diagnostic test, said he would get the part tomorrow and be back, it took 4 days of calling and texting with no response before he showed up at my house after 9pm. Gave him my keys and about an hour and a half later I hadn't heard from him so I went to check how the progress was and he was either a sleep or passed out. It took another 4 hours before he finally got done and my car still wasn't fixed. He said it needed a different part because he didn't check it before doing all this work and it was going to cost me another $400 and something on top of the $350 and that as soon as the parts store opened he was going to pick it up and be back. A couple of days later I tried calling a couple of times and got no answer or response. Another couple of days go by and he shows up after 9pm wanting to work on my car. He said there was problems with the parts store ordering and the shipping, but when I went to the parts store a couple of days before they had them on the shelf and I had no problem getting them and had to have someone else do the work. 9 days of playing games when I could have had someone reliable and only been down a day or so. So please be careful with this guy.

Actually answered the phone right away. Right there, he's doing better than a lot of auto/mechanic businesses in the area. Called him on a Friday night for a dead battery (my mobile jumpstart kit didn't do the trick), and he came out right away, diagnosed the problem, and was able to jump me with his truck. $20. Fast, fair, knowledgeable, great service. And now I know what type of battery to replace this one with in the future; he gave me a ton of info on what to buy and how much longer this current one would last. Thanks, Mike!!

While traveling through Eugene on I-5, towing a travel trailer, we had a mechanical failure. I called Willy Bros. and spoke to Mike. Within a very short period of time Mike arrived on the scene with all the necessary parts and tools to take care of the issue and get us back on the road. I felt the price charged was very reasonable especially when you factor in that he did the repairs on the side of the freeway. I feel it would have been the same price if I had taken it to a shop. I found Mike to be a very knowledgeable and professional mechanic. I can’t say enough good things about my experience and highly recommend Mike and Willy Bros.

Outstanding Performance! Mike answered the phone 3rd ring and was at my truck in 30 minutes with replacement parts. He had the fancy tester plugged in the computer and then a normal electric tester testing all loads and resistance . Turned out I needed a new wire harness for my batteries. He cleaned a bunch of critical connections and had me back on the road! Also it was 100 degrees out. Highly recommend these guys if your broke down between Eugene and Salem!!

I was in Eugene Oregon for my daughter's volleyball tournament 4.5 hours away from home when my truck began to run like it was about to explode. He came to me diagnoses my truck found exactly what was wrong in 20 minutes. Within a few hours he has it fixed 100% went through everything and now my truck runs like new. Can't thank thus business enough he deserves 10 stars. I will make the long trip back just to have him do the work on my truck to show thanks.

This place is a nightmare . Mike showed up at 1am and decidedd what he said the problem was . He worked for an hour or so then left saying he had to go get the part and put in an alternator. He didn't show back up till like 4am where he was asleep in the parking lot . When he did wake up he worked for a few mins and then said he had to run and do a thing and that he is leaving his apprentice ..and his apprentice ended up cutting a wire he wasn't supposed to . For the next two days it was numouras text saying he was on his way and not showing . He had his wife message me to give me my key back while my car is still on Jack's unfinished I dont even know what he did to tell the next person I get to work on my car . This place and this guy are awful I do not recommend them
