Wilson Tire never disappoints. Sure, I wish their prices were lower, but I wish that everywhere I go these days. They keep our cars on the road so that is saving us money on buying new cars (sorry, auto manufacturers). My 10 year old Toyota van had a very annoying creaking sound in the front end. I was ready to set fire to it because I CANNOT stand that sound, but Jason called me with the good news (after trying a couple of other fixes that needed to be done but did not solve the creak) that he was pretty sure he knew what it was. YAY! He was RIGHT! Thanks, Jason, and all the team at Wilson Tire - my neighborhood mechanics and tire specialists. (No, I did not receive any compensation for this review but if it’s offered, I’ll take it haha.

I won’t bury the lede: I’ll never return to Wilson Tire. I initially chose them because I saw a lot of police vehicles there and assumed it meant quality. Now I realize public sector contracts don’t always reflect good service—they’re not footing the bill, so standards are different. My Chevy Tahoe’s AC went out. I ruled out freon (it was full), so I suspected a compressor or clutch. I called and spoke with Jason, the shop manager, and asked for a breakdown: compressor, clutch, or worst-case if everything needed replacing. He said the worst-case total would be $1,700—but that it likely wouldn’t be that much. Come Monday, I dropped it off around 8am. Later that morning, I get a call from Natalie saying it’s ready. I ask what the issue was, and she just keeps saying, “Jason gave you a quote.” I explain a quote isn’t a service order—I still needed a diagnostic and to approve the work. She said Jason was on vacation and didn’t provide any details, just told me the total was $1,700. I asked her to have someone who actually worked on the car call me. She got irritated, yelled that I agreed to the quote, and hung up on me. No one called back—despite her saying they would within 10 minutes. Later, Destiny (assistant manager) called and was the first person to actually listen. She admitted there was a miscommunication and said the total was actually $1,100 for the compressor and belt. When I asked what would’ve happened if I had just come in ready to pay $1,700, she gave a vague answer about “too much freon.” I left feeling like I would’ve been overcharged had I not questioned it. When I picked up the car, the atmosphere was tense. A woman I assume was Natalie bolted to the garage when I walked in, and a group of techs just sat there watching silently—no one greeted me. Days later, I drove to Tennessee. On the way, I realized the AC still wasn’t working. I opened the hood and found a rag left inside, condensation on the AC lines, and fluid leaking from the service port—confirmed by my mom during the drive. It was clearly freon leaking out. When we brought the car back, my husband specifically asked to be called after diagnosis. That should be standard practice, but based on both of my experiences here, it clearly isn’t. Bottom line: There’s no transparency, no communication, and I almost got charged $600 more than necessary. If you’re paying out of pocket and care about service quality—go somewhere else.

Absolute top notch establishment for a great price on tires, superb customer service and they gladly replaced brake pads/rotors using parts I supplied and I could tell care/technique was applied by how well it all was done as in clearly no shortcuts taken. I mention that as a few places I contacted wouldn't offer that service (using my new aftermarket parts) for whatever reason(s), but their loss. Will also say Wilson Tire Pros are great with communication, which is important to me due to sudden profound hearing loss as well as being very transparent on cost upfront. Definitely highly recommend!

Started off rocky with a bit of communication issue of them changing the wrong tire. I was stressed because tomorrows thanks giving and now I have a flat tire because the opposite one has been changed. But the owner went above expectations taking time out of his day past closing to not only replace the right tire but even brought it to my home personally. (I don’t live more than a mile away but it is still very kind as I’m a woman and walking at night isn’t the safest option for me). Fast and reliable! I had tried Discount tire 2 times to fix flats. Both time they stated they fixed the flat but they did not. Seems like they only help when you purchase new tires. When I went in i had air on all my tires minus the flat. When I left I had lost all my tire caps and all my tires had low PSI. Was recommended to go to this location for Wilson tire. Went in as a walk in and was helped immediately. With in 30 min I was in and out. Excellent service!
