I had a crack on my windshield from a rock chip and called up Windshield Repair Specialist McKinney who promptly responded and analyzed the crack digitally through photos. I was able to get a fair estimate and they were out the next morning. Damien came out and assessed the crack and was honest about it not being able to be filled in but did a crack stop to stop the spread. I was very happy with his work and gave me a stop gap solution until I can sell the car or repair the windshield. Definitely recommended based on the level of service.

I spoke with Zack on a Sunday and Damien was here Monday morning to fix a crack and chip on my windshield. They warned me that it was not a cosmetic fix and that the crack would still be there but it actually looks much better and you can barely see it. They made the whole process really simple and pain free. Recommended!

I caught a rock with my windshield, and it left a little starfish almost the size of a dime. I called here just before 8PM and had a technician at my house by 8:45 the following morning. He wasn't able to completely disappear the damage, but he left it far less visible than I would have thought possible. Very happy with the responsiveness and the work.

I called Glen about a cracked windshield on my minivan on the day before thanksgiving and he was immediately available and able to provide service as soon as needed. Damien arrived punctually and offered the professional service and advice and could have charged me but didn’t because the crack was on the interior and something he could not repair. He did what he could to prevent the crack from spreading but still refused to charge me. Shows how honest he is and maintains high standard of service. Thank you Damien and Glen!!

On Friday, I was heading home from work, but as I exited the highway, I caught a rock on my windshield and noticed a small crack. I checked around on google for windshield repair services and found these guys nearby. I called them and they had someone by my house within the hour. Damien stopped by and took care of the crack inside my garage. It only took him 20 minutes to repair. The price was fair and the quality of service by Damien was timely, especially in this heat. These guys really came through for me when I needed it.

I called a few places for quotes and windshield specialist was actually $25 more than the other competitor but they had a better review rating so I decided to go with them. I called on Monday and they said t first available was Wednesday from 11-1 PM. On Wednesday at 1:15 I called Gene at the office to ask when the service guy would arrived he texted me back and said between 40-50 minutes which would put him arriving at 2:15, which is over an hour from the original appointment plus the time to repair. Gene did offer to lower the fee $25 unfortunately my time is also very valuable and if they had taken the time to communicate with me before I had to call and ask when they would be arriving, I wouldn't have canceled the appointment. hopefully they change their protocol when they know they are running late and call you before you have to call and find out yourself . Bottom line for me is if you set an appointment you can't make, make sure you let the paying customer know so you're not wasting their time.

This place really is one of a kind with the best customer service. My car was broken into on a Saturday evening with the glass shattered on the passenger side. I called up here and Alex answered the phone, he was super friendly and prompted me to come up on a Sunday morning.
