I went here to have a converter done to me truck. I was charged $1300. Later I found out they had put on the cheapest Cat Converter. Cheapest material I’ve ever seen. Not any where near the $1300. They’re supposed to have a 2 year warranty, and the converter lasted 6 months. I went there today to have it replaced. Waited forever, and they never had it done. Cheapest place I’ve seen, all a total scam. They spent $200 for material, took 2 hours and I lost $1300. Worst experience of my life with a shop. Don’t go here. - Rogelio Mora

I have spent a lot of money at this place over the years and I know now that it was only out of convenience. I took my car up there for a simple oil change and 3 days later they hadn’t even gotten to it yet. No one informed me beforehand that there would be a week wait for an oil change. Secondly I’m pretty sure my car was skipped due to the fact that there was a truck there the same day as me and that truck was already being worked on, yet I still had “6” cars in front of me. The customer service at this place is very stale. The employees always seem to have a chip on their shoulder. I’ve probably spent about $10,000+ at this place and still can’t even get a proper greeting upon coming to the place. Never again.

I tooky truck up there to get my gas line done n tank strap they said I needed my truck was never leaking. Coolant but when I pick it up it went from drip to poured right out I néed it fixed ASAP cause my truck was never leaking coolant

Great place to get good, quick, honest, and affordable work done on your car. I've been coming here for a couple years now and have never had an issue. They have never taken advantage of the fact that I'm a woman that doesn't know much about car repairs. They're very honest and that's a hard trait to find amongst car mechanics.

When I say they made my day. At 9:00 a.m I didn’t know how long they would take or how much it would be. They serviced me and were all done in 1 hour and it was $140. I saved money and went about my merry day. I was so happy. Highly Recommend 👍🏾

I would say it was expensive but when I checked around time, people wanted a little bit more than that they were charging me so it was just expensive because I didn’t expect to pay what I was paying, but I got my car there. They told me what was wrong with it they fixed it. They called me. It was easy as 123. They definitely know what they’re talking about and what they’re doing. They’re not there to get people or charge you for things that Aren’t even broken or knee repair. They also helped me out with some financing. Welch was a really big help I wouldn’t suggest that you do it if you’re not gonna pay it off immediately but if you only need a week or two in between paying half and half it’s a great option And the boss man in there I think is Mr. Black is really really great thank you for all your help and also after we were done getting the car fixed, he offered to ride with me so I could see if it felt the same and it felt really good again thank you Milwaukee, Muffler and Mr. Black Very patient very understanding and you don’t feel like you’re being rushed

WI Muffler is very patient when u have questions and concerns. They definitely give better prices than the dealership for sure. I go to them for the most part and no other side place. They worked with me on my pricing. My only concern is the side holders on the plastic cover over motor mount was cracked and I was thinking they should have placed a new wider washer and nut to hold the plastic down after neatening it up, like I am going to have to do. But because they already worked with me, I'm done with it. Just want it on record. I will continue to work with them, though.

I came in for a diagnosis and within 20-30 minutes, the diagnoses was completed. Wisconsin Muffler is "first come first served." So I popped up bright and early for a tune-up and new battery. I was out within 2hrs. 9 till around 11. Get you in and get you out. Simple. Respectable customer service. Charles is great to work with, very communicative, fast and reliable. My car is back running smoothly. Thanks!

This shop flat-out scammed me. I cannot in good faith recommend this shop to anyone. Roughly 5,000 miles ago (10 months ago), I brought my car in with just over 100,000 miles on the odometer and paid about $2,000 for a full 100k-mile service. I clearly outlined what I wanted done: power steering pump replacement (due to a known issue) and preventative maintenance items I requested: brake fluid flush, coolant flush, transmission fluid flush, and a differential fluid change. Basic stuff. Or so I thought. I get the car back, park it in my driveway, and it’s immediately leaking power steering fluid. I bring it back, and they “fix” it. Steering still felt off. Brakes were spongy, too. So I bring it back again. That’s now three trips back for services I paid to have done right the first time. But here’s the kicker: 5,000 miles later, current day, I decided to pop the cap on my brake reservoir while I was under the hood and see the fluid. I test it, and the fluid is completely shot. I flush the brake fluid myself, it's pitch black. That doesn’t happen in 5,000 miles unless they never touched it. Then I check the differential fluid, clearly never changed. Then the coolant, same story. They charged me two grand and didn’t do a single one of the services I requested THAT I WAS BILLED FOR. If I wasn't familiar with cars, I never would’ve caught this. I don't believe at all this was a one-off mistake. This was deliberate, across multiple systems, and repeated over multiple visits. If you're considering taking your vehicle here, don’t. They are either criminally negligent or deliberately dishonest. Either way, they do not deserve your business

I am writing this as a warning to anyone who takes their car here. I cannot vouch for all of the staff but Charles does a good job. About 2 years ago I came here to get my rotors and breaks changed due to shaking of car. After getting it repaired it still was shaking and I was told that I needed an alignment. I recently got an alignment and the problem kept getting worse. I had speculations that I was given bad rotors. Turns out THEY CHARGED ME BUT NEVER CHANGED THE ROTORS. My mechanic had a hard time removing it because it was so warped. Meaning I’ve been driving on bad rotors for 4 years. This is extremely dangerous and I am extremely disappointed with this company!!!! When my mechanic removed it rust fell out with debris and my breaks were so worn out due to bad rotor. BE WEARY OF THE WORK THEY DO HERE. I’m grateful to God that my breaks didn’t give out any second.

Wasted my time. I stopped in 2 days ago to see about getting my muffler replaced; the guy told me “Monday” and it would be about $325 or so. I asked if would that be parts and labor, or just parts or ?? He said that was parts and labor. So I said fine, let’s order the muffler I’ll be back Monday. Come back today (monday) and after leaving my truck with them all morning they call and say, oh you need a muffler, itll be like, 500 (and change I forget exact amount), oh yeah the muffler itself is 325 … okay, that’s exactly why I asked 2 days ago.. whether malicious or incompetence idc. I Do not recommend.
