I had issues with my front calipers again after 1 year. (they were replaced with new part) there was some miscommunication when i called Rick's shop but he quickly resolved it.

I brought my Acura in to have new roters and brake pads put on and they did a wonderful job! The customer service is superb! It only took a day to have the parts replaced and Rick Wisser called me well after closing hours to let me know that I could pick up that night if I wanted to. I will recommend this shop to friends and family for sure!

I had an issue with my exhaust system not being reconnect properly by Wisser's Service. The owner/operator personally came over to my house to apologize and offered to pay for the cost to fix it. These are good people who stand by their work.

They do great work and seems to be cheaper than other shops we have gone to. The owner is super nice too. I just wish the communication was something they did. Each time we have had one of our cars there they never called to let us know what they found, just left us hanging until we called them which is super frustrating. Even when they were done they didn't call. We called and they said yup it's done, we found this, it's going to be this much. I don't get why you wouldn't call to let us know.

This shop is absolutely amazing. I had a dead/faulty battery and they (Rick) were kind enough to come jump my car so I could drive it down the road to the shop to get fixed. They were kind, beyond helpful, provided fast and great service, and are very reasonable. If I have any issues in the future, I will most definitely be coming to Wisser’s! Would highly recommend to any and everyone.
