Last week, right near the end of the day before having to work, my car battery totally died. Showed up on a whim, solely based on being the closest place that had interstate batteries. Kind, attentive, efficient, gracious, pleasant, straightforward. All words I would describe with the mgr, staff. I appreciate you for taking care of me. DO NOT EVER bring your car here for maintenance. I had a horrible experience going here to get my wheel bearing replaced. That was the only thing I needed and the service was extremely overpriced! On top of that they were unprofessional as I tried to get an estimate before hand and it took them 3 hours to respond with an estimate and I had to call serval times to get that information. A wheel bearing for my vehicle costs about $130 for the part, and somehow I ended up having to pay almost $800 for the one service. It took them almost 8 hours to service my vehicle and I dropped it off at 8 in the morning after they said they would be able to do it. Granted I did not have an appointment, that doesn’t take 8 hours to do. I am extremely displeased. I also called and asked if they could take a cash payment up from to avoid paying sales tax and a representative told me yes on the phone and when it was time to pay, they changed the story and said I had to still pay the sales tax. I feel cheated out of my money and I will NEVER return. I’m extremely upset!!!!!

Had limited time to get inspection done and needed an oil change - Woodies is closer to my office so thought I’d give them a shot. Customer Service was good but their prices for oil change are out of this world expensive. Would recommend going elsewhere if you just need an oil change, as I will next time.

These guys are awful literal scammers. I went in with a misfire and a fuel issue, the misfire was fixed easily with a spark plug but the fuel problem was completely overlooked they made up a lie that it was a transmission issue which doesn’t even make sense. They also stole an expensive pair of Oakley sunglasses out of my truck that were hanging on the sun visor. Long story short I changed the fuel pump myself in my schools parking deck which fixed the problem. Do not take you truck here for service these guys are awful and know nothing absolute scammers and now I’m out 250 bucks on oakleys.

I found the lack of communication prior to my service to be very frustrating. I also found Lawrence to be rude and uncaring about his lack of communication. I will probably think twice before getting any work done at Woodies in the near future.
