I called them with a technical issue regarding programming some DEF components that I recently had installed on my 1 ton Chevy diesel. It was basically an emergency. I had to travel for work the very next day. They got me in there and had me taken care of in less than five hours. very professional, yet personal. They definitely went above and beyond. James at the front desk was very helpful, friendly and Mason who did the testing was also kind enough to check my tire pressures. Seems a sensor is out. Everyone was very kind and helpful. This is the second time my Maserati GT has been to WCC for major body repair. To say this company does outstanding work at a reasonable price is an understatement. Car goes in with the front end knocked off and comes back looking like it came off the showroom floor. They detailed this inside and it appears they buffed the entire car!!! 5 stars is not enough! Al & David are good, honest people that strive for excellent customer service. In my opinion taking your car for repairs to another shop is like taking a chance that everything will work out. WCC #1.

I’ve had my fair share of experiences with auto and body repair. It’s typically coupled with long delays and higher than expected price points. That was NOT the case with Woodlands Car Care. They told me they had availability the same day I called, and repaired my bumper flawlessly over a matter of just hours. Even better, the cost was dramatically less than I expected for pulling the entire bumper off and repairing. They earned a fan for life with this first impression and I’ll refer as many people as I can with confidence. Job Well Done to Justin and the team. 👏👏

Al is a scam artist and shady as can be! Bought an RV from less than a year ago, driven 5,000 miles. Brought it in to get serviced before our trip this year. He called and said a bunch of little things he was doing to fix it up, made it sound like he was hooking it up, saying "I'll take care of it for ya, no problem". These were little things that were there before I bought it! I went to pick it up and he has a bill for $7,734! Was supposed to be a few hundred turned in to almost 8 thousand without telling me once that he was charging me this much! And he called after he did this stuff! Do not use them! I will be reporting them to all pertinent agencies. Edit: Since the scam artist wants to respond with his BS. Here's the photos from less than a week after he charged me $2,000 to "fix" the headliner that had bubbles in it. Literally fell down immediately! Also they somehow broke the door to the closet and tore the trim off.

Wowww! I am so utterly impressed with Woodlands Car Care! I brought my car in after it was giving me some issues and they saw me immediately. They were able to diagnose the issue within minutes and had it fixed in less than an hour. The staff was so friendly and ready to help. Al and his team are truly the best car care professionals I have ever come across. I will definitely be back for all my car care needs!
