Great Customer Care and Great Service. Dana is very thoughtful and John is very experienced in servicing the vehicles. I decided to try out working on my car myself. Looking back, I wish I hadn’t. But Dana and John were very open to inspecting my work once it was completed and then correcting all of my issues. Will definitely be coming back.

I recently had a new Carli suspension package installed on my truck by Dana and her team and I could not be more pleased. I was given all of the information I could have asked for when making my decision on which kit to purchase. Every detail was mentioned and explained in a way that I could understand. There were no hidden fees or other costs, everything was open and straight forward. When installation time came, the schedule was followed just as promised. They really do run a tight ship here. I was kept in the loop daily of the progress- even got pictures! If I had to do it all over again, I would not change a thing. In these stressful times, it’s nice to work with a team that flows as effectively and efficiently as they do. Definitely a lifelong customer.

Mine was unique. I have a 2021 Toyota Highlander that I was putting a 2 inch left kit on. Dana had never heard of anyone doing that, it is rare. She spend a lot of time on the phone with me talking about it. I told her the brand of lift kit, asked me for the business information and she called the company to find out details on if the left could be done. I had never done anything like this before and she held my hand though the process. They did a great job on my Highlander it looks great and I get complements. Will go to them every time when I need modifications done on my vehicles
