This place doesn't even deserve 1 star. Both my brother and i Bought a vehicle from them. They told me nothing was wrong with it. The same day I took possession of my car. Check engine light came on. When I tried to contact the owner. It was radio silence. When I would take it to their shop to get my car fix, it would end up breaking back down with the same issue and new ones. This went on for 6 months. That car spent more time in there possession then with us. It was to the point of where I did a voluntary repo. Then I also contacted the FTC. DON'T BUY YOUR VEHICLES FROM THEM. THEY HIDE ALL THE ISSUES THEN SCREW YOU AFTERWARDS.

1. Friendly, good hours, good deals. All around a great experience! 2. Needed over $700 in repairs 6 days after the 30 day warranty expired. Wouldn't help in any way. Edited review to reflect this. 3. Dealership came through and helped pay half for repairs. Allowed us to pay over time. Couldn't be more thrilled with the service overall. Ask for Christian and he will definitely help you.

They sell cars that are not checked thoroughly. My son bought a 2014 Infinity QX60. Nice and they got at an auction. We wanted new tire they put on new tires. Driving at high speed getting fibration. We assumed they would balance the tire. Gave the car an alignment still vibration had to balance tires. A month later catalytic converter went bad engine light came. That's fine part of being a used car. But when our auto shop checked they noticed rear drive shaft was missing. Extended warranty won't cover that since it's missing. We bought a new one when they connected found thar the coupler that controls sending power to rear wheels was bad. We went back to them really not supportive. I would not buy from them

This place is an all around joke sell a car that needs tires and an exhaust leak fixed told this place before the inspection the wanted it to fail first fine. Bring it back after the fail and they put used tires from 2018 creating a liability fix the first part of the leak but clearly can’t use the ears they have to find the second leak. Called about the second exhaust leak and get told to bring it some where… LMAO WHAT tell your 300 pound finance lady to take advantage of the gym not people and as a owner learn how to do Business.

I had a terrible experience here . Bought a Subaru that had a terrible engine, i didn't know. I returned the car to be fixed. Car spent an entire month in there shop parked and they were doing nothing. Dude in the shop doesn't speak English . They couldn't Fix the car but they kept tossing me around everyday. Worst Experience. Never waste your time

Avoid at all costs. They lie and don’t keep their word. We had a deal worked out with them with financials agreed on and an appointment day and time to pick up the vehicle set. We are driving from over 2 hours away to get the car, so we called to confirm everything was good and if there was anything last minute they needed from us. We called 4 hours before our appointment and we were informed that the vehicle had been sold that morning. They said they don’t hold vehicles without a deposit. I replied that we were never told by the salesman that we needed to secure it with a deposit and we could have and would have if we had been asked. How am I supposed to know a businesses policies if they don’t tell me what they are? I asked why they didn’t at least give us a call to see if we could place the deposit before selling it from under us and the sales manager had no response besides “it was a communication error on their end”. I then asked if they could make this right by putting us into another car at the same agreed upon deal and she tried the old switch-er-roo and offered me a car for thousands more than we had agreed upon. If you value integrity, honesty and a persons word being solid then avoid this place like the plague.

Test drove an 07 accord, it was COMPLETELY UNSAFE to drive, car was shaking badly at 60mph on the highway, and there was a HUGE explosion that came from the backside/exhaust of the vehicle. AVOID THESE SCAMMERS AT ALL COSTS!!!

I bought a car from this place. The car was not legal in any sense to be selling. The Cadillac converter was taken out and a straight pole was put in. The car was like a shell definitely think twice about this place. The car didn’t pass inspection. The man who sold me the car had told me that the car would and yes he sold me the car as is but didn’t tell me what was exactly wrong with the car and failed to tell me the car would fail inspection when he had told me it would pass. Do not go here cheap cars yes cars with underlining problems and issues absolutely

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. MONTHS LATER STILL HAVING ISSUES. THE LIST OF PROBLEMS NEVER ENDS!!! I have NEVER had such a low quality car. If I had rights within lemon I would give it back to them. I could write a whole essay on this... Been months waiting for a simple call back or email, they wont ever return. They are fine sweeping it all under the rug. Do NOT do business with this place. I don't know HOW they even qualify to sell vehicles with their lack of professionalism and respect. I have only had issues after ISSSUES after purchasing, to be left in the dark ever since. They also did a lot of illegal things but I cannot put that on here until its dealt with seperately. Chris should be ashamed. Gardenia is unqualified and unprofessional. If you have struggled like I have [so many reviews!!!! 💔] Report these people, maybe SOON they will have to prove their lack of accountability in this business. Their responses are lies and scams. I have never been treated so badly anywhere! Additionally; BBB has a few bad REVIEWS but more than anything--COMPLAINTS. So review all of that as well! Most of the reviews on this page that are "5 stars" are scams or friends of the owner. The reliable & honest reviews are the TONS of 1 and 2 star reviews. They are liars and just hide away- and worse, they have no shame in any of it!

I had the worst experience at this place. I chose a car that I was interested in, did all the paperwork and financing. Then when I went to pick up the car it wasn’t even the car I wanted or picked out. It was a lemon. There were problems with the muffler, the car shook terrible there were tire issues and brake problems etc etc I brought it back within a half hour and they said there was nothing they could do about it. I am a 79 yr old woman who they took advantage of and tried to Scam me. They are very dishonest and even the Better Business Bureau suggests you don’t buy thru them. Their reviews are terrible and they should be shut down. They took $1000 from me and for what. I have nothing

I had a very poor experience with this dealership. I purchased a vehicle almost two weeks ago, and I still do not have my car. Throughout this process, I was given false and inconsistent information about when the vehicle would be ready and delivered. Communication has been extremely frustrating. Each time I reached out, I was told something different, which made it difficult to trust anything I was being told. No clear timeline was provided, and there has been no accountability for the delays. Buying a car should be an exciting and professional experience—this has been the opposite. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone looking for honest communication and reliable service.

Gardenia Jimenez was amazing as my financer; she assisted with my trade in, provided carfax documents of the vehicle, provided all the documents required from the dealership for my bank for my loan, and she conducted all documents required for the RMV including registration for the vehicle. I highly recommend asking for Gardenia when visiting this dealership since she made the entire transaction easy for me. 10/10 service and hospitality !
