Carl showed up on time early in the morning on a Sunday. How amazing his service was. My whole experience with Wrench has been awesome. He was knowledgeable, knew exactly what my husband had done wrong (Lol) and showed him how to fix it next time. Will definitely use again and again.

Excellent, excellent, excellent. I can't say enough good things about my mechanic and the company. The perk of free gas is awesome and always appreciated, but just to let you know, you're getting an excellent review from me without that perk offer! Being a female and not knowing too much about cars, I'm used to places (mechanics) trying to take advantage of me... That didn't happen with the mechanic you sent (Christopher). In fact, I bought an extra part I didn't need. Christopher let me know he could still put the new one on, but it wasn't needed and I was also welcome to take it back. He didn't just fix my car, he went above and beyond what he needed to do. He was clean, respectful, well mannered and just all around a nice guy. So thank you. But most importantly, thank you for not talking advantage of women!!

Johnny was amazing and friendly!! He was on time and called when he could arrive earlier which worked out better for me! Johnny was the only great experience from wrench, after replacing my mass air flow scensor he said my car is under warranty if my check engine light comes back on, well less than 25 miles it came back on, we tan the code again dame code mass air flow sensor, wrench said i could get a warranty diagnosis but if it pertains to something else I would have to pay another 150 after already paying almost 400 bucks, I wont be using them again ever in the future for the same code is popping up ill go to a shop and pay. And I would have to wait 4 to 5 days for them to co.e out to my area no thank you.

The mechanics are awesome, better than you get at a dealer and they come to you, I have used them twice and have been very happy with the results. Carl is polite and knowledgeable, he put in my transmission in my garage. I would call if the job is major for prompt service because the return quote for online scheduling takes a while if at all getting back to you, but other than that I will never go to a shop again. Thanks wrench.

Wrench got us an appointment within an hour of my call and Carl our mechanic showed up early and got right to work. He was professional and knowledge and worked hard to get me car running again. He was honest and had the best work ethic of any mechanic I’ve used in the past. I’m so glad I chose the right mobile mechanic.

I booked an appointment for yesterday (7/12/24) and it said my window was from 3pm to 5pm.. No mechanic ever showed, no communication at all about anything. I waited until 630pm and I sent in an email to the email provided on their site about my experience as their office closes before the time frames are up…Its now the next day and still no type of communication back from anyone

This place deserves 5 stars for certain ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Carl was amazing. He came out on time, diagnosed my vehicle, and replaced what was needed way faster than I expected. I was so stressed out and didn't know what to do. He made sure my car was up and running, and the job was complete in its entirety. Very thankful for him. Also extremely professional and great customer service. I totally recommend!

I will never use Wench Mobile ever again. They came to my house to replace my starter and my car still would not start, not even with a jump. I had to pay to have it towed to a shop. The mechanic who came to my house left a wire dangling which ruined the new starter he installed. I had to pay twice for a new starter. Called customer service and they were no help. I am not telling anyone else to not use them, I just know I never will again.

Scheduled a repair thru my insurance GWC and at first they came out quick. They charged me 150 to come out on 8/15. The approval was sent on 8/19. Ive been calling since then and no one has reached back out to me. Called the Mechanic Rich who came out and he keeps saying he will reach out to his Supervisor. I believe he is the owner and only wants to do the small jobs and not one like mine that has to do the brakes and Wheel hub Assembly on a F150. Very poor communication and will give you the runaround. Just go to an actual mechanic shop you can have someone to hold accountable.

horrible. They were supposed to diagnose an electrical problem and all they did was try to sell me a $350 battery. There was nothing wrong with the battery according to 3 other mechanics. Nothing else was done and I had to pay a $150 inspection fee. DO not go to them or you have a good chance of being fleeced. The problem wound up being a totally blown fuse box diagnosed by another mechanic. He replaced it and the car starts and runs perfectly.

Contacted for front brake repair. Had several problems even getting the technician to show up in the first place which was the first red flag. After multiple attempts, a tech finally showed up in his own personal vehicle, hopped out and took a Quick Look at the vehicle and said that they couldn’t do the work and that it would have to be done through the dealership. Nothing else was mentioned and the tech left. I later received a text displaying a receipt of $150 for the “services”. I called Wrench and explained that I requested a front brake repair and they came out to simply say they couldn’t do the job and left yet I was still charged $150. They said they couldn’t refund the money as it has to go through a review process via their financial team which was ultimately denied a few days later. I had to contact my credit card company who did refund me the money because of Wrench’s well-known poor business practices and lack of customer service. They also said I’d have to get it done through the dealership yet I called Squeaky Brakes LV and they came out right away and replaced the brakes without issue - an absolute great experience. But with that said, I’d highly recommend choosing literally ANY other company than this place unless you want a subpar, abysmal experience with the absolute worst customer service you can imagine.
