I literally would have given a higher star however, I asked for my back windshield wiper Blades to be replaced. The mechanic BROKE THE ARM and glued it back as if I was not going to noticed. Now I have to pay $150 to Chevy dealer to order another part and pay for labor to put the arm on. He could have told me he broke it.

What's not to love? My car was not running and I was in a bind. Wrench got me an appointment quickly! The mechanic was on time and very professional. He explained the issues to me and didn't proceed until he had my approval. My car was up and running quickly and I couldn't be happier. Would definitely use Wrench again!

Booked an appointment with this company. The mechanic called to tell me they wouldn't be coming. He then proceeded to blame the scheduling, the computer, and the commute. He told me that I had to call the company to reschedule. I called the company and they told me they could not send a mechanic that day, but they charge up front for services. They were not interested in delivering on what I had already paid for, which was an appointment that day. When I asked to speak to the manager, the operator refused. Even when they fail to deliver on the services they provide, they still wouldn't assure me of a refund for money they already took. Be very careful when dealing with this company.

Took 3 days and 3 calls to get an appt booked. One hour before mechanic scheduled to arrive he called saying he didn’t have the tools to fix my car. This is after I paid several hundred dollars to ‘pre-authorize’ the repair. The refund policy is 3-4 business days, a week if you’ve got the weekend in there. Call center agents dispatch mechanics. It’s a joke. Never again.
