This was my first time using Wrench, and the service is fantastic! A friend told me about Wrench, so I used them for an oil change. It was effortless to schedule to an appointment, and I received an email confirmation after doing so. My mechanic Stanley was very knowledgeable, and he also let me know what work my car might need in the future. The whole thing took less than 30 minutes. Quick, easy, and convenient!

Rene is hands down the best mechanic I've had. He is honest, trust worthy, and he really went the extra mile. I'm a mom of two and having the option for Get Wrench to come to my home to work on my vehicle is a life saver. Absolutely horrible. My mechanic canceled 2 hours before our appointment, and when I went to reschedule was told the next appointment available was a week away. I moved appointments and re-arranged my day to accomodate this appointment. To cancel with no replacement 2 hours prior is ridiculous. If I canceled at that time they'd charge me $150. So the way I see it Wrench owes me 150 bucks. Save your time and aggravation and use another service. These guys are trash.

Alexander and Wrench exceeded my expectations. He arrived early, walked me through everything he was going to do. Cost did not exceed the quote. Thoroughly impressed with Wrench and mechanic Shaun. I had brake issues and was scared to drive my car and I had no idea when I could get it into a mechanic. I happened upon Wrench by a Google search and I’m so glad I did. There was an appointment available an hour later. Shaun arrived on time and got the work done in an hour. On top of that, the price was easily comparable to any work I had done at previous shops. He even took the time to explain what he was doing, why the issue may have arisen, and was courteous and professional. I think I’ve found my new mechanic! Thank you Wrench!

Best experience I have ever had when dealing with stressfull car issues. My starter went out on a Saturday night. I was able to call this amazing and friendly company at 9am on a Sunday and I had a new starter in a my car running perfect by 1230pm that same day. Everyone from the customer service ladies on the phone a follow-up call to let me know any additional things the tech might have needed ( anti theft codes ) and finally the technician Shaun, so friendly knowledgeable and fast. Awesome pretty much sums it up. This is my 4th time using Wrench. I work all the time and it's hard to make appointments. These guys are punctual and they come to you so there is no waiting once they arrive. I've met 2 of their mechanics and both were very professional especially Eric. He went above and beyond. They put the customers first. These guys are honest and informative. I wasn't even home this time. Eric fixed my car in half the time my estimate stated. I saved an hour labor. He even added oil and I'm good to go. Thank you!

Attempted to utilize wrench because they were an approved vendor through my warranty. Mechanic never showed up and I somehow got charged $150 dollar cancellation fee. Currently still fighting with them to get my refund. I've called twice and each person informed me I would receive a callback and I'm still waiting.

They came to my house to fix a temp sensor and the guy couldnt find it, he unloaded several things in my engine, looking for it in the process he broke my coolant reservoir did didn’t say anything.. he tried to put JB plastic weld to stop the leak and zip tie it in place.. he left and told me I wouldn’t be charged for the visit Not only have I been charged $150 for the visit he lied and said he diagnose my car. I have been trying to reach someone about the reservoir he broke and get my money back and have not been able to get a hold of anyone. I keep getting the runaround from the customer service agents, saying someone will reach out to you. I don’t have a way of transferring you save your time. If you end up with a bad mechanic you will pay for it.

UPDATE: Used Wrench today for service. This is my third experience - They keep getting better! Very easy to set up, courteous people/customer service on the phone, excellent mechanics, pricing lower than many other services and they come to you!!! My mechanic was Richard- awesome! I highly recommend this company. Thank you WRENCH! ORIGINAL REVIEW FROM 1 YEAR AGO: Totally impressed with the service. I was tired of being ripped off by the local service stations. Wrench came to my house on a Sunday diagnosed the problem and it was fully repaired. I needed a water pump replaced and they were right in line with pricing. The mechanic David was knowledgeable, prompt, efficient and a really nice guy. I highly recommend Wrench!!

MY CAR IS STILL BROKEN I will have to take it to yet another mechanic to fix whatever this company did. I simply needed my upper radiator hose replaced and a new radiator cap. I already had the hose and was quoted $160 for labor. The mechanic came out worked for 20 minutes and then just quoted me an extra $100 for labor that was not done. And my car still overheated that same day while driving. So I was charged over $200 for nothing and will now have to be out an extra amount fixing this mechanics mistakes. I won’t use this company ever again even if I am stranded on the side of the road.

The most dedicated and qualified mechanics around. Want to know the best part about Wrench, aside from the fact that they come to you, so that you don't have to drop your car off and find a ride elsewhere, and/or wait for hours at the shop or dealership? Wrench mechanics care. Wrench mechanics research your car before they go to your house. They know the possible problems or quirks about your car before they even get there and are ready to help get you on your way as fast as possible. They're prepared to go the extra mile for you and make sure that you are safe in your vehicle. They even check to make sure that all of your lights are working! (I had no idea one of mine wasn't working properly). You can leave them to work on your car alone, or you can hang out and watch them work their magic. Brent has worked on my Mini Cooper S a couple of times now and he always goes above and beyond to make sure that my car gets what it needs, and even vacuums it out and cleans the windows before he's done. He gives his honest opinion about adjustments needed or potential upcoming repairs. I turned my mom on to their services as well, and hopefully we'll never have to go sit at a shop again!

I called wrench mobile mechanic services after another company wasn't able to perform a timing belt replacement for my 1994 Plymouth Sundance. They were able to send out a tech within a few days however I have had issues ever since. The tech named rick came out last Thursday and as he was attempting to pull the lever for the hood latch, he broke off a rather large piece of plastic near my fuse box on the driver side. He then examined the timing belt which the previous company diagnosed as being bad. He attempted to move the crankshaft sprocket which wouldn't move he then attempted to look down towards the bottom portion of the engine but was unable to see anything. He then suggested that it may be a crank shaft issue and he recommend rather than have him diagnose it that I take it to amcco. H could have performed the further diagnosis however he didn't seem to want to do so even though a traditional shop was going to charge me more to do the job than what wrench quoted me which was 437.29 but the amcco wanted over 5 hundred just for the labor which was a considerable difference. The I called today and brought this up with customer service Bryce gave me a quote for the timing belt at 300 and some change and set me up to have nick look at the car the following day. Shortly after I receive and email stating that they mis quoted me for the labor and that the earliest appointment would be Friday at 2pm so I called again and they told me that rick would have to be the one to do they work since he was the only tech with the tools to do the work and then I was told the price would be $500. And change even though they quoted me lower on paper a week ago. I just wanted them to fix the timing blet and look and see what was going on down below but rick didn't seem motivated to do it even if I paid for an additional hour of service. But I ended up paying $150.00 for a diagnostic that didn't tell me what the underlying problem was and I now have broken plastic on my car For all I know the teeth could be worn so badly at the bottom of the timing belt and that could prevent the cam sprocket from turning but since rick didn't want to look, I am not out time and money ***UPDATE** wrench sent out another technician to repair the timing belt this technician looked at the belt and immediately said that he was confident that the belt was preventing the car from running low and behold 3 hours latter the timing belt was infract worn around where the crank sprocket was so rick made a completely bogus diagnostic because he was to lazy to do any leg work but they continue to try to push me to take my car into the shop because my fuel pump is bad and it just seems like they don't want to do the work i called this company because i needed someone mobile the shops cost way more and wrench simply doesn't want to follow though on work
